Fantastic experience: I would recommend Smile Store to everyone. The staff are very friendly, and explained everything in detail. The value for money is incredible, the best in Ireland and abroad that I found after 8 months of research. They offer a payment plan through Humm also. I had a one hour consultation which included an exam, an x-ray, and the most professional orthodontist and staff explained it all to me. I need a lot of work done including implants, crowns, root canal. I left with a very detailed plan, including price breakdown, for every step of my journey to a smile I can be proud to show. I could not recommend these specialists enough. If you are thinking about crowns, implants, any dental work, make the call. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been the biggest fan of dental visits, but my experience at Smile Store completely changed that. I had quite a bit of work done, and both my dentist and the nurse were incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel at ease throughout. A special thank you to Dr. Desislava — her attention to detail and eye for aesthetics are outstanding. She’s truly made me love my teeth again, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls at the desk were just as wonderful. They were supportive and calming, especially when I was feeling anxious before my implant procedure. Honestly, the whole team at Smile Store is amazing. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, and everyone has been just as happy. We’re all sticking with them!

Negative experience: My advice, go to a better dentist, this place doesn't care about their patients only their wallet, crazy overpriced to be treated like meat on a production line. And have no issues in lying to you to get your money

Fantastic experience: I have a massive fear of the dentist as most do & I had an appointment booked for today. I had a ball of anxiety coming up to the appointment & felt physically sick when I entered the premises. The girls on the desk were so lovely & understood my fear & anxiety completely, putting me at ease. When I met the dentist, she was also just so lovely to me & very understanding. Possibly the best experience to date I have had with a dentist appointment that I know 100% I will return & not let the fear as it has done before keep me away. 1000% would recommend this practice to all.

Fantastic experience: I got two implants at the Smile Store. It was over 6 appointments, which also included a tooth extraction...anyway, the experience has been excellent. The team were very good on this journey while I am extremely happy with the end result. I often joke, they're (teeth) stronger than anything else nature gave us.

Fantastic experience: I've being to smile store a couple of times, I needed alot of work the first time 8 years ago but I had to go back recently for replacement of Crowns. I've never being to a dentist where I feel so comfortable and confident, smile store are amazing in what they do from the moment you walk in to the girls at the desk to the dental treatment, thank you all so so much.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for treatment for a number of years and I have always been treated in a professional manner by all staff. From receptionists, hygienists and dentists, I have been very impressed. There is never any pressure put on as regards treatment plans recommended and it's up to the individual to make the final decision. On a few occasions I found it necessary to contact the surgery in an emergency and I have always been accomodated in a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Smile Store.

Fantastic experience: The consult was professional and detailed. I was provided with relevant artifacts after the consult via email as well. The dentist (Dr Desislava) outlined precautionary options we should try first before proceeding with anything invasive, which I appreciated. Availability of imaging machinery on site is a good advantage too, to be able to get more info immediately instead of having to go out for a scan and coming back for another consult. EDIT: I got a filling replaced as per the doctors recommendation and that fixed the symptoms I was facing in both teeth. Her advice was sane and her work even better. I wanted to get some followups to the work as well and she was very accommodating with it. Would wholeheartedly recommend her for any dental work you may have.

Negative experience: Felt compelled to write this review and warn others to save their hard earned money and go to a local reliable dental practice. I first contacted smile store a few months ago wishing to be booked in for a check up and clean, I was told I had to pay €65 over the phone to secure my appointment which came as a bit of surprise but I paid it. During this appointment I was examined by the dentist and an x ray was done. Before I knew it a “dental plan” had being drawn up amounting to over €4000!! No clean performed on this day nor was I ever informed that it was just a consult. Apparently I needed route canals and fillings and crowns etc. I left the clinic in complete shock, you would honestly think I needed a full mouth reconstruction with the price they issued. I have good teeth (never needed braces etc) just the odd filling and clean. I made an appointment with another local dental practice who did exactly as I asked, a check up and clean (no €65 charge) and was told my teeth were good and I needed two fillings. You can imagine the relief after being led to believe that my teeth were in dire straits! I have had a call every single week from smile store since I left wondering if I would like to book in. It is completely obvious that this company are only interested in their sales and it can be assumed the dentists are also on commission. No true client care or compassion. Robbing people of their hard earned money. It is because of these people that people who are in need of dental care are leaving our country for dental work. Exaggerating what needs to be done and all about sales sales sales, meeting targets and commission. Do yourself a favour and at least get a second opinion before proceeding with this company, it saved me thousands!!! Shameful morals and strategies and do not deserve decent peoples business.

