Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jacqueline enough. If you have an absolute phobia about visiting a dentist, her practice is the one to go to. She sets you at ease and is completely understanding about how uncomfortable or anxious you might be. The patience and care shown is beyond compare.

Fantastic experience: I changed dentist after an unpleasant experience with a hygienist. I can honestly say since moving to Jacqueline & Co that I actually enjoy my appointments. I'm with a hygienist for my gums and it's so comforting to have such professional, calming and friendly environment to go to! Jacqueline is so reassuring and there's a bit of craic to be had with the staff too which is always a bonus! I always manage to get on street parking or I walk from my work on the North Circular Rd, so the location is ideal too! I'd highly recommend especially if you're anyway apprehensive of the dentist.

Her extensive knowledge really opened my eyes to the impact certain foods can have on your teeth, something I never fully realised before. Jacqueline, Tommy, Elaine, and the rest team are a breath of fresh air. My treatment was completely pain-free, and I feel silly for ever being anxious to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jaqueline and her team enough! I used to be terrified of the dentist and avoided it for years. Just the thought of making an appointment filled me with anxiety. A year ago, I found this practice when searching for a dentist for nervous patients and I am so happy I did! Jaqueline made the whole process easy, breaking down the work into manageable appointments and ensuring I felt comfortable and relaxed each time. Her advice and reassurance were invaluable through out the process. Tommy and Elaine are also incredible and another reason why this practice is so great. Now, I don’t dread going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: OUTSTANDING! I haven't been treated by a dentist for well over 10 years due to my phobia and panic attacks and today I also had a panic attack and wasn't able to be treated. However I can not explain to you how much Wiktoria and her assistant helped me, the care, understanding and sincerity I was shown during my visit was second to none. After they had helped me calm down Wiktoria then took me through the different tools and processes for my next visit so that I will be able to get treated, she spent an hour of her time with me that she really didnt need to and I can't explain to you how amazing that was. I'm still very nervous to come back but she has helped me feel like I will actually be able to achieve treatment next time (and get rid of my toothache!), please let her know she did a really great and kind thing today and I can't explain how grateful I am, not once did I feel embarrassed for having my panic attack either and that's such a big deal, 5 star

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the Dentist for a long while, got very nervous on a few occasions. Saw an advert in the Limemrick Post for Jacqueline and it said that they cater for nervous patients. So I plucked up the courage to go in, and between herself and her staff, they put me completly at ease and actually made the whole visit very enjoyable (even for a dentist). Very professional and will return, when the time comes. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I will never be able to thank Jacqueline and her team enough. After years of avoiding the dentist and in severe pain for months I made an appointment I turned up the first day a nervous wreck knowing I needed teeth removed and a lot of work done. I wanted to just get up and run the first day but Jacqueline and Elaine manged to get me through it. we put a plan in place for the other work I needed done that day. I'm now months on and pain free and no fear of the dentist. Jacqueline is great dentist and has a great team working with her I challenge anyone with fear like I had to pick up the phone and call them you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Jacqueline is an exceptional dentist, her kindness and patience radiates through her practice. I think she's perfect for those who are nervous patients as she dedicates time to engage with you before your appointment, at no point did I feel rushed or afraid while getting treatment. I'm a nervous patient and have never had a positive experience with a dentist as an adult prior to attending OB Dental. OB Dental changed that completely. I came away from both appointments, calm and comfortable due to Jacqueline and her amazing staff. Elaine is so pleasant and such a lovely presence to have in the room, she has a very gentle and friendly manner. Louise gave me a scale and polish, she is very kind and friendly. She made me feel very welcomed and her treatment went very smoothly. I met Tommy at reception before my second appointment, he's so personable and warm - I had a lovely time chatting to him as I waited.

