Negative experience: Dreadful for orthodontics, rude and dismissive, just wants your money, he will destroy your teeth. Avoid. I have gone to better more professional dentists who have said my teeth are in a terrible condition from the treatment I received. It has cost me more to fix the issues caused by this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing and welcoming clinic.Staff are fantastic and made my first dental experience comfortable. Dr Daniel and the hygienist Marguerite are amazing at what they do and so are the amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: After an unexpected issue with a tooth, I was desperately trying to find a dental clinic I could trust, and thank God I was recommended to Westside. The polite and friendly staff managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment, and Dr. Daniel was both practical and courteous. In addition to dealing with the tooth problem, I was quite nervous because English is not my first language. However, thanks to everyone at the clinic, I now feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone—I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Fab treatment for my 8 year old who needed a few fillings. He was kind to her and very quick at fillings. It was over before she knew it.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter went for cleaning and check up. They were all very professional, were able to accommodate the time to that we could both be seen on the same day. Got same info about my teeth as from previous dentists I had seen in Brasil and Portugal, so for that I would say they were pretty accurate. I would recommend if you ate looking for a dentist in the Athlone area.

Fantastic experience: Recently had work done with Westside. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff made sure I was looked after. When in the chair, Dr. Daniel made sure I was comfortable and went through the treatment step by step, which really put me at ease. Can't thank all staff enough for their professionalism.

Negative experience: Avoid this place. Especially for orthodontic treatment. Dr Daniel’s bedside manner is atrocious. He’s quietly condescending and ignorant. Please don’t waste your money paying for orthodontic treatment at this clinic. He is predominately a dentist with little orthodontic knowledge or expertise. Search elsewhere!! it’ll be worth the wait. Please clean your clinic. There’s dust, dirt and damp all over the place. Especially noticeable when sitting in the dental chair.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service

Fantastic experience: I approached Daniel with a mouthful of shame in June 2022. I had not been able to smile for years because of low self esteem regarding my teeth and shoddy dental work over the years. I am 55 years of age. Daniel straight away did an excellent consultation with me and came up with a plan which would take place over a 9 month period. This plan included Invisalign braces and implants. I am now finished my plan and I am so happy with the work that Daniel and his team have done for me. Daniel is a pure gentleman, excellent professional and a gentle and caring personality. I was shown the upmost of care and have built a lovely relationship with him and his amazing team of staff. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am a psychotherapist and have my own mental health struggles. Daniel has changed my mouthful of shame to a mouthful of high self esteem. I can smile now and feel so proud of my teeth. If you are struggling with any issues regarding your teeth. Daniel Harney is the man for you. Celina Casey.
