Dentaltech Dental & Dentures Clinic Wexford.

I appreciate your attention to my feedback, and I would like to clarify that my concern was never about the price, but rather the behavior and the misleading information provided during my visit. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment at your center where I clearly explained my dental issue. At that time, I was informed and we agreed that the cost for the dental fixing would be 60 Euros. The appointment date was also set accordingly. However, when I arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was told that the 60 Euros was only for the consultation, and that I would need to pay an additional 90 Euros, bringing the total to 150 Euros for the treatment. What particularly raised my concern was that I was informed the treatment would not come with any guarantee, not even for a minute. This made me feel uncomfortable and uncertain about proceeding, especially given the conflicting information I received. I believe that clear communication and transparency are essential when discussing patient care, and the lack of consistency left me feeling uneasy. I understand that every clinic may have its policies and pricing structure, but I would expect these to be communicated clearly and consistently from the beginning. I hope you can understand why this situation led to my dissatisfaction. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further and hope that we can find a resolution that reflects the professionalism and patient care that your clinic is known for. Best regards, Najeeb I would strongly advise against going to this dental clinic. The dental technicians here are not professional at all. My experience was terrible from start to finish, and I genuinely regret wasting both my money and time. To be very honest, they are only interested in making money rather than providing proper care or quality service. There was no professionalism, no attention to detail, and no real concern for patients. It felt like they were just rushing through the process without any expertise. Honestly, this place is completely useless. If you value your health, time, and hard-earned money, please go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Hugely impressed by professional manner throughout, the way procedures would take place, the costs and how they may be staggered, the follow up. All this whilst being ultra friendly and patient. You could not find better , personally was nervous about it all, but not one bit after its conclusion.

I'm only 39 and getting a full set of dentures with 18 extractions.... never been more at ease about getting dental work done. Trust me.... your call won't go unswered.... there now like my second family.... SO easy going

Negative experience: Arrived for appointment at 4pm to be told they couldn’t see me until 5pm. Having left work early, acquired parking this was not suitable. Left the premises with no apology and no follow up to explain why this happened. Terrible customer service, definitely will not be going back or recommending others to do so.