I felt welcomed by amazing reception team who answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, even before starting with my dental procedures. Big thank you for that! My dentist, doctor Desislava, has a touch of a butterfly! I've changed about 7 dentists in my life, and never experienced such a gentle dentist's hands! She guides you through the procedure, so there is no tense moments where you think you will experience the pain. I would recommend the dentist, nurses, hygienist and all Smile Store team to everyone who wants professional dental service with a friendly approach and positive vibes!

Year 2023 review - Excellent dental hygiene as always c/o Jennifer O' Riordan. The staffs in the reception are brilliant. The place is always cosy and innovative. Highly recommended place for dental hygiene. Year 2024 review - Excellent service by Jennifer O’ Riordan for me and my husband. You can tel the difference before and after cleaning. She is focused on the needs of her patient and her hands are very gentle in performing hygiene. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Stay far away from this place. Absolute cowboys! Zero level of patient care… it’s all about the money. I had my braces done here. They wouldn’t do an upfront payment but only a payment plan where I paid off every appointment until I had the braces removed. They quoted €4,500. I had the braces on for 3 years and only for keeping the receipts, I wouldn’t have realised that they charged me way more than the quote afterall. They knew what they were doing by getting me to pay it off gradually. I also had a pain in my tooth at one appointment with the orthodontist and he said it wasn’t his job to check my teeth, that I would have to book an appointment with their dentist to assess my tooth health. He was only there for the cosmentics. Bull! Just cost more money to book in with the dentist of course. My permanent retainer then broke and I rang to see if I could get it fixed. They told me €80 for a consultation and I would have to pay for the retainer too. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I am a client with over 9 years and have always found them to be Well-organized, Empathetic, Professional and above all calm. I have had ProphyJet clean, Fillings, Crowns, and now a Root Canal Treatments and would never dream of going anywhere else. I am allowed to schedule forward 2 appointments in sequence on the same day. This is a tribute to the front office staff! Dr. Desi was marvellous. I had a long procedure and she was incredibly attentive and focused for the duration. The Smile Store has a very efficient team, sleek modus operandi, and us clients, are the winners.

I have found the staff from front office to Dr Gabor, Dr Gabriella and Ciara my dental hygienist to be the most professional, capable and kind dental specialists that l have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Like most people, a trip to the dentist would not have been on my bucket list, however l can say that l have never experienced even one iota of discomfort or pain during any of my treatment. A full easy to follow treatment plan is provided, appointments are on schedule and the whole surgery is clean, modern and welcoming . It is also without doubt the most reasonably priced dentist l have ever attended . Thank you Smile Store! Following orthodontic treatment l then had a gum graft with Dr Gabriella was Absolutely delighted with the result my confidence has gone up no end !

Fantastic experience: Phoned the clinic for an emergency, got an appointment the same day, got x ray done and a consultation within 15 minutes after arrival, was immediately referred for an extraction and discharged within one hour - Absolutely top class service, very friendly staff and extremely professional. Negative experience: IMPORTANT: Get your OWN independent trusted dentist to do your check-ups before proceeding with treatment at this clinic. Regretfully, I have wasted €65 for a consultation with Dr. Hubenova to do an assessment on my teeth. I was told I needed 3 fillings (totalling €330) which came as a shock considering I have been told previously by multiple dentists I am a low-risk patient for cavities at my routine dental appointments. Following this, I went to get a second opinion from a more experienced dentist, who provided a more thorough examination of my teeth and told me that I do not need fillings, but my fissures just had a bit of staining due to drinking tea and coffee. The fissures were “rock hard” as he demonstrated to me. I’m glad my intuition told me to get another dentist’s opinion, because otherwise healthy tooth structure would have been drilled away at needlessly. I’m not happy with this experience.