Fantastic experience: Jacqueline is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I am, no was extremely nervous about even stepping into a dentist office, let alone getting into a dentist chair but after a lot of work with Jacqueline and her very caring and understanding team I can now go in feeling confident and comfortable that nothing bad is going to happen to me and if it does I can say stop. As a child I had some very bad experiences which left me (I hate to use the word traumatised because it sounds so overdramatic) but I was a basket case every time I had to get something done with my teeth which meant I would keep putting it off and as a result I ended up needing a lot of work done. Each and every time Jacqueline would explain what needed to be done, how she was going to do it, what I might feel and told me I could stop at any time and take a break. After every injection she would raise up the chair so I would feel more comfortable until it took effect. Her and the team would keep me distracted by talking to me about everyday stuff and the difference with them from other surgeries is that they all listen and are genuinely interested because they would ask me about it the next time I went in. Jacqueline is so good at what she does and is a genuinely nice person with your best interest at heart. She is so good she even managed to talk me into getting a root canal done (which I had to have done somewhere else). I was so happy with the treatment that I received that I brought my 2 daughters to her as well. I will have to have more work done and another 2 root canal but at least I can now go and have this done feeling like an adult with a voice that can stand up for myself and Jacqueline gave that to me. I know a lot of people will not understand the crippling fear that I experienced but for those of you who do this is the place for you. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: If it were possible to leave a higher review I would. There are few things that can make the experience of requiring an emergency dental appointment in any way enjoyable, OB Dentistry being an exception to this rule. I was sitting in the dentist chair a mere 3 hours after my initial phone call enquiring about availability. Every single employee I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, most of all dentist Jacqueline O'Brien who immediately put me at ease and explained clearly every step of the process. She performed the dental work(a filling on a broken front tooth) to a very high standard and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I cannot thank Jacqueline and the team enough for how well I was looked after. Needless to say this establishment will be top of my list for any and all dentistry I will require in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been so nervous going to the dentist. I have sensory issues and I find it very difficult to have work done to my teeth, aswell as this my mental health problems mean that I have found taking care of my teeth quite difficult. This has all changed thanks to Jacqueline and her amazing team! When I first went in I asked if u could use sensory toys to help keep myself calm, she talked me through every step of her process and kept checking in on me as she worked. As time progressed and I got more work done I no longer needed my sensory toys to distract me. I felt completely comfortable sitting in the chair, because of the care and attentiveness of the entire team! There has never been any slight bit of judgment either, they accepted me where I was at, never pressured me to make change but encouraged, advises and praised when it happened. I have already recommended Jacqueline and her team to many a friend, but I wanted to put this out for anyone out there looking for a dentist who will support any nervous or neurodiverse patients, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I don’t like dentists at all due to a bad experience when I was younger, but Jacqueline is incredible. This was my first positive dentist experience. My tooth broke, and I ended up needing to get it pulled. I was terrified going in, but her and her team are fantastic! Jacqueline spoke to me and told me each step she was taking and didn’t rush in to anything. I felt no pain, and she made sure I was okay afterwards too. Fantastic experience: The whole team are so friendly. Jacqueline took the time to hear my concerns. She used a technique called a "rubber dam" and it made a massive difference. It stops water pooling in your throat and no choking feeling. Will be recommending to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I suffer with my mental health very badly, and at times it causes me to neglect my physical so I was very embarrassed and anxious to go to a dentist. But Jacqueline and Tommy and rest of the team made it such a positive experience, they’re so friendly (I was almost excited to go back even after I had to get two teeth pulled). Would 100% recommend, especially if you are very anxious.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dr. O'Brien's Dental Clinic. I was suffering from a wisdom tooth infection and was in pain for days. I left a message with her clinic and within an hour I was contacted by Dr. O'Brien and an appointment was set for me the next day. The office was very clean and the staff was lovely. I had the initial consult, x-ray and wisdom tooth extraction completed within 15 minutes. She made me feel very safe and comfortable as this was my first ever tooth extraction. I did not feel any pain and was incredibly happy with the results. Dr. O'Brien was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend her practice and I am so grateful for such a positive experience!
