Negative experience: Worst customer service I have had in dentist. After explaining my case they asked my personal details for booking appointment, and as I was telling I'm not from Ireland and have moved here from abroad only about month ago, speaker on the phone changed, asked me again if I was from abroad and hang up on me after saying they will call me with aggressive voice. Of course they never called back. Felt really unwelcome after that.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with the skill and care I got. Had a molar implant fitted and everything went so smooth from the start. Dr O'Connor explained every step to me, did a thorough assessment of the bone structure, and when the implant was fitted, I didn't even need any painkillers. The calm and friendly atmosphere in his surgery made the procedure as pleasant as possible. The crown looks exactly like my own former tooth and I am thrilled with the outcome and care I got. Can only recommend this wonderful, professional dentist and his staff. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

Negative experience: 1. Sent first message to clinic - was advised to call. 2. Two calls made, no response. Left voicemail - no one called back. 3. Sent two other emails - no response. I cannot judge how good doctor is but customer service of this clinic is far from the best.

Fantastic experience: Mr Arthur O'Connor did a fantastic job on my front tooth . As you can imagine I was very nervous about getting one of my front teeth removed and an implant put in its place . Mr O' Connor was confident that it would feel and look very real. He was right. He explained what the process was going to involve as well as giving me the financial summary upfront. He made me feel relaxed throughout the process and was obviously very dedicated to doing a brilliant job. The Process takes time as your gums have to heal after each step and Mr O'Connor explained each step carefully to me. I highly recommend this Dentist and his work. I wish him and his team the very best in the future.