While familiar with Surgeries in Budapest, Prague, Croatia, Ireland and N.Ireland, I was impressed with the massive investment of in-house technology - essential in any assessment. I hope to do further reviews following a series of surgeries clearly outlined in the worst case scenario cost assesment provided by Smile Store today. 10 out of 10 for communication both written and oral in excellent English. Very impressive.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience in smile dental cork, from my initial consultation to my gum recession surgery which was done brilliantly and professionally I totally forgot the the female dentist name but she was so professional. The atmosphere was so calming. The process of each appointment laid out is excellent. The waiting room is so calm and relax. I can’t recommend this dentist enough the prices also are very reasonable. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about Smile Store. Like many people, I had a major fear of going to the dentist, but the staff there are just superb. They are non-judgmental, give you the straight facts about treatments required, including costs, and put me at ease so I no longer fear visiting. I had some major treatments and at no stage during or after did I feel any pain. I would highly recommend Smile Store for a professional service and good value for money.

Negative experience: I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned as had some tea/coffee staining. I was told I’d have to have a consultation with the dentist just beforehand (€45) which was understandable as a I was a new patient. The appointment with the hygienist was €80 upfront (I don’t benefit from a free clean under PRSI as have been living abroad). They gave me an appointment quickly. I had a quick consultation with the dentist first thing in the morning. She seemed under time pressure. The hygienist was friendly and professional however after 40 minutes she told me that she didn’t have time to remove stains on/ polish the back of my teeth, that she had run 10 minutes over the 30 minute slot and that I should have been given a 1 hour slot with her as I was a new patient. I went to reception and explained this. The receptionist was very keen to book me in for a second appointment so the hygienist could finish the job FOR A FURTHER €80 I.e. over €200 to get my teeth cleaned as a new patient. She got defensive when I questioned the length of the initial appointment and the further fee when the error was theirs and I hadn’t gotten what I’d paid for. I filled in their online survey raising the above issues and they did not get in touch. Needless to say I did not make the second appointment and will not be going back.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anybody. I called for an appointment a few months ago and the receptionist told me I had to pay a consultation fee of 65 euro straight away or else I couldn't get the appointment. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving my bank details over the phone (for her to type in) and asked her if she would just send an invoice to my email account so I could pay privately. I was told no, that it doesn't work that way. Also, if you don't have an emergency contact number, they won't let you make an appointment. I told her that I don't have one, and she said "then I can't put you into the system." She didn't offer any alternatives. I ended up giving her my second phone number, and lied and said it was my aunt's number. It's ridiculous that a patient can't make an appointment without an emergency contact. Not everybody has close family and friends to depend on. Some people live solitary lives. Some people are estranged from their families, some people can't make friends due to shyness/anxiety, some people are isolated due to unemployment or illness. How is a loner supposed to get an appointment? How is an isolated elder supposed to get an appointment? How is somebody with aspergers or social anxiety supposed to make an appointment? I didn't realize you needed close friends to make a dental appointment! Anyway, I made the appointment. I wasn't happy with the consultation at all. I wanted veneers for my top six front teeth. I asked the dentist if I could see samples of the different shades available. She told me no, that she'd pick the colour and that she'd match it to the natural colour of my bottom teeth. I told her that my teeth were stained from smoking and coffee, and that I obviously didn't want my veneers to be a bad colour. I told her I wanted them to be whiter than my current teeth. She just shrugged and said I'd have to bleach my natural teeth first and then she'll match the veneers to the bleach teeth. This would cost another 350. I told her no. So, in short, don't go to this clinic. You won't even get white veneers, you'll get yellow ones. Also, she told me that she wouldn't be able to fix a slight crookedness. She said they'd have the same appearance as my natural teeth, just healthier. Any proper dentist would be able to make a significant improvement, but at this clinic they'll just give you crooked and yellow veneers. Also, receptionist staff rarely answer emails.

