Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to share my incredibly positive experience when my 4-year-old daughter visited the dental clinic! The clinic had a warm and child-friendly atmosphere. The dentist was fantastic at explaining each step, making her feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this dental clinic for young children, as they made dental care a positive and enjoyable experience for my little one!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommended this dental surgery , Whitewater Dental . Extremely knowledgeable & very professional in his approach. Made me feel very comfortable after terrible experience with another local butcher in Newbridge ( I mean local dentist). Peter explained each procedure in detail and constantly made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain which was a change from the previous dentist who laughed when I flinched with pain due to not administering sufficient numbing injections. Horrendous experience but the complete opposite with Whitewater Dental. I wouldn’t have any issues recommending them and will also return to this practice for further work.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years, Iwona is my angel on earth, there is not a procedure that woman cannot do with patience. I am an extremely nervous patient and she makes me feel at ease everytime and no matter when I ring or need an emergency she makes sure I am looked after even if it is out of hours, Highly recommend.

Got an emergency appointment without hesitation & they went through all my options & prices with everything. They are all about the patient not the money which is very rare these days. This will be my full time dentist for me & my family from now on. 5* treatment from start to finish

These guys didn't make any promises to see me but said I could wait and see if could get me in. They did a amazing job and in calming me and my experience was pain free. Thank you all. Wasn't even a patient but I had an emergency and they not only made sure they saw me but stayed late to make sure I was looked after and wasn't leaving in any pain! I cannot thank them enough and they did an excellent job, no pain at all since! I will be going back for a cleaning and anything else I need!!

Fantastic experience: When there this morning on short notice because I'd a broken wisdom tooth and another molar beside it for extraction have to say it was the best visit I've ever had to a dentist never felt a thing and wisdom teeth are meant to be the hardest to extract ,dentist was great he put me at ease straight away was actually funny and took my mind off the job in hand ,absolutely 100% service would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Piotr has been my dentist for the past couple of years. The majority for cleaning which alone is an exceptional service. But I had to get a tooth pulled a month ago and an implant yesterday. To say I was a nervous wreck is an understatement. Piotr was amazing. The procedure went very well.. and shockingly pain free!! He's quite funny as well as professional so was able to put me at ease! His receptionist is also so lovely! Highly recommend this dental clinic!!!

Negative experience: Disgraceful the amount of time I had to wait all the time I had an appointment or when I had a really bad pain on my teeth and I had to come in with no appointment. Nobody tells you that there is a delay and how long you have to wait. I ended up waiting few times about an hour than one time about 2h and last time 4h. In fairness the doctors know they're job , but the management is really bad.

Positive experience: Not friendly to young adults. The guy was very good, but the lady wasn't nice. I would give her only one star.
