Fantastic experience: The Staff at Belvedere Dental Clinic are excellent. Dr Clodagh and Dr Suzanne and their team made me very relaxed during my recent visits. I would highly recommend Belvedere Dental Care, to anyone nervous of visiting a dentist. All Staff go the extra mile for patients.

Negative experience: I didn't receive a notification on appointment coming up and then they have the gall to try charge a 50€ fee for it.

Fantastic experience: Referred by my dentist to John in Belvedere Dental Care for a root canal! Excellent service from start to finish, staff were very helpful and efficient regarding booking and providing all the information needed. John is excellent at what he does, advises what to expect and explains it all very clearly. He performed the treatment without causing any pain at all and I had no ill effects after treatment. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: very dissatisfied with the doctor's work. the doctor is incompetent, she closed the tooth with a filling without treating it! It was less than a year, now the child has terrible problems with this tooth. absolutely no hygiene, she touched the child's hand and toy with a brush and started brushing her teeth with it! The doctor is very pleasant to communicate with and not at all professional! I am very angry and upset! now my child is suffering a lot, doctors are trying to save the tooth, Absolutely negative feedback, this doctor does not treat but maims.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Browne made me feel comfortable. I was so scared of dental pain but he assured me that I am in good hands and he explained to me every procedure. At the end, I was relaxed and comfortable with his experience which made a lot of difference. Thank you Doctor John and your team. Fantastic experience: Visited here for a root canal treatment during the Covid-19 lockdown and was very impressed. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was given a pain-free root canal treatment from John and his team. As a nervous patient they really put me at ease, and John keyed in on what caused the nervousness and addressed these issues before the procedure. Would recommend to anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist!

I was quite nervous but he put me completely at ease and ensured I felt no pain at all during the procedure. Negative experience: The cleaning I have got there wasn't done properly. The dentist left some plaque on the back of two teeth. I have made a complaint 3 weeks after the cleaning and the Clinic took 2 weeks to reply to my complaint, and of course, their response was to blame it on me saying that the plaque had the time to build up again. I believe it didn't build up over night as before the cleaning it took 5 years to build up a moderate tart. If anything, I feel even more left down by the indifference that the Belvedere Dental Care has showed to my complaint.
