Negative experience: Avoid this clinic if you want be treated. They over charge, try to drag out the appointments to make money from you. I actually had to go to my GP as they failed to treat an infection for an antibiotic after taking 2 courses prescribed by the dentist. They brought me in for my appointment to begin the treatment. I never received a dental plan, he filled and tooth and sent me on my way. When the numbness wore off, I assumed the problem tooth would have been fixed. This didn't happen. They treated a different tooth which had had no baring on the pain I was experiencing. I was overcharged for a clean. Should only have paid 15euro though PRSI scheme, they charged 40euro. I have sent 3 emails and not one of them was responded to. I had asked for a plan and Ronan rattled off 3 appointments and said "that's your plan". The website clearly states a treatment plan with costs will be issued following initial appointment, that doesn't happen They will hand you a receipt without details, just a note of what is charged. When I asked for a detailed receipt following my first filling, the receptionist hand wrote filling on the receipt. I feel they would rather get as much money from you without treating your problem. It's a sign of their lack of professionalism and competence when I had to seek treatment from my GP. It's a lesson learned. I had to seek dental assistance elsewhere and the new dentist couldn't believe the incompetency. I still can't believe a medical professional chose not to treat the cause of the pain, but instead was quite happy to keep me on a course of antibiotics until he squeezed as much money as possible. Absolutely disgraceful!

Negative experience: I have never felt more uncomfortable with going to a dentist . I only went 3 times, and the appointments were always rescheduled, and it was always to suit them, and then the actual experience the hygienist was the only positive . The dentist was the most ignorant man I've ever met throughout the 3 appointments. There were always comments about myself.

Fantastic experience: You could not get a better dentist very professional I was always v nervous of dentist my friend had v bad teeth and he did a fantastic job for her so I then got confidence to go to him he is excellent at his job and I would recommend him to everyone

I attended as a VERY nervous patient, having put off going to a dentist for way too long because of previous bad experiences. Ronan & all the staff there are first class professionals, my only regret is that I go to them years ago.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to.Ronan is very professional and excellent dentist,I had a bridge reconstruction after 20yrs.from the first consultation to the final refit was excellent.he is also a gentleman and makes you feel at ease at all times.the result was Perfect.also the receptionists and dental nurses are brilliant and not forgetting Deirdre who is first class.would not go anywhere else.100%. Negative experience: very unprofessional, arranges appointments for which he does not come. it didn't happen just once.. at the end of my story, I gave money as a deposit for something I will never get. I can't go there Back. I can't work with someone who is so unprofessional... now they are assuring me that I misheard when the appointment was. I am very disappointed and angry. I hope that no one will ever have a situation like mine

Everyone in the practice are friendly, hygiene is at the highest standard. Brilliant service and fantastic staff.

Positive experience: I felt very safe, as an asthmatic at this practice. Social distancing masks etc. When I explained my asthma to the dentist they had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Filling and check up included.My wife also attended the hygienist here and had the same experience. She is also asthmatic. I highly recommend this practice and the front office staff.
