Fantastic experience: I have always had very positive experience with Dental Care Ireland specifically my surgery in Virginia Co.Cavan. The reception area is always clean and warm. I have always been able to get appointments swiftly. My hygienist is wonderful and my Dentist Dr.Helen she is wonderful and always cognisant of my fear of procedures. I have had extensive treatments here in the past and always have had a positive experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment at short notice. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Lots of parking across the road which is an added bonus. Was given a quote for the dental work I need ,so gives you time to plan and get work done when you can afford it .

Fantastic experience: Another check up completed for all the family at Dental Care Ireland, Virginia. Our three children (a teenager who has fixed braces) and two boys aged 10 and 8 love attending for routine check ups and keeping up to date with measures to maintain clean healthy teeth. Lots of great advice and encouragement given to them by Helen whom they love having as their dentist. Next appointments already booked with the great team in DC Ireland, Virginia.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient,from the receptionist to the dentist and the dental nurses they all made me feel very relaxed and they took their time to make me feel calm which was great and now I’m not so nervous on my visit’s now they talk me through everything that they are going to do even one of the nurses used to have to hold my hand which was comforting to me but now I’m able to just sit and relax (but still the nurse is still there if I need her hand) so all I can say about all the staff is that are all amazing

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a phobia with dentists. I had lots of visits last year. Brendan is the best dentist I've ever been to. The receptionist and assistances are very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental work and even though they were extremely busy, they fit me in very quickly. The dentist, Brendan, was the best dentist I ever experienced and did an excellent job. His gentle manner eased my fear and he repaired and filled my tooth without any anaesthetic. It was amazing. I was very well looked after and would highly recommend Brendan. All the other staff were lovely too.

Negative experience: The new receptionist was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Price of a tooth extraction was extortionate. During the tooth extraction I was injected with local anaesthetic and I was not made to wait in the waiting area for anaesthetic to take effect, instead my tooth was pulled out immediately after injection and I was able to feel it all happening. Avoid this place at all costs if you can.

I would highly recommend Virginia Dental Care for their professionalism and high-quality care. The dental nurses and reception staff are equally professional and helpful.

Positive experience: Actually visit was for my daughters, treatment and routine checkup were quite good. Communication isn't strong here, we're told weeks for a delay to see orthodontist but now it's months. No apology just basically told not sure who said that, I go as far to say quite rude on the reception desk. Will avoid in the future.

Fantastic experience: Mikey is only 13 and Karen is great with him. Explaining the procdure and what's she is going to do next. Mikey feels relaxed and has no issue returning for next appointment. Thank you all to all staff including nurses and admin staff all very profession and friendly.
