Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth last week Very helpful receptionist for me an examination that day given antibiotics for seven days Then returned this morning got tooth filled and built out I am so thankful for a wonderful pain free job Didn’t get dentist name think it is seena I cannot Recomend highly enoughsoo good Booked in to have more work done Thanks again all at Gurranabraher dental Would never have said this before but look forward to next visit Willie busteed

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist!!! Went 2 weeks ago had two fillings done have pain ever since went back and is trying to charge me 50 euro to be seen saying its not coverd today but i wasent in pain untill i got the fillings off her anything for money and such bad service !!

Negative experience: Avoided at all costs they will lie to you it's money money .I got a filling that fell out after a week I was sleeping woke up it was gone ummm .there told me they can't be responsible fir my tooth so why fill it the attitude of dental nurse was a discrase a horrible rude girl reception girl is only decent person there compaion and can speak to people my advice go else where if you can students in cuh dental call therecand a fraction of price I know there students but trust me this dentist needs people skills and more schooling so disappointed with them I expect a smart answer my fault you don't look after your teeth that's bull crap just excuses

Negative experience: Would not recommend here for Botox , got it two weeks before Xmas , was never fully smooth after two weeks , they booked me in three weeks later for review , cause they closed for Xmas , I had cancel the appointment due to the road conditions wasn’t told I would loose my review appointment if I didn’t come that week , was booked in week after went up and was told I wasn’t getting a top up , it had be done within two or two half weeks but it was them booked me in three weeks later , and if I had known on day I cancelled my appointment if been told I would of asked for later app wheh roads had thawed out , very bad service and not happy with the Botox results since even at the two week point , left me go all the way for a review to be be told no , why I wasn’t told over phone and saved me wasted trip or better set explained to last week I’d have be up on that day to get top up that is badly needed , I usually never need a top up when I go my usual place will have go back there instead , STAY WELL AWAY , dentist should probably stick to the teeth

Negative experience: Avoid. This dental clinic seems to focus mostly on cosmetic dentistry, especially composite veneers. I got composite veneers, and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. They are huge, don't suit me at all. I'm a young woman, and these veneers are very big and square, masculine. If you look at the Facebook page and all the other patients who get composite veneers at this place, it seems to be a one-size-fits-all scenario. There's no attempt to make them look natural to match your face shape, everybody gets the same huge, bucktooth squares. Also, not everybody is a good candidate for composite veneers, especially if you already have big teeth, or if they're a bit crowded or crooked. Getting composite veneers (which doesn't require you natural teeth to be shaved down) and putting them over already crooked/buck teeth, will make you look 10 times worse. You will leave the appointment looking like a horse. I find it very sleazy that the dentist wouldn't be honest with me when I asked if my teeth were straight enough for composite veneers. She told me they'd look good, natural. Makes me sick to think about how trusting I was. She knew I'd look like a horse, and she did nothing to warn me. I'll never forget the absolute horror I felt when I first saw them in the mirror. I even said to the dentist that they were too big, and she denied it, saying they were the same size as my real teeth and even got the nurse to agree with her. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Give me a break. I did not look like this before. I never looked like a horse before. These veneers are huge. It's only the six front teeth and when I smile, you can see my real premolars and molars and they look tiny compared to the veneers. I look horrific. The whole reason I got veneers was to feel better about myself, but ever since getting them, I've been even more embarrassed and insecure. I was so embarrassed turning up for work the day after getting the veneers. Aside from that, I came in a different time because one of my old fillings had a crack in it. There was literally a piece missing (I spit it out, so I'm not imagining anything) and I was in severe pain when eating and drinking water. I could stick my tongue into the hole in the tooth. However, when I went to the dentist to ask for a new filling, she denied that there was anything wrong with my old filling and refused to do it. How could she not see that there was a hole in my tooth? All this happened about two years ago, but I saw the reviews for this place today and couldn't believe they were all positive minus a few. My experience here was awful.

Tori on reception has always been a stellar help to all of my annoying calls, and Dr Seema was the utmost professional who gave me great advice, set up a dental plan and did some cosmetic bonding I’ve wanted to do for a long time to address some minor gaps. I look forward to coming back soon.

Negative experience: I visited Gurranabraher Dental for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. While my first visit, where I received bonding from Dr. Laura, was satisfactory, my second visit before leaving for Australia was a complete disaster. The bonding on two of my teeth was uneven, and they appeared far too large for my face. I had to plead with the doctor to soften them down, and even then, the result was unsatisfactory. The next day, I returned to the clinic in tears, only to have them attempt to fix the issue, they made it so awkward for me in there but two of the teeth at the top remain unconnected, leaving an obvious gap between my teeth and gums. Despite paying a significant amount for this service, I reached out to the instagram page and explained how unhappy I was and want a refund how brought up and labeled me as "particular" and "fussy." I was left with what can only be described as resembling vampire fangs. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction via Instagram, they simply brushed off my concerns, citing my departure to Australia as an excuse. Overall, the service I received was shocking and I would strongly advise against visiting Gurranabraher Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am in a wheelchair so found it hard to find a dental clinic that suited me and understood how nervous I was about the dentist but Dr Seema and her team made me feel so at ease. I have never been happier. I actually like smiling now. I could not recommend them high enough

I was never happy with my teeth but after a consultation with Dr Seema a plan was out in place. After completing a course of Invisalign and bonding I got a reason to smile a beautiful set of straight teeth absolute perfection people are constantly remarking on my the difference in my teeth its all thanks to Dr Seema and her wonderful Team in gurranabraher dental

Negative experience: Terrible Service! Firstly, I'd like to state all of the positive reviews attributed to Dr. Laura who is a fantastic Dental Practitioner, are no longer valid as she is sadly no longer with this practice. In summary, the service I received resulted in a noticeably larger front composite tooth than the other. Additionally, I was not informed by the dentist that the Invisalign I purchased from their practice last year would no longer fit after the composite treatment. Ultimately, a portion of the composite tooth chipped off within a week after treatment and I had to seek emergency dental treatment in Spain days before my wedding. When I reached out privately over email to the clinic with my dissatisfaction, I was patronized for being dramatic and informed that the dentist sees over 30 patients a day therefore it would impossible to remember who wears retainers. This is highly unprofessional in my opinion, what medical professional doesn't keep a file nowadays on their patients history. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone who values professionalism and quality above all else.

Fantastic experience: I got my composite veneers done last month in their clinic and absolutely love it. Dr Seema was so nice and really covered every single bit of my insecurities and brought my confidence back! Thank you so much for that!

Negative experience: Went to do a cleaning, she didn’t do it properly and my gums very still bleeding after it, went back again and she send me antibiotics instead doing the deep cleaning or even looking at ( but still charge me for that). Have to go to a diferente dentist, and now happily is all good and no need to take the antibiotics. Definitely never will go back there again.

I was terrified to go see a dentist because I had cracked and bad teeth and had bd experiences with dentist's since I was a kid, Dr. Laura and the dental nurses that work there made me feel so at ease and I can safely say I enjoy going to see them now.
