Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at IFSC Dental Care. Gerry is an amazing dentist – professional and gave my teeth a proper deep clean without any discomfort. The whole team were amazing too, really welcoming and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure why this clinic is getting so many bad reviews. I've had many bad experiences with dentists in the past that led me to dreading getting my teeth checked. Dr. Gaffney was more than kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and gave me an objective and clear assessment of what needs to be done. (My anxiety was very minimal) Thank you so much for this great first experience in your clinic Also, shout out to Oksana, who was extremely nice and helpful!

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and aggressive when performing a cleaning.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this practice. I went for only scaling and polishing, assuming it would cost €80 and I already had X-rays and a couple of photos from another dentist which were only 10 days old. I showed that to the dentist during my appointment, however he completely ignored that, and gave no advice whatsoever. He took additional X-rays and finished everything in about 20 minutes. They charged me €140, which I don't understand. As per their website, 'Exam, Scaling/Polishing and 2 X-rays should cost €100, so why charged more!! Especially, when I only went for Scaling /Polishing and 20 min treatment doesn't justify everything what they charged for!! First of all, the dentist didn't complete the scaling as my teeth were bleeding, without any advice. Just said, he will complete that in the next visit! Why would anyone go to such a place again if they are being charged unfairly!! I am trying to reach out to them regarding extra charges, and they have ghosted me!!!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience with this dentist. As a foreigner living in Ireland, it's hard to know your way around medical treatment. Laura is very kind and provided additional information related to insurance and claims, which helped me a lot. Appointments were fast, I didn't have to wait months as I am used to in Belgium (home country). I paid a similar amount of money for the same procedure as I would pay back home (while Dublin specifically being more expensive than any Belgian city) Dentist is pragmatic which I personally love. I come to get my teeth checked and fixed, he checked and fixed my teeth. They did the examination and showed me the cavities I had and resolved the issue in a professional manner. Extra bonus points for the good 80s radio playing, which gives you something else to focus on. Would definitely recommend this practice - it took me 2 weeks from start to finish, which is incredible.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Gerry Gaffney for over five years now and have always had a positive experience. Not only is the location super convenient, but all the staff are excellent. Gerry has been in the industry for years and years with lots of experience, and I've always been happy with the work done. Laura is also brilliant at arranging appointments, managing the payments and defines what "service with a smile" is all about. Absolutely no hesitiantions recommending IFSC Dental care and Dr Gerry Gaffney.

Negative experience: Absolutely Would Not Recommend This Dentist, Felt More Like A Burden Than Anything Else To This Particular Dentist. If You’re Anyway Frightened Or Somewhat Terrified Of Dentists Steer Clear. Firstly The Door Was Left OPEN While I Was Having My Teeth Looked At, No Sense Of Privacy At All. During The Scale And Polish I Was Asked To Rinse Through To Clear Residue Etc Which Was Fine As I Went To Sit Back Down After The Second Rinse The Dentist Quickly Turned His Head And Said “You Can Go Now” .. I Understand People May Not Be Talkative But That Was Just Rude. You’re Supposed To Feel Comfortable In These Situations And I Couldn’t Have Felt Further From This.

Fantastic experience: I needed some emergency check-up and they were able to fit me in the same day! The staff was very kind and friendly and the dentist very caring and competent. I am not greatly comfortable around dentistry but he made me comfortable, explained every step of the way and relieved me of my pain instantly. Recommended for anyone; even if you are scared, you will be as relaxed as you can be whilst getting very professional treatment.
