Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dental Care Ireland Kells last week. Check-in was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that the reception team had already sorted out pre-approval for my treatment through my insurance so I didn't have to pay on the day. The dentist was super friendly and professional, and the whole examination was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I never liked going to the dentist, same as most people I suppose, so for at least 10 years I never went. Then in late 2017 I had an accident which resulted in several injuries one of which was four broken teeth. I had to get them sorted and went to REVA Dental for that purpose. Rebecca got me sorted and has looked after my teeth since. I now go for regular check ups and cleaning and everyone in REVA really looks after me.

I am extremely happy with any work conducted by my hygienist (Louise Bracken) and dentist (Aisling Murray). The whole team put me at ease at every visit and I have no hesitation in recommending them , especially for nervous patients like myself!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience attending this dental practice on a number of occasions in March and April this year. It is a brilliant service, very quick and efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist for a couple of years and was quite nervous. The dentist, dental nurse, hygienist, and receptionists were all really lovely.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can't recommend at all. They kept me waiting 40mins after my appointment time which they knew would be the case when I arrived but they never explained or apologised. Every time I asked I was told I'd "be seen in a few minutes". When I was seen, no actual record was made of the results of my check-up and it started with a pitch trying to identify everything I might be interested in purchasing. Nice, clean environment but I'll be finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: REVA Dental is by far the best run practice OF ANY KIND that I have ever encountered in the world of medicine, dentistry and personal care. Dr. Coughlan and his assistants hum with efficiency, experience and kindness. My youthful dread of the dentist (in another part of the country) has long since dissappeared. Negative experience: If you are living on social welfare or like me on full time illness benefit and in and out of doctors and hospitals and trying to survive on €200 a week, then these people who claim to care dont really care, Get a loan get MONEY and they Care.

Fantastic experience: I needed to be seen as I was in alot of pain for a number of weeks. I was seen within the week and taken care of. Dr.Rachel Birt and Catherine on reveption in particular were very helpful. For a very nervous dentist patient I am very grateful for this practice and their patience and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental practice. Very friendly and welcoming. Had to get my son checked recently, and got an appointment the same day I rang. It was his first visit to a dentist. They were so friendly, both receptionist and dentist. Talked to him, and talked through the process, so he understood what was going on. He came out beaming and not afraid to go back. Stickers and colouring pack went down a treat too. I would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment for myself and my nervous 9 year old with Dr Rachel Birt. Rachel is such a lovely dentist. She explained everything clearly and has a wonderful manner. My daughter said it was her best dentist visit and asked to specifically go back there. The receptionist at the desk and who I spoke with on the phone was also lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I rang here in an emergency on a Monday morning and was seen a few hours later for a consultation. The next day I got another appointment to have a procedure done. They are extremely kind ,caring and fitted me in last minute which I will forever appreciate. A huge thank you from everyone there from reception to dental nurses and the dentist. I'd definitely recommend this practice to people.

Negative experience: Dentistry to a Stop Watch..!! Juan Kelly was good but silent, my wife & I just went to get our teeth cleaned. Disgraceful GOUGING price, they charged us €5 each for PPE. They never said, we just noticed it after. I will bring it to their attention. I would not recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling for months to get a suitable appointment with the hygienist at the dental practice I was registered with. I had a random day off yesterday so booked with a hygienist at Reva online the night before. I didn't realise you have to be given the all clear by a dentist to see the hygienist. They called me first thing to say they didn't have a dentist free but if I could get my own dentist to email them confirming I was good to be seen that they would be happy to see me. My own dentists refused this request and were fairly rude about it too. I explained this to Reva and they managed to free up a dentist to examine me before my appointment. When I got there they were all lovely. Really personable and chatty. The hygienist did a great job and made me feel really comfortable. I booked straight back in for my next check up and my next scale and polish too. I will not be returning to my old practice. I would highly recommend Reva Dental Team in Kells!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist (Emma I think is her name) introduced me to TePe Easy Pick rubber type as opposed to the TePe brush type that I've used for the past few years. I've been using them for the past few days and they are absolutely brilliant, so a big thank you.
