Negative experience: For anyone thinking of getting a filling done,I would suggest paying somone that has good experience,I was left in agony after a filling recently and I ended up in the dental hospital too fix the work that bad been done and had the tooth removed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended.. rang our local dentist in east cork and surrounding area and nowhere would see my partner who was in severe pain, rang here and got an appointment within 5 hours.

Fantastic experience: Great service...the staff were very friendly. I was a bit nervous going in, but the dentist put me at ease, explained the procedure and I didn't feel a thing.

Negative experience: A laugh of a place. You leave with issues somehow.They decided to block me on all social media beacuse I reported the mess up.Stay away lol.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. Made an appointment for an examination and clean a week prior. On the day I was called 3 times of I could come early as I'm the last appointment (3:30pm) for the day. I went in, was "examined" they didn't have me down for a clean and the tools are in the sterilizer, so they said they'd clean when I come back to get the 2 fillings that are free on medical card. The entire appointment took 7!!!! Minutes. I'm not even sure I need fillings, makes me feel like they just want to put in whatever they can. Very unprofessional, didn't feel safe or that I was given the appropriate treatment. Won't return or recommend it to anyone. Edit: I can't reply to hollyhill dental response. Firstly, you can not post if I am customer or not, that's absolutely against GDPR. Secondly, it's only your way of getting out of a bad review as you've done with another one you've got. My name is unusual enough to be found immediately.

Fantastic experience: Attended the surgery this morning and I have to say the staff were amazing at putting me at ease as I was quite nervous the dentist herself explained everything she was doing which was great and even told me the price before proceeding great service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist and very friendly staff. Really looked after me with my teeth long time since I saw a dentist but it was no problem cleaned my teeth, sorted my fillings and extractions. Reception staff very courteous and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Such a rude dentist. I was very unhappy leaving my examination for a cracked filling. The dentist scolded me as fillings I got about 10 years ago we're apparently 'badly filled'. Sorry but I'm not a dentist, I don't know how to examine the work a dentist does, as long as the bite is okay and I don't have pain, I tend to think that's okay. Also asked me why my salvia was thick. Again, not something I'm aware of or have any knowledge about. I am 5 month post partum and dentists make me nervous, that may have been the issue. It was a little embarrassing to have to try justify myself on the matter though. Maybe you could have offered me some water when you noticed this? That would have been the kind thing to do. Would avoid this place at all costs. All other staff were nice but the dentist I had was horrid. Have received a second option and am getting work done at almost 20% less the price Hollyhill Dental quoted me. I'd have paid 20% more if it meant not giving them my money. UPDATE I could not find the reply button but editing to say Im under Brenda Crean in your system as my email is under my maiden name. This was also be the email I supplied when registering with you. I do not know the dentists name, she did not introduce herself. I thought long and hard before leaving this review, it gave me no pleasure to do so, but it is all true.
