Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Sawati She is really very nice professional and very kind I went into the clinic afternoon with extremely pain in my wisdom tooth And Dr Sawati and one of her colleague They are brilliant . Soon after job was done and went back home and after few hours pain back again and I rang to Dr Sawati she immediately called me to the clinic and in 15 to 20 minutes I was at clinic she was alone and helped me for extreme pain . I am absolutely fine after that . Receptionist was so kind I would love to give 10 out of 10 To all the professionals staff. Thanks very much.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient to dentist s, this was the best visit I've ever had to a dentist although it was not an easy job. I was in awful pain , I had to get a root canal re done. The dentist and her assistant were so friendly and professional from the moment I met them. The dentist Stephanie listened to me and put me at ease explaining what had to be done and assuring me she could do it. Through out the procedure she was calm and professional. I felt safe and was told to ring if i needed anything, was still in pain or had any questions. Iwould highly recommend the Crescent clinic.

Fantastic experience: I got referred to the Dr Healy after a failed root canal with my dentist (Who then wanted to remove the tooth). Dr Healy inspected the tooth through examination and scans. Determined the tooth could be saved and was! Explained the procedure thoroughly and the follow up steps, everything was a breeze. I would recommend visiting if you want a specialist to complete the root canal.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Swati, who looked after me on Tuesday. I came in with a lot of pain following a wisdom tooth removal, and she quickly diagnosed a dry socket - something that had unfortunately been missed the day before by another professional at a different clinic. Her diagnosis was fast and accurate, and the treatment brought me almost immediate relief. I’m so grateful for her attentive care and professionalism. She’s not only highly skilled but also very kind and thorough. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Swati was unbelievable. She was so kind and caring to me as I was in so much pain. I went in for root canal treatment but also had an acute abscess.She explained everything to me and was so patient. I would highly recommend Dr Swati to anyone. She even gave me her number in case I had any issues over the weekend and also rang me on the evening of my treatment to see how I was doing. She was amazing. Liz McDonnell

Negative experience: Wish I could give this place zero stars… waited 40 mins beyond my appointment time and told them I couldn’t stay any longer and left the clinic … was then chased by “apologetic” dentist who convinced me to go back in … 10 mins later I’m out the door and €300 out of pocket (when I was initially told it would be €150) … was a total money grab nothing else. Stay away from here.

Fantastic experience: I went for a root canal to The Crescent Clinic this afternoon. I was so nervous about the procedure but Dr Stephanie Healy put me immediately at ease with her kind and caring manner. She was so lovely but also very professional. She had the procedure done so quickly with very little pain or discomfort. I was delighted. I would highly recommend The Crescent Clinic and the wonderful Dr Stephanie.

Fantastic experience: Very good treatment. I had to get an opinion on whether my tooth could be saved of had to be removed. I got a CT scan which was reviewed and it was determined my tooth could be saved. I got a brace for it and root canal treatment all performed on the same day. Hopefully this will mean my tooth can be saved now.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Professional Practice! Got a root canal somewhere else over 10 years ago and it wasnt done properly and I got a chronic long term jaw infection as a result. Dr Stephanie Healy did a great job clearing it out and doing my tooth it properly as well as spotting and doing another tooth. If you need root canals - this is the best place to go! Dr Stephanie and her assistant Suzanne were both friendly & professional.

Dr Lynda Elliot and Dr Ronan Cahill between them treated me with great kindness and professionalism. Positive experience: Beautiful clean, bright, calm dental clinic with ample parking outside. Dr McIlgorm is an excellent radiologist efficient but relaxed and welcoming. He takes time to explain both the procedure and the results of the scan.

Fantastic experience: John O'Brien was patient with me as I was a bit apprehensive.He was a real genuine person.Answered all my question without talking down to me and i really felt i could trust his judgement.He really knew his job and was a mint of information.I left the building happy now knowing what was wrong with me and armed with the knowledge of what can be done to help me with the pain.

Fantastic experience: Iv been seeing Dr O’Brien now for a while as I struggle with jaw joint pain and I cannot recommend him enough! Dr O’Brien has attempted many different ways to help ease my jaw pain each time I have attended an appointment with him. I was originally seeing other jaw specialist who provided nothing but medication and being constantly disappointed as nothing was working but Dr O’Brien goes above and beyond. I never have to reach out to him he will always contact me himself to ask how my pain is doing etc. If you suffer with jaw pain like myself, book with Crescent clinic. Staff and reception are super nice also which goes such a long way! Thank you crescent clinic for helping me.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't say enough good things about this practice and it's staff! If you're terrified of needles like I am then you should go here. I didn't feel a thing as I was being injected which is something I've never experienced at a dentist before. My root canal was seamless and I'm SO HAPPY with the result! Thank you Lynda ❤

Fantastic experience: I have an unusual C-shaped tooth, which needed a root canal. Dr. Murray was so thorough in her work at sorting this ongoing issue for me. I am 3 days post root canal and feeling it improve day by day. She has made a follow up appointment for me with herself in 2 weeks time. I feel I am in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: I dont normally do reviews but this place was so good and went above and beyond. I was a bit nervous but everyone was so helpful and nice from the get go. Aileen the manager was so lovely and helpful as I had a couple of issues with forms etc which she sorted promptly. The receptionist and all the other staff whom I delt with were so helpful and polite too. Would definitely reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with this clinic. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem, and they discussed the problems that needed addressing. I really appreciate the professionalism in explaining the options for the dental plan, which was quite complex.

Negative experience: Nice staff but I wasn't provided with a treatment plan / cost before my pre planned root canal treatment. I cancelled the apt after an initial consultation because of the above. I asked for a treatment plan / costs but this never arrived and have since contacted another dentist practice. Who gets work done without knowing the price?!

Negative experience: I had a really negative experience at this clinic. The treatment by the specialist I saw was really awful and I was left truly shaken afterwards. Unfortunately the root canal treatment performed was not done on the correct tooth, but I was left so shaken I did not go back to follow this up because I could not face it. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great place with lovely staff

Negative experience: Disappointed as sent elsewhere when treatment didn't go to plan. what got me was that turns out that what i ended up with finally, is done here anyway. Bar the fact I paid out thousands more to someone else so work that one out...I shouldnt have had to go elsewhere and pay even more. For what I ended up with i would have paid half.. I understand if things dont go to plan and you have to go with something less, they should have stuck with it and I should have not paid so much more. Paid a hell of a lot of money ,was the dearest quote and I was led to believe that I was going to be taken care of as in you pay for what you get. Heard nothing after I was dispatched elsewhere despite emailing re receipts..I went through a lot over more than a year. I feel let down and broke by the whole thing.
