Fantastic experience: From start to finish what an amazing experience. The reception staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly and very attentive. Really on the ball all the time and very professional. Got my teeth done off Dr Fahad Khan. He is hands down the best dentist I've ever had, he understands his patients needs. He listens to exactly what you want and always gives the best advice. If you are looking for any dental work, don't hesitate, trust him, he is amazing. My teeth are really gorgeous, I've always had many compliments. From having braces, Dr Fahad then fitted a back brace to keep them straight, changed out all my old back fillings to beautiful white ones! Most recently I felt my teeth were discoloured and the shape was wearing, he fit some 3D veneers and oh boy they are beautiful, and gleaming. Actually I never give reviews, but I am so happy, and felt it was well worth my time to give five starts to Maypark Dental. Linda Dunleavy

Negative experience: Got 2 fillings and bonding on all my teeth disaster been back 4 times to get fixed then had to go to another dentist to fix the fillings which were touching nerves the pain bonding is all chipped never again very upsetting only 7 weeks ago they didn’t clean my teeth before bonding had to get tooth out and root canal done since the fillings and as for pain I was told I will have to get a gum shield unbelievable I am so sore and upset omg it has cost me 3600 for 1 filling really what the f…. But am on so much pain sick of it x

Negative experience: ***NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE*** When booking an appointment, I specifically asked the receptionist if this surgery was wheelchair accessible which was essential for the visit. The receptionist said it was and that the consultation would take place downstairs. We arrived this morning only to realise that there is a step at the only entrance to the surgery. I asked if there was a ramp and was told no. The staff then tried to maneuver the electric wheelchair while the person was in it to get it up the step which was very dangerous to both the wheelchair user and the staff due to risk of injury. When there was no way to get into the building, we have to leave. We have wasted two hours and also taxi fares due to the receptionist's incompetence. Had we been properly informed at the outset that the surgery is not wheelchair accessible, we would not have booked here.

Fantastic experience: Honestly an incredible place to deal with. Every single member of staff is so friendly and pleasant. Saz is an unbelievable dentist, I put off going for years unfortunately meaning lots of work to be done. The advice and care I have received from him has been incredible. At the moment I have to go every month or so and in the past I would have dreaded this but I can honestly say it doesn’t bother me at all anymore because of the care I’ve received and the results have been amazing. I would highly recommend maypark dental and in particular Saz, an absolute gentleman who puts you at ease and does incredible work which is over before you know it!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist. Bought my son Devin for a checkup and they couldn't have been nicer. Had his teeth cleaned while there and he fell asleep in the chair while getting it done back in a few wks for a braces consultation. I am sorry I can't remember the name of the dentist and dental nurse he seen but they are both brilliant, please thank them sincerely for me. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant

Fantastic experience: Went to Dr Fahad for a dental implant and it was probably the best work someone could ever do. I've suffered with dental issues for a long time . After being to 5 different dentists in London I was recommended Maypark by a friend and it did not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: My wife introduced me to Maypark Dental, as she had a very good experience with them. As a 65 year old man, with years of not looking after my teeth which led to low esteem in my appearance, I knew something had to be done. Dr Fahad ably supported by Ellie, Melanie were great to deal with and have started me on a road to recovery with some good looking composite veneers transforming my smile. Some more work to be done, but I'm in good hands with the team in Maypark Dental. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Comprei um pacote de três áreas para botox, (onde não estipulava quantidade máxima de produto utilizado) a pessoa que aplicou deixou falhas não preenchendo todo os espaços das linhas de expressão e assim não atendendo minhas expectativas , no atendimento deixou escorrer por várias vezes o líquido em meu rosto .Fiz notificação por escrito ,não tive o tratamento que esperava , mesmo assim ainda estou aguardando o tempo de duas semanas para ter o resultado final do trabalho feito, até o momento eu não recomendo