Fantastic experience: Having had multiple complex treatments carried out at Smile Store, I couldn't recommend them enough. Brilliant service.

Negative experience: Awful experience at the end start was not so bad felt they cared about my tricky situation, untill I missed an appointment which I had emailed 9 days prior to the appointment, that I wasn’t going to be able to make it. And then they try to say they can’t see me unless I pay €300 upfront for missing the appointment, no customer service at All. Very disappointed in the team because they had sold me to their company as they state there “all about their customers” to which I find out today that their not. Very disappointed in them. Losing potentially 10 figures worth of treatment due to them demanding €300 of me. Not great business either to lose that aswel. I won’t be recommending them and will do my best to make sure everyone knows what their like. And basing me off missing previous appointment 6 years ago!! Life happens. And the fact I had given them 9 days notice that I was feeling unwell, it’s a such a shame because I thought they were their for me and some of their nurses are lovely . But secretary’s and boss I don’t think they care only about money it seems

Dr. Gabriella Wesselenyi has carried out my periodontics treatment and she delivered on a high level. I am extremely satisfied with her work. She has made me feel relaxed I am always amazed at her professionalism and friendliness. I am always looking forward to meet her as well as Borna on the reception who has been brilliant. I cannot say enough words for his ability to make my experience at Smile Store as easy as possible, since I have to travel from Galway. Fantastic experience: I'm having multiple treatments with Smile Store and so far everything has been fantastic. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Majority of my procedures is carried out by Dr. Orsolya Nemeth who has been very welcoming, professional and patient and her work is of a great quality. My entire course of treatment has been explained to me in detail and all of my questions readily answered. Special thanks to Borna from the Front Desk team who has been super caring, professional and efficient. From the first time I visited the office, he has made me feel very welcomed and he always goes an extra mile to accommodate all of my requests. Negative experience: I am speechless. I have been to see the surgeon (unfortunately I don't know his name as he never introduced himself. Quite young fella, 30s/40s) today for a head CT and discussion about wisdom teeth. First impression: this man seemed arrogant from second one. After the CT we sat down and he "explained" the issue and so on. I had a question, he didn't even bother to answer properly and just said "it has to be like that, that's your plan." After I asked another question saying I am really anxious about dentists and this procedure and what could be done, he said basically there is nothing he can do to accommodate or help. As I am genuinely afraid and his reaction didn't calm me down at all, I started having an extreme panic Attack including crying and hyperventilating. What did they do? Gave me a tissue and basically pushed me out of the room into the waiting room. Left me there alone (yes, while I was having this attack) for quite a while. I started to feel extremely light headed, as I was hyperventilating for quite a while. Nothing. I was there alone till I got called to the reception to pay. This could have ended badly. Originally I was happy enough with my general dentist there but after this today I will not be going there again. An arrogant Dr. who doesn't take me serious enough to answer a simple question and clearly doesn't care about my health. No thank you.

Negative experience: The worst dental clinic ever. The admin staff was very impatient in explaining my plan. They messed up the date on my appointment and didn’t want to admit that it was their fault and suggested me to go somewhere else more comfortable. They didn’t think from the patient point of view and think they are busy enough and don’t care about losing their customer.

Negative experience: Terrible service I am teating my child with the Orthodontist for more than an year. Every visit cost around 65 Euro and so far we have paid close to 3000 Euro. Today, was one of my appointment and my tyre was punctured. I phoned them imemdiately before as it happened 1 hour before the appointment and I will be late. In the past, we have waited for the appointment with the doctor for more than 30 minutes to 45 minutes in average. We were never treated on time. Today I was late by 35 minutes due to the puncture. I also showed them the puncture repair. However they refused and said as per the policy they will charge me 200 Euro for cancellation. i asked why not charge the usual fee of 65 Euro. They still refused. This is the most rip off and arrogant place.
