Fantastic experience: I've been to Smiles Dental Wexford three times in last four years and they are absolutely amazing! Dr. Morgan O'Sullivan is life saver! I'm super super scared of dentist, I cried every time I need to go in. But he always made me feel calm. I'm even scared of a clean. But he gave me a bit numb cream and did the clean as gentle as possible. I cannot appreciate more!

Fantastic experience: I was very very nervous when i first attended Smiles Dental Wexford, as i had a bad experience as a child with a dentist, but my Dentist Yusaf is the kind of person that puts you at ease as soon as you enter the room. He explains everything so you know whats going on at every stage,he is very knowledgeable and professional, i don't get nervous anymore going to the dentist even when i know i might need an extraction . I would highly recommend. Smiles Dental Wexford the staff are so welcoming and they sort out your PRSI when paying.

He provides a great service and I really appreciate that he takes the time to do things properly and to explain everything. I also felt that he was very trustworthy because, unlike other dentists I've been to, I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out then charged a crazy amount. I'll definitely go back and would highly recommend him. The reception staff are also lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: A really professional and friendly staff and all the treatment I have received in the last number of years has been excellent. There was a time when a visit to the dentist caused me apprehension but not since I became a patient of the Smiles Dental Practice in Wexford. I can recommend them without hesitation. Simply top class from reception right up to the treatment room and the excellent care given by Yusuf Patel and his nurse is superb.

Negative experience: Had fillings a few months ago after taking nearly 100 quid for three fillings and a extraction filling fell out after two weeks got repaired now another filling is out and whole tooth is out con artists

Fantastic experience: The staff in Smiles dental clinic Wexford are extremely helpful and friendly. The dentist was very thorough and extremely nice to speak to. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: The main thing in a dental clinic is not the interior, but the professionalism of the doctor. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with this. The russian-speaking doctor refused to anesthetize the child and properly clean the caries and put a filling on the hole with the caries. He said that it is normal for us to come in a couple of months. Now my son has inflammation of the tooth canals, he has already taken antibiotics twice in a month and the doctors suggest only removing the tooth. This tooth should stand for another 5 years and if it is extracted, the other teeth will shift and the child will have problems with the bite. In addition, due to inflammation of the canals, the beginning of a permanent tooth may be affected. Clinics that deal with root canal treatment for children have a waiting list of 2.5 months. During this time, the inflammation can spread to the submandibular lymph nodes, so my son will most likely lose a tooth. If the doctor had immediately properly cleaned the caries and put a filling, all this would not have happened.

Negative experience: A dentist undertook professional cleaning while advising that they would not clean a fixed bridge or crowns in case they were dislodged. This put my very expensive dental work at risk. Despite paying for cleaning at smiles a fortnight ago I have had to book an appointment with another dentist who is willing to undertake full professional cleaning including all fixtures. Smiles should not have taken my money and put my expensive dental work at risk. Don't t do a job if you are not prepared to do it to a high standard... advise the patient to go elsewhere. I am not happy Addon Thank you Antoinette, practice manager for receiving and accepting my concerns as legitimate. Thank hou for the refund of charges and for having my PRSI payment reversed so it can be used for my next dental clean in Oct. It's very much appreciated and went way beyond my expectations. Thank you sincerely

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience, .lovely phone manner from the girls and very quick to respond to texts too. Then when arrived, as it was my first visit, I didn't know what to expect but it was great. The dentist I had was so friendly and nice. All decisions going forward are left to you, no pushing things on you but everything explained very clearly just the same and good advice given. A lovely relaxed place to be.

