Negative experience: Unprofessional and negligent Came in for a routine filling, left in pain with a fistula and an injury to my mouth. The dentist reused gloves after touching cabinets, ignored my dizziness, and tried to upsell unnecessary procedures. Despite promising a refund months ago, the clinic has gone silent. I'm now pursuing legal action. Avoid this place if you care about your health.

Negative experience: Стоматолога не раджу. Звернувся три місяці тому зі скаргою на зуб, а він зробив чистку. При тому не зрозуміло нашо давив дзеркалом на ясна. І навіть після зауваження давити не перестав. Проблема з якою звернувся так і лишилась, а зараз вже біль постійний. Тобто тоді вчасно звернувся для лікування, але зуб мені той навіть не тронули не лікували.

Negative experience: that's just terrible! Today I came to visit Edita, she was having a nice time with her manager, and was in no hurry to see patients. When she was free, her manager told me I would have to wait about an hour. (I came to my time) I don’t understand how you can treat people like that? I waited one week for the visit because she is always very busy. And while working, she discusses her personal problems, taking up my time. (And I don’t have any time at all). This happens all the time, but today it was just terrible. I feel that she has stopped respecting her patients and respecting their time. I hope she will remember that she is a doctor and will be more attentive to her patients!

Fantastic experience: Edita is the best Gp in Limerick and nearer towns that you can find. I have tried several local GPs, and my last one was one of the most popular in Limerick (she was also a one of the heads in Limerick Hospital board). I honestly had a feeling that all of the previous gps tried to kill me. Got no proper help for years. Had to travel outside Ireland for urgent health treatments. Then my friend met Edita in Shannon docs as her 8 months old son had a very bad ear infection. Edita was so professional and helped the child. I was very impressed, it felt like proper medical service. So I went to meet her and she is my gp now. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. I am with them for over 5 years now, and always getting help and clear answer to any of my conditions. Edita also manages my chronicle illnesses. The quality of my life and my wellbeing improved hugely since I started working with Edita. She is hard working and knowledgeable gp. We are blessed to have her in Limerick. Also I want to compliment Laura who is doing all admin and works as receptionist. She is just a star and a treasure for the center. She knows her stuff and doing her work well in a quiet busy environment, and it is not easy! You will get proper and professiona help, support and answer to any issue you have. 100% recommend it.

Negative experience: GP is extremely rude no bye, thank you etc. Receptionist lying after 20 missed phone calls that she did her job but she actually never did it . Horrible service . DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. AVOID!!!

Negative experience: I'm writing this on behalf of my husband. Extremely rude service, not recommended to anyone. Took two days for receptionist to get sick cert sorted, after calling them 10 times asking for it, as I had to send it to work, she dare to lie that she emailed the cert a day ago. Which she never did. Nobody picked up the phone in reception for ages, so tried to call doctor Edita personally and she came across very rude. Such a poor service and unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid..

Negative experience: From experience Won't recomended to anyone who's valuing their time. 2 stars gave it only for profesional and polite reception lady who was trying her best to contact Dr Edita. Becouse she was running late more then one hour for the second time. For the first visit I had passion wait to be admitted but Dr Edita not the politest person. She passed buy us like we are some obstacle on her waiting room and asked receptionist I her mother tong -what they want (patients), what they waiting for and what language they speaking. And we was standing 5 feets from her. When receptionist answered that we have appointment she went back to her cabinet and finally admitted us. No apology for being late almost one hour. Second visit I waited for one hour and walked away enough is enough. Forst private medical clinic I ever experienced.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.GP is extremely rude.Woman from reception booked my little one in for blood test.When we arrived GP was very unhappy to see us and was keep asking with her raised voice why i brought my son to do bloods,as she sees that he is absolutely fine by just looking at him.But i brought him with a reason and i knew that. At the end,following week i called for the results,his iron level was very low and receptionist told me to wait until doctor will call and explain everytwas very worried,nobody called me for 5 hours!When i emailed them,receptionist replied to me that doctor is busy with a patients all day.But at the end we are patients too,we paid for the bloods and the consultation.At the end doctor wasn’t brave enough to call me and admit she was wrong,so receptionist called me and told me she will send prescription to my local pharmacy,off course she didn’t!When i called 10 times,she replied that she forgot!She was busy and after she had to go home!So i was waiting for it 2 days until she found the time to do it. Please be aware and choose another clinic,where you will be warm welcomed and will feel free to talk what’s worrying you.

Negative experience: Extremely rude male receptionist keeps hanging up on me before I even have a chance to ask him a question. "Ring back 10mins" and then slamming down phone. What way is that to treat patients??

Negative experience: not a nice atmosphere, I paid the money and didn't even get a prescription for the medicine or the referral I was asking for. the doctor looked at me like I'm a aliens. I do not recommend. they are forced to work without any empathy!!!!!

Negative experience: Vakar paskambinau, priregistravo šiandien ryte. Su sergančiu vaiku vykome į kliniką iš kito miesto valandą laiko. Atvykus sutartu laiku klinika buvo uždaryta. Paskambinus buvo pasakyta, kad neva ne tai dienai buvome užsiregistravę turbūt, nes gydytoja nedirba neva iš ryto, nors tiek internetu buvo galimybė registruotis iš ryto (vakar žiūrėjau) tiek telefonu pasakė kad registruoja šiandienos rytui. Turbūt registratorius pamiršo užsirašyti arba pasikeitė gydytojos planai. Bet buvo ne tik kad nepranešta, neatsiprašysta ir apsimesta, kad neva neregistravo, bet dar ir padėtas ragelis nebaigus pokalbio ir neišsiaiškinus situacijos! Labai nusivyliau klinikos aptarnavimu. Pirmą kartą teko susidurti su tokiais neatsakingais darbuotojais! Juk visgi kalba eina apie karščiuojantį mažą vaiką! Nerekomenduoju!
