Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist practice for just over a year now, and in that time I have had several appointments. From the reception staff, to my dentist Máire Watters, I am always treated like royalty. The staff are extremely pleasant and well organised. Máire has carried out all of my work thus far and always provides an extremely professional, but relaxed experience. I have never had anything but glowing reports for her and her dentistry work. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: From ringing to make an appointment to leaving after treatment I have nothing but praise for the the great customer service. The staff are confident and caring and the attention to detail is excellent, I received a very warm welcome both on the phone and when I entered the reception and treatment room to leaving the building. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a practice. Would give minus stars if I could. Received horrible service here. At one point I was asked how did my tooth feel and was interrupted by the “Dentist” who said “well thats all your gonna get anyway so…”. Extremely rude, didn't care nor want to know the patient’s opinion. Absolutely nothing was actually done to my tooth to rectify the problem they initially caused. Basically pretended that they done something! Shocking place, I was in and out in less than a minute, hungry for the money these lot. Take my advice theres plenty of other practices steer clear of this place at all costs!
