Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Wallace Dental enough. Deirdre completely transformed my smile from going in with yellow and crooked teeth to having composite veneers. Deirdre made me feel at ease from my first consultation to my last and she ensured that I was taken care of. I have been to plenty of dentist but there’s a reason why I chose Wallace Dental with previous reviews. The receptionist was incredibly nice and so welcoming from the minute I walked through the door. The boost in confidence I have since getting my teeth done is second to none and Deirdre played a massive role in this. She is a credit to the company and I’ll 100% be going to Wallace dental for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: Severe fear of dentists means I only go when in absolute agony. Found Wallace Dental and had a consult last week with Dr Kaelan O'Shea who was so calming and kind and made me feel at ease. He made a treatment plan with sedation and today I had my wisdom teeth removed, 2 fillings replaced and a scale and polish. I'm home now and feel relieved I was able to get through this but I know it was because of Dr Kaelan's approach. Can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. Will ne back in a couple months to continue the treatment plan. Thank you Dr Kaelan so very much for making this such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Wallace dental a good few years now. Rob is absolutely brilliant. I had a horrible experience with a previous dentist so I was nervous. Every member of the staff are professional and friendly. My daughter needed an emergency appointment and they saw her straight away. Excellent practice with excellent staff. Would highly recommend Wallace dental.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, not a good service for someone seeking urgent help. Developed severe dental abscess within 12 hours at work and was not able to chew, swallow and restricted movement of neck on affected side. Went to service to seek help and they refused to even have a look as no appointment was made. I mean for urgent care no one makes appoinment. Reached the service at 16:15 after finishing my shift early and they are open till 19:00. Started self treatment now as I know what to do but was just seeking expert opinion.

Fantastic experience: Finally, after almost 5 years, I have finished getting all my teeth crowned and the outcome has been perfect. From the moment Rob started to last Tuesday when they were completed, everything was mapped out and they were done in such a way that they completely, at all stages ,matched the colour of my teeth and they never looked like anything else other than my original. Never ever have I had or seen such efficient service. rob is a mastermind So thank you

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience and lovely staff, particularly Dr. O'Shea. Would highly recommend for anyone who might be nervous going to the Dentist.

Negative experience: Went in for a tooth removal, I had no pain just a broken tooth. Surgery look lovely, clean and nicely decorated. Went back in couple of days later as my face was swollen and I could not open my jaw properly. He gave me more meds and out me in a liquid diet It's now been 4 years and I still cannot open my jaw properly. Cannot eat an apple or anything that needs me to open wide. I cannot eat anything that requires chewing like steak as my jaw locks to the right and the side of my face swells. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth out back in July under sedation due to a previous bad experience with an extraction elsewhere. Dr.Kaelan O Shea was so nice to deal with from first consultation put my mind at ease about the whole process. Extraction was a breeze, no pain or problems after. All the team there are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Wallace Dental. 5 *.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely nervous of having any dental treatment. I attended rob a few years back and had a lot of work done with the help of sedation and was extremely happy with the service and the pricing. Fast forward 5 years and again i needed a lot of dental work done but had been putting it off and putting it off.i eventually plucked up the courage to arrange a consultation. I would have had to wait 2 weeks to see rob but receptionist told me they had another dentist that also does sedation so i said i would meet with him.i am now so glad i did. Kaolin was so calm and reassuring on 1st meeting him and went through all the work that i needed and explained that 2 visits wouldbe required for all work.ive had my 1st lot of treatment and im so happy with the work that he did i find I'm not dreading my next appointment. I cannot thank him enough. Yet again the pricing for work required is unbelievable i expected it to be so much more. For anyone with a dentist phobia like me i cannot recommend highly enough

Fantastic experience: Have attended this practice recently myself and was absolutely blown away by the Standard of treatment by Dr Kaelen O Shea. By far the best dentist I have ever encountered. He has a very calming nature and explains everything in detail. Had been meaning to leave a review before now to outline my own positive experiences. I then Had to attend today with my 7 year old daughter and he sat down with her and went through everything In an easy to to understand manner. He pulled a tooth and she hardly flinched. He has a way of putting patients Completely at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr o Shea to everyone. A top class service by an absolute professional. Special mention must go to the dental nurse as well. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, called this morning and was facilitated without hesitation. Dr Kaelan O’ Shea is excellent and makes you feel so comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, give them a call and you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clinic. Went in with a gum abscess, got x-rays done and full examination. Christine was great, gave me a prescription and was quite informative. The price was very good too. Only paid 70 for exam and x-rays and I got some antibacterial mouth wash and gel to reduce swelling. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Definitely will be my go to dentist.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. All staff - receptionists, nurses, dentists and the owner are welcoming, friendly and above all professional. The premises are pristine and well equipped. Cost wise they are very reasonable and will be honest with the work you do and do not need. My main reason for putting up this review is the recent wisdom tooth extraction I got done with Kaelan. Throughout the entire process he was professional, thorough and truly went above and beyond for me. Even ringing me outside working hours post op, to ensure everything was okay. Again, I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will be a long-standing customer. Thanks for everyone's hard work!

Fantastic experience: Just got my tooth removed, and I received a fantastic treatment here. I must mention that I had no appointment, however I was seen by a dentist within 30 minutes after my call, as I was in pain. I have been avoiding dentists for years, due to bad experience in the past. After this, I have now booked another appointment to finally get all my problems sorted.

Fantastic experience: Whatever I say here about Wallace Dental Clinic in going to be an under statement. I had been to three different dentists regarding a problem with one tooth and I was not happy with solutions I was given as there was too many if's and but's so I ended up at Wallace Dental Clinic where I met Dr Kaelan O'Shea. All the solutions were definite no if's or but's I picked my choice and it was done, not only that but I had some fillings done on my two front teeth with 100 % results. I am 67 and I have had a lot of very good work done down through the years but nothing to this standard. I really cannot rate Dr Kaelan O' Shea high enough.

Fantastic experience: After having been in absolute pain and torture , I was turned away by various Dental Practices and was given no help by my own dentist due to my medical history, however Wallace Dental Clinic were the only people to a)listen to the problems i have been experiencing b)understand my medical history c)be patient and gave me clear guidance and reassurance that i could be assisted. I was alarmed to learn that my own dentist had missed a few issues, which thankfully can be resolved. Dr. Kaelan O'Shea was an absolute gentleman, and I have never been so reassured about a diagnosis and course of treatments available to me. I will now be moving my whole family to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I went to Wallace dental clinic recently as I had 4 loose front teeth. To say I had a fear of dentist is an understatement I was a total wreck. I got an appointment with Dr Kaelan O Shea (super guy). From my 1st appointment he was outstanding so asuring and caring. He really help me through the next 3 appointments and I am now on the better side with new dentures. I can recommend this clinic and Dr Kaelan O Shea as the best I have ever attended. From the minute you go to reception until you leave you are treated so well. Huge thanks for a great service. 10 + stars
