Fantastic experience: It is taken some time to find a dentist of Dr. Rozelle's calibre. From the first day I called the practice I have had a positive experience. At the initial consultation I was so impressed that a 3D scanner is used as part of the routine check without having to even ask for it. This is definitely a super addition to any dental clinic and no extra charge for it's use! I had to have quite an amount of fillings and as I travelled some distance Dr. Rozelle worked it into the schedule to get all done in an afternoon using rubber dams to keep any debris out of my mouth and make for a more relaxed experience. Everyone in the clinic is so nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've had a few dentists over the years, but since coming here, my teeth have never been better. Such a lovely atmosphere and a really efficient, on-the-ball team. Dr Owens is easily the best dentist I've ever had - she encourages and supports you as a patient, lays out the facts about how best to care for your teeth, and gets the job done. Special shout out for the hygienist, Jana - she's somehow both gentle and extremely thorough, making the procedure painless and even a bit relaxing!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending practice for a good few years now. Everyone is super nice and attentive there. For every treatment I was given options, explanation about pros and cons and didn't feel pressured to decide one or the other way. I'm happy with my fillings and crown on implant that's been in place for a couple of years. I also got recommended a surgeon dentist and is also very happy with my implant installed by him.

It was the quickest procedure I had and felt no pain during it. They also checked in post procedure to make sure I was getting on ok. The team always offered great advice in looking after my teeth. Fantastic experience: Great service, I have been a client for many years.

Negative experience: D4 is my dentist for more than 5 years now. It has been great but the last 2 times visited were not. I chipped my front teeth and the dentist recommended to add a material extra for both my front teeth to look good and fixed. Within less than a year, they broke again while opening a bag of chips. I went back to the dentist and she said because I didn’t use my retainer consistently. I got it fixed in April 2024, I asked the dentist for another alternative as I don’t want to be doing this every year. She said no and highly recommend the same solution, promised me it will last 2 years or more if I use my retainer. I did use my retainer everyday since and now in less than 3 months, it broke again opening a ketchup bag. So disappointed and frustrated specially that it is not cheap.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rozelle Owens - is amazing dentist! I came to extract 6th tooth which had old "metal screw" implant and Dr Rozelle spent almost 2 hours to completely remove it, it was 1 day before my vacation. There was no inflammation or side effects. I was very happy that didn't have any complication after it. Also, clinic called to check on me in 2 days to make sure that I'm fine. Clinic helps me to achieve what I want and advise me when there is better professional to do the complicated root canal treatment. Professional behavior and personal approach.

Fantastic experience: After four visits I must say that I like to come back. The dentist and nurses are very caring and try to make you comfortable. Everything was explained to me, why they have to do certain treatments and I received good advises how to improve my dental hygiene. You can also buy some dental products in there. The clinic seems to be new.
