Positive experience: Went to the kids workshop today and it was really fun and informative (even for me). The ladies were so friendly and welcoming. My kids are now all about brushing their teeth properly and eating less sugar. Great experience.

Negative experience: Not a great experience at all. The machine for scaling teeth was broken so had to have hand scaling done, which was pretty uncomfortable. Wasn’t informed of the issue - had to ask about it. Teeth didn’t feel clean afterwards at all and were barely polished. Not what I’d expect from this dental practice.

I had a cleaning done by Kayleigh the hygeinist today She was extremely professional and during the process gave excellent advice on dental hygeine including use of brushes and flossing. I have a couple of cavities awaiting attention and Kayleigh was particularly gentle around those areas causing minimum discomfort. Top marks.

Fantastic experience: Iv been getting looked after by brendan and his team for 2 root canals for a few visits lately and I am very pleased, they always look after me and make me feel welcome, n body likes going to the dentist but there a great team and make you feel at ease and even if you still have a problem they are great for helping you out with appointments , I highly recommend going there cause they care about you which is half the battle