Katie, in reception, made me feel immediately comfortable and has such a genuine and warm manner. Dr Yusuf was very patient, told stories to help me relax, did an incredibly thorough cleaning job and helped me to feel positive about my teeth with no judgement. And my dental nurse, Wendy, was really friendly and funny. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and will 100% be going back as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Having worked as a dental nurse myself in Blackrock Clinic, myself and my daughter have both had treatment in Smiles Dental with 3 dentists on site, I have found the dentists and staff all very professional, dentists have a great chairside manner and very advisable on the issues we were having, I find the receptionists very pleasant and accomadating when an appointment is needed for an issue, would highly recommend this dental practice

Having heard adverts for Smiles dental I decided to have my next check up and cleaning there and duly made an appointment. From reception to treatment I found the entire team very efficient and welcoming. It was lovely to meet Yusif who even did xrays to ensure that all was well. 5

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired and closed his practice so I was left looking to find a replacement. "Smiles" in Wexford kept coming up in my Google searches with rave reviews. After a quick chat with a lovely friendly lady on reception, I was taken on as a new client. I was booked in with Yusuf and he was brilliant. He made me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I was sorry I had left it so long. I was done and dusted before I knew it. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist. You won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I've just had my final checkup on my dental implant. Dr. Arkan was the dental specialist. The tooth was towards the front of my mouth so I was anxious that it was going to be right. It was also complex in that I needed bone grafting first. Now that everything is complete I couldn't be happier with the end result. I now have a bright, healthy smile and I'm only sorry I didn't get it done years ago.

Fantastic experience: I had left a dodgey tooth for a long time due to fear and bad experience as a kid. Finally had to deal with it and Morgan was fantastic. I cannot recommend enough, the fear is gone...I am returning for the rest of my treatment in a month and no longer have the fear. Wish I had dealt with it sooner. Negative experience: ROBBERS!!!!! The biggest money robbers I’ve ever met in my life! So went there in the new year for a check up, couldn’t get into my regular dentist so booked with Smiles Dental in Wexford town. I booked in for an appointment just a check up is all I needed. After my check up they billed me €100 whilst they told me for a check up it’s €45. I was been so polite to the receptionist and I questioned why it was €100 she was the most rudest person I’ve ever met in my life and I left there with no answers. The dentist charged me for a clean and polish that I had not requested. Had I have asked sure no problem to pay it. I then got a call from the dentist himself telling me I’m not aloud to come back to this dentist and there cancelling my Future appointments and the day after this phone call the receptionist called me to remind me not to come back to the dentist. It all makes sense now why they were so quick to cancel my future dentist appointment that he has booked me in for . Listen why…….So I went to my regular dentist today 2 months after smiles dentist for a check up. He stated everything was perfect I was shocked because smiles dental had told me I needed to come back for a filling and pay another hundred and something euro. So there nothing but money robbing !! I’m disgusted and I will be letting everyone no how I was treated there. Robbers!!!! My regular dentist charged me €50 for a check up and a polish and clean! Nothing but robbers and so unprofessional and rude manners!

I'm a very nervous patient (they had to sedate me last year), but because Dr. Morgan is so wonderful and so calm I'm able to go without needing the sedation now. They do fantastic work, make sure I understand everything that's being done, and are so very patient. I can't thank them enough! I use to live in fear of having a toothache, but now my teeth are in the best shape they've been in years. And the women on the desk are always so wonderful and they have been so thorough and so positive with all the Covid regulations. They are seriously the best. If you are hesitant to see a dentist, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 10 year old sons first experience of visiting the dentist. He was very nervous and scared even tho we advised him that if his tooth needs to be removed it would be painless. His dentist was Dr O'Sullivan and he was fantastic with my son. He noticed my son had teary eyes once he sat up in the chair and Dr O'Sullivan really put his mind at ease and promised that he wouldn't hurt him and everything would be painless. He talked my son through everything he was going to do which I taught was absolutely brilliant. Jell applied, needle injected and the tooth was out, no pain and no tears. My son couldn't belive it was all over just like that. I thanked Dr O'Sullivan for everything that he did to make my sons experience fantastic. I myself had a horrible experience with my first visit to a dentist and it has left me with a fear of them So Dr O'Sullivan again thank you from myself and my son. Alot of dentists could learn from yourself on how to deal with nervous kids.

Negative experience: A while ago I came here with my youngest son but instead of treating him your staff were extremely rude and told us to come back next month. My son shouldn’t have to suffer through the pain as your staff had said they would fix it that day. I gave you my money to but you don’t even do your job. It would be very much appreciated if you could have your staff treat the patients with more respect.
