Negative experience: I rang Doctor Higgins on last Saturday(27.07)at 6pm and told him about the excruciating tooth pain my girlfriend was experiencing, he took my details and said that he will ring me back in a minute and he never did. I tried to ring him again at 7pm, no answer. Then I sent him a text message asking for possibility to get an appointment at any time but got no reply as well. Horrible customer service, all we got was a fake hope!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly happy with this dentist! I had severe pain in my tooth during the night and needed to be seen asap. I went to Higgins Dental because it had the earliest open time. Aidan wasn't supposed to be working that day, but when I called and explained my problem he arrived in minutes. I had never been to this dentist before, but he made me feel very welcome and seemed to genuinely care about getting me right again. There are not many people who would go into work on their day off! I think this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Aidan enough! He's been my family dentist since I was a small child and has always been professional and mannerly, I had 2 wisdom teeth removed today- painless and it was over before I knew it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Higgins for the last few years. I recently required an emergency appointment to have 1 tooth removed and contacted Dr Aidan Higgins. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Aidan facilitated me with an emergency appointment and during the procedure took excellent care, ensuring that I was in no pain and kept as comfortable as possible at all times. Allied to this the follow up treatment and aftercare has been excellent and Aidan’s professionalism and manner as well as his staff is to be commended. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Aidan Higgins to anyone else and will be back for any future dental needs.

Not usually a patient of Dr Higgins but him and his team kindly took me for an emergency appointment to repair my broken front tooth on the day I rang, I cannot speak highly enough of the dentist Eoghan and the dental nurse who talked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the final result. Fantastic experience: I got fillings done by Eoghan twice and both times I was very happy. He was professional, gentle, explained everything clearly and didn't push unnecessary treatment. As enjoyable an experience as you can have at a dentists.

Negative experience: Younger dentist was a gentleman but Aidan made me feel like a monster! Wasn't able to visit a dentist during covid and couldn't afford to do so for a while until I settled in at work. My first few visits were with Eoghan but the most recent visit was with Aidan and i left feeling genuinely depressed and, like I said, a monster. What a grumpy and rude old man! Time to retire I think! I definitely would not recommend! Horrible receptionist also!

Fantastic experience: Adian is a Florence nightingale of todays world I rang him at 7 in the morning as I had a tooth ache from the minute he picked up the phone to the actual tooth extraction a complete diamond and I wasn't even a regular client of his my own denist told me 3 wks due to covid I deffo recommend adian

Negative experience: Most unfriendly, and horrible to me. Awful experience I ever encountered in my life at a Dentist. I would not recommend so rude.

Fantastic experience: I am not a patient of Aidan, but had to call on Easter Monday as I was in immense pain. They were closed, but I was speaking to Aidan who told me I had an abscess, and gave a script over the phone to my pharmacy for antibiotics until I can see my own dentist. All the while Aidan was very polite and understanding. To answer the phone, and help someone in pain on a bank holiday, while your surgery is closed speaks volumes for the level of care here.

Fantastic experience: Really brilliant service. Rang for an emergency appointment due to acute pain. Dr.Higgins was accomodating with appointment time due to travel. Very easy to talk to and explained the situation with gum/tooth. Very friendly dental nurse and admin staff! Arrived early and was seen before time. Would recommend to anyone in need of urgent dental care in Limerick area.

Fantastic experience: “I am a student from India studying at University of Limerick visited Aidan for dental treatment, when Covid-19 crisis was going on, everything under lockdown, frontline workers doing their best, One of them i met was Aidan. One fine day, while i was brushing, a small filling came out of my upper jaw’s teeth from the filling which i had got done back in India. I was worried about the pain and under lock down it was a very scary situation. I was so fortunate to chose to go to Higgins Dental, Doctor fixed my filling in no time, 10 mins hardly and it was done, I was so happy that prevention is done before cure, since everyone hates to get pain. Also I know dental expenses are usually higher in Ireland than in India. I was so glad when Doctor said no fee at all, I was so shocked and surprised. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed this morning which was badly damaged. It came out in minutes (felt like seconds) without braking into pieces. Aidan took such good care of me and my teeth, it felt like going to a spa and not to a dentist and I really dislike going to the dentist so this is the highest praise I could ever give! Highly recommend him

Negative experience: An appointment of my wife was cancelled without any notice just because someone from my insurance company called to the clinic on my behalf. I checked with the insurance agent and he said that he didn't cancel anything for sure. Furthermore, this agent sent me an appointment confirmation by email so he was confident that nothing was going to change. When we came to the clinic the doctor Aidan Higgins refused to help my wife.

Fantastic experience: Dr Higgins is a remarkably nice man & an absolutely excellent dentist. He treated me recently for an out of hours dental issue & could not have been nicer or more professional, i had a follow up treatment with Dr Greta the other dentist there & as a person who has received a considerable amount of dental work over the years i was amazed at how gentle she is, a fantastic dentist also. The surgery was most accommodating and made me feel very reassured & welcome. I really appreciate their excellent care. Ita

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth a few months ago and found it hard to get a dentist quickly, but rung Aidan Higgins and they took me straight away. They were brilliant, bright new modern practise. They have 3 dentists, excellent service and a great location on Countyview Tce, Ballinacurra Rd. Highly reccomended 5*.