Negative experience: Unprofessional and dirty! Booked appointment, received 3 reminders , turned up and practice had no record. I have been emailing and phoning for two days prior with no response - now I have told their phone link isn’t correct and emails have been inaccessible for them for more than 48 hours! Avoid at all costs! In response to Maypark, firstly I did not book online. A lady representing Maypark phoned me and we discussed treatments and times available. I asked additional questions and was assured I’d get a call back with answers (which never came). The following day, I attempted to phone your practice through the link given and also sent a follow up email. I also sent another email the morning of appointment. I communicated through every link your practice provided and never heard back before my appointment. The reason I was running late is because I was phoning numerous times for directions (which I showed your receptionist on the day) and couldn’t get through. Your receptionist advised me that practices emails were not working for the past 24 + hours and that the phone link on the practices email was incorrect. She also advised me that I had been dealing with a marketing company Maypark hired and not with the practice itself and therefore , no record of the booking. To me, that is not professional - I lost two hours of my working day, I had scheduled meetings accordingly and was still unsuccessful with your practice.

Negative experience: Not great. I would describe it as a cunning and tactical approach to dental care. From tacking on extra items to your bill which you’re not told about until the end and also trying to upsell things to you which you can get outside for a fraction of the cost. M first time visiting, I came in for a routine scale and polish which should’ve only cost €15 with PRSI. I was surprised to find an X-ray for €30 at the end of my bill. Ended up paying €45. I was never told I would need an X-ray before my appointment nor was I informed at anytime during my appointment that I needed an X-ray that would cost me extra. Adding on an xray is obviously clearly just to get more money out of their customers. Receptionist was great and very welcoming, cleaning procedure was good. However I won’t be back due to the surprise bill items and upselling tactics. *update* I had no problem paying the full amount, as far as I was aware, I wasn’t eligible for PRSI. Which caught me by surprise when you said I was covered. Obviously, you try very hard to maintain your false 5 star rating. Your response is a clear example of how you handle customer feedback. I will spend time writing truthful reviews, which helps your future customers as it is an invaluable method of communicating the experience.

Positive experience: Positives: Elaine the Hygenist is very good at her job. Negaitves: Terrible communication from the receptionist. You wont get a response to emails. Also take the price list on their website with a pinch of salt. You will end up paying more than expected. They are more expensive than other dentists!

The Invisalign process was so easy, definitely worth the money! I am absolutely delighted with the results and have gotten compliments on my teeth ever since. All the girls are so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and always welcomed with big smiles, Dr Fahad Khan was absolutely brilliant, I could not recommend a better dentist!

Fantastic experience: I visited Maypark Dental Practice recently and attended Dr. Fahad Kahn, and found him to be most courteous, pleasant and professional to deal with. I thoroughly recommend him as a dentist along with his excellent practice. I visited him four times over a two week period when I had an infection in my wisdom tooth. Dr. Kahn has a very friendly and calming manner which helped put me at my ease. I found this very important because like many other people I am a bit nervous when attending a dentist. When he was mapping my gums he was excellent at explaining through the use of cameras and a computer screen the condition of each of my teeth and my gums. He outlined clearly what his plans were to help improve my gums and teeth over a one year period. He was particularly good at showing me how to use Typee brushes effectively on my back molar and wisedom teeth and took the time to demonstrate this to me. During the two one hour sessions of deep cleaning I did not feel any pain whatever, which is in contrast to the last two dentists that I visited where I did feel some pain. He also administered any needle injections with great delicacy and care. Within a week of my attendance he had brought my infection in my wisedom tooth under control. I know that Dr. Kahn is highly respected in The Dental Hospital on Lincoln Place, and being a relatively young dentist he is very up to date with all of the latest dental technology and practice, which is good to know. In comparison with other dentists that I consulted I found that Dr. Khan's prices were good value and competitive. Finally, the supporting staff that work with Dr. Kahn are all friendly, courteous and very professional, and helped to make it a relaxing experience.
