Fantastic experience: I had my root canal and crown done in Athlone Dental, by Dr Grace McClintock. I lived in Athlone for 10 years and I wish I'd come here sooner for dental work. Grace was really great and understanding of someone being a bit anxious about the root canal but the care they gave the whole way through was really lovely. Great people skills. Additionally considering I wasn't a previous patient they fitted me in the same week I called them which was amazing and they were really supportive over the couple weeks it took to complete end to end. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: For the past 4-5 years I’ve had so many issues with my teeth, to the point I felt embarrassed to smile or laugh because of how they looked. I went to various dental clinics prior to coming to Athlone Dental and never felt like I was going to find a solution to the problems with my teeth. Dr Hilary is absolutely fantastic at what he does, and he went above and beyond to help me smile again. Dr Hilary is extremely kind and really put me at ease when I was having dental work carried out. I would highly recommend Athlone Dental to anybody! I am absolutely delighted to be able to smile once again after a very long time.

Fantastic experience: I called Athlone Dental looking for an appointment as my wisdom tooth bothering me. I was not a patient here and they managed to fit me in due to a cancelation. The receptionist was so friendly & Dr.Grace was so thorough, informative and pleasant during my exam and we now have a dental plan in place. Athlone Dental were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

I've had to go back for other work and each time I feel so comfortable and reassured, and haven't felt apprehensive about my visits there. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I would never say I love the dentist.. but the people here are great. I’m very nervous at the dentist but feel so looked after here. I’m also super forgetful but they always send reminders and call/text to confirm appointments. Can’t fault them!

Fantastic experience: Hilary is excellent at what he does. I had gaps in my lower & upper teeth that really bothered me. Hilary put in veneers in the top & bonding in the bottom. He has completely rejuvenated my smile to a point I look completely different. Life changing. He is a brilliant professional & his customer is second to none. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Hilary Meaney. I had a wisdom tooth removed and I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. Both Dr. Meaney and Marie, the dental nurse are so kind and professional. I travelled over an hour to attend this practice and I will happily be making the journey again.

What a gentleman and a talented up to date professional. The premises are beautifully clean and airy. The 2 Laura's and marie are so friendly. I left crying with happiness today as my front teeth got a little make over. Cant recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Due to fear of the dentist, I let my teeth suffer for far too many years before plucking up the courage to visit Athlone dental. In the past four months, Dr. Hillary has transformed my teeth and with each visit I've been more and more comfortable. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now.
