Fantastic experience: Simply the best dental practice around. When one of the dentists was nearing retirement and not as available as much, I switched to a clinic 5 minutes from my house. After a few very unsatisfactory visits to the new clinic I returned to River Lee Dental, a bit longer to get to but a million miles better than anyone I've ever experienced. As for their hygienist, Cathy, simply no one better. Stick with the best.

Fantastic experience: I attended River Lee Dental today as an emergency patient, having developed a painful gum infection. Despite being unable to secure an appointment with the dental practice I usually go to, a different one in the city —with whom I’ve invested nearly €3,000 in orthodontic treatment—the team at River Lee went above and beyond to accommodate me at such short notice. From the moment I made contact, the professionalism and kindness shone through. Roisín at reception was very helpful, arranging my appointment efficiently while putting me at ease with her warm manner. Dr. Anna provided exemplary care, taking time to thoroughly explain what may have contributed to the infection before outlining a clear treatment plan involving antibiotics and a deep clean. Her expertise and patient centred approach were deeply reassuring. Later that day, Cathy, the dental hygienist delivered a meticulous yet comfortable cleaning, combining technical skill with genuine care, the very definition of professionalism. What truly sets River Lee Dental apart is their ability to blend clinical excellence with that distinctive welcome and friendliness, where competence meets compassion. It costs nothing to be nice and everyone I dealt with today was so lovely. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and once I get my braces sorted with my own dentist and they are off, I will certainly check to see if I can move practices to River Lee Dental. Thanks for everything ye are stars.

Fantastic experience: Hi All, I attended River Lee Dental for treatment thst should have been done 5yrs ago . I have a serious fear of dental work and kept putting off going. I had 2 teeth broken below gum level a few cavities and fillings to be done. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY these people are excellent technicians and surgeons and absolutely no pain with the extractions during or after. I felt no numbing injections with any of the work done. Prices are so reasonable and methods used for replacing teeth and bracing some are excellent. Most important is the relaxed atmosphere the staff create. Ideal Dental surgery for all ages. They have put the smile back on my face Thanks to all who work there and continued success to all. Pat

They always provide 5 star treatment and care. I've been there a few times for regular appointments but I recently got composite bonding done, and I'm extremely happy with it, I have a brand new smile and I'm more confident smiling out in public, I'm delighted with the final result, many thanks to Dr. Anna and her amazing team, I'd highly recommend River Lee dental.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist in Cork city, fast, easy to book appointpoints. Had a filling put in and the quickest and most comfortable experience to date. All staff are very friendly and efficient. Also, for anybody with a medical card, they do accept them, unlike some other dental clinics.

As an international student, I was a bit anxious to visit the dentist so far from home, but it turns out that now, if I could, I would take these professionals with me back home! Both the doctor and the hygienist were really understanding and tried to make me feel comfortable all the time. I felt at ease with them and am so happy that there is now one trusted place I can go to if I ever feel some discomfort in my mouth again. The doctor explained everything he was doing, even offered a mirror to see with my own eyes. Highly recommended even for people who are staying in Cork for a short period and need to see a dentist but don't know where to go. This dental clinic seems to me a very good place. Prices are very reasonable, you know you're in good hands.

Expensive, the price is very beautiful, and the after-sales service is also very good. If you have any questions, you can give timely feedback and they are very responsible. I would definitely recommend this dental practice which is right in the heart of Cork city, with very convenient parking in the Merchants Quay carpark, right across the road. I have also just had two extractions of back teeth, expertly carried out by Dr. Sarah Cudmore and ably assisted by Lordana. Dr. Sarah was extremely capable and very kind. All of the team are so professional - would highly recommend.
