Negative experience: Worst dentist I've ever had , had no pain before I went there was told I needed fillings, aishling drilled one tooth so much there was nothing left and pulled it out ,the one tooth denture they made doesn't fit properly and I have pain in the other one, I will now have to go to another dentist to have my teeth repaired, don't know what the other dentists are, ike here but if it's aishling I'd certainly think twice about it.

Positive experience: Other receptionists are on the ball, Viviannne thinks she can predict what's wrong with you by giving a diagnosis over the phone, without the dentist seeing you. Also trying to put you off making an appointment by stating there is no appointment for months, yet when you repeat that you were told differently by other staff members, Vivian makes the appointment available within the next three weeks. Please give more training to Vivian or hire another staff member as she is very awkward for first time bookers who are in pain and cannot be dealing with unprofessional behavior.

Fantastic experience: Always busy, but always get the job done... grateful to all the staff for always helping me when I've got issues with my teeth

Negative experience: One of the worst dentist I've been to very unhygienic and very rude staff the women on the phone is so rude. It's juts a bad practice all around avoid at all cost unless you are very desperate

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional reception who helped me get the appointment I needed. No waiting and the dentist and dental assistant were clear, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ashwinee is absolutely fantastic. I am a nervous patient when it comes to dental work and she puts me at ease every time. My most recent visit involved some composite bonding. She explained everything to me beforehand, checked on me throughout the whole procedure and her attention to detail and skill is amazing. I was over the moon with the results.

Fantastic experience: I was really anxious coming here as my teeth are poor. Friendly staff made it easy for me to be calm and let them examine my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to D11 for a number of months now as have had a persistent issue with one of my teeth. I cannot recommend Dr. Ashwinee Paibir and her assistant Regina (I think thats her name) highly enough. The level of care is so consistent and feel very informed. Always feel that Dr. Paibir offers you options and sufficient information to enable you to make your own decision. They are so professional, very pleasant and tender in their care. Also a big shout out to the receptionists who are the friendliest ladies you will meet!

Fantastic experience: It has been so many years since i attend Denist , that my fear of denists , D11 DENIST reasure me everything would be fine , to that end it was . They made me comforable and at easy .Nurses and staff are very nice and friendly .

Fantastic experience: Great dentist dr Ashwinee Paibir is amazing at what she does had to get a wisdom tooth removed and i was in and out no hassle no pain great services would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am and have been attending this practice for a number of months now. My treatment has been excellent from my Dentist Ruth her nurse Marion and also the hygeinist and reception staff. I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Thanks to all. If they do not do the procedure you are looking for they will recommend someone for you. Very professional service.

Negative experience: Whoever answered the phone was not helpful telling me next appointment will be in a month's time away I have pain now,,, telling me they are cracking down on people who missed an appointment from 2015 and I didn't go the second appointment cause they were talking about need work done for 200 nearly and I didn't have it..... Glad I rang somewhere else and have an appointment in 3 days

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team who are incredibly helpful, Marion in particular is brilliant to deal with and is so lovely. I've seen a few dentists there and each have been really great and worked with my TMJ with no issues. Wisdom tooth removal done last week... would recommend making contact if in need!

Fantastic experience: I usually hate going to the dentist as I am terrified. Attended here today and the dentist Adhwiner Paibir was so reassuring and welcoming. In my opinion most dentists in Dublin only care about how much money they can make off you. You can tell that is not the case in this practice Adhwiners main priority was to help me and to get rid of the pain in my mouth, Fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and sympathetic dental practice. Ruth, Sylvia, Robyn & Joy take time to get to know their patients and their needs. The dentist takes her time with difficult work and won't rush patients. This means she can run late with appointments but you will get the benefit when being treated. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Well i have to say my outlook on this place has changed for the better...Ruth the Dentist and her lovely assistant Robin have Restored my faith..i had so many bad experiences before, But today with Ruth i did not feel any pain, I was so nervous she was so patient with me, I cannot thank Ruth & her assistant Robin enough The receptionists were so nice really nice girls all around great experience ⚘⚘⚘

Negative experience: I have been attending here 5 years now..The dentist's and their assistants are kind,caring and extremely professional..However,There is one particular receptionist who is disgustingly rude..Her tone,her body language her perception...All way below the level of professional she needs to interact with the public...She should not be employed.ina public set employment..

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID....If I can save one person from going through the pain these butchers caused me it will be worth writing this review...I clearly wouldnt even give them 1 star but had to click it to type this. I had an extraction done there (in high in sight may have been totally unnecessary in the dentist who performed its opinion, my tooth could have been filled) Long story short, she extracted my tooth (took 50 mins) broke another tooth next to it while doing so...stuck some sort of putty in the tooth she broke and let me on my way. I Rang to say the putty thingy had fallen out. She returned my call days later. She advised me to go and buy some more myself in the chemist and stick it in!!!!! Went to a proper dentist a week later, lumps of that putty left in my huge open socket she had torn apart and causing severe pain and infection. Thankfully have gotten things sorted elsewhere and saved the tooth this butcher broke. NEVER EVER book here even if your on your knees in pain!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I came to D11 Dental. I'm absolutely terrified of Dentists and have been since the age of 6/7. I'm so bad that my tooth snapped and I still missed my appointment cos it wasn't hurting anymore. Well it got worse so I had to go this morning. I was so tense and stressed but so glad Dr. Tier was on because I went in at 8:30am and was out by 9am (after 2 fillings & 1 extraction) and I didn't feel a thing. He spoke to me all the way through and I have no qualms about going back for my next appointment. The girls on the desk were so lovely and very helpful. I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks D11

Negative experience: The are shocking rude.. had to get scale n polish. AFter that. I had appointment with my orthodontist he said the scale and polish I got was shockinggggggggg. Then D11 dental told me I needed 3 fillings went for second opinion and they told me I needed noooo such thing. Absolute disgrace of dentist and staff So nowwwww I will have to get it done again all because they are very under qualified in what the do should of learned from first job they done on me

Negative experience: I have been visiting here since I was a child and while I feel the dentists are good, the level of service is poor. Everytime I visit I am left waiting long periods, watching others go into their appointments. Today I was almost 1 hour waiting for a Scale and Polish - so I left, for good!! Luckily I wasn't in any pain, but I have had enough. My wife and daughter are not going to use them anymore either. Ronan

Fantastic experience: Friendly and affordable dentists located beside Ballymun Library on the corner with Glasnevin Avenue. Great staff who make nervous patients feel welcome and cheer you up even when you have the worst toothache!

Fantastic experience: Not from the area but attended with a dental emergency recently and I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received there. Ruth looked after me brilliantly and her team we all really nice to me in difficult circumstances which I really appreciated. Thanks again everyone for helping me when I needed it!

Negative experience: Whilst the hygienist was really lovely, I was surprised that when I went to pay i was charged an extra 40 euro for a 5 minute examination by Mr Tier which I hadn't asked for. 80 euros turned into 120 euros. Wish I'd read the reviews here first.

Positive experience: I had loads of work done and I'm really nervous of dentists but they where great i will go back again I'm greatfull

Negative experience: My mam went to D11 dental for a extraction and had a very bad experience. Absolutely avoid.

Negative experience: Very poor communication and very old equipment. Expensive for what they offering you. Avoid them.

Positive experience: I was told I needed 2 wisdom teeth removed by the surgeon and that I would have to pay €150 for the surgeons consultation but that the extractions would be free because they were covered by the medical card. After I had the extractions I was charged €300, €150 per tooth. Miscommunication between staff cost me twice what I was expecting. Other than that they staff are very friendly, helpful and reassuring.
