Negative experience: I had a consultation to figure out a plan for my teeth as they are in bad shape to which I'm highly self conscious about and was assured when booking that they would do what they could to help me be more confident with the right treatment. I also have a fear of the dentist since a young age due to bad experiences and was also assured that they would do what they could to help me be more comfortable allowing my wife in with me. The dentist that I had met with ,im sure whos name was Fergal, did not seem like he wanted to deal with me one bit. I spent more time getting an xray done than actually speaking with him. He had given me an idea of what I could do but he seemed too stand off ish didn't want to have to talk to me. Kept telling me to do basics which I have explained that I'm trying to do, but I'm in pain with my teeth so I need the help , which this dentist didn't seem like he wanted to do himself personally. I understand if someone doesn't want to take on a job they have no interest in but it costs nothing to be nice especially when I had paid for the appointment the girls working there were lovely and very helpful but I can't recommend 3dental after the experience I had today

Fantastic experience: I have been going to 3Dental since 2010. I had my 6 month braces done then and ever since then I have had all my dental work done in this amazing clinic. From start to finish no matter what procedure you need - this group of lovely people make you feel welcome, comfortable and most of all secure when booking in. I have had fillings, extractions, the bar to stop movement, retainers, teeth whitening, hygienist appointments and most recently a single implant and will be finishing off with bonding later this year. I am so happy I made the decision to stay in Ireland for my dental work. The team in 3Dental have payment plans and will advise you properly on aftercare. There's no quick fix, they get the job done properly. I highly recommend this team of dentists and will never change from this professional dental clinic! Every member of staff has a smile and a welcome for you when you go in there. And there is never an issue when you call for an appointment or to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: Ferghal is brilliant, got 2 veeners, 4 fillings and a chipped tooth done. Spent about 2k and now my teeth are perfect. Another place told me I needed 6 veneers. Ferghal will tell you what is needed and will do the work to perfection.

Fantastic experience: We got an emergency appointment over Christmas my son chipped his front tooth . The girls at the desk so nice and the dentist was lovely . Would recommend 3 dental to anyone .

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I haven’t left a dentist appointment crying felt so comfortable from the moment I came in as Jennifer was so friendly and the dentist himself and assistants were so kind and professional.

Negative experience: I was five minutes late for an appointment to have braces fitted in the limerick clinic today. My appointment was scheduled for 14.10, I arrived at 14.16. The lovely receptionist informed me that the Mr O' Connell refused to go ahead with the appointment and that I would have to reschedule. Mr O'Connell was having a casual conversation in a glass partitioned room next to the reception area, in clear view. He was aware that I had arrived, and then proceeded to call another customer right on front me. I was a paying customer, not an employee !

Negative experience: I didn't have a very nice experience. Compared to other fillings I have had I feel the dentist used an excessive amount anesthetic. She pushed the needle several times into the inside of my cheek without using a pre numbing which other dentists use. Long story short I fainted on the chair and I feel like both the dentist and hygienist were lacking in the skills to assist me, for instance I wanted to put my legs up (as you're supposed to if you faint) and they told me to put them down. After the procedure was finished they sent me on my way. The reception was friendly and asked if I wanted to sit down after I came down stairs. I was still shaking when leaving the building. The whole thing was very unpleasant. Edit to reply to dentist- Thank you for your response. I don't wish to talk to anyone as I'd rather just forget this whole experience. I would like you to consider training for your staff as I'd hate anyone else to go through that without being looked after.

Fantastic experience: I came to Lina Kadoury in a panic after a filling from a previous dentist came loose, it was so far gone and she quickly organised an extraction for me and a treatment plan for a bridge prep and fit. Today, I walked out after getting my bridge fitted and after 3 appointments I can say Lina was an incredible dentist, and works to a very high standard, very friendly, and if you’re nervous of dentists she really puts you at ease. I highly recommend Lina and I will of course be sure to come to back to her for any further dental treatments. Thanks Lina!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Dr Bobby price who has been absolutely outstanding, when I first went in he listened to what I wanted and we came up with a plan, he is absolutely exceptional at what he does and his professionalism is next to none, he talked me through everything he was doing and showed me every as we were going along. would highly recommend him and 3dental

Negative experience: After two consultations I'm still no better off. I was told I'd be put on a waiting list and be contacted to see an implantologist. This is nearly 6 months ago, nobody ever contacted me. I was rushed in and out of both appointments. Complete waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. Saved me from being a bridesmaid with a missing front tooth the day before the wedding. I rang my sister in an afull state as my own dentist was closed so she rang 3 dental and told them what had happened to me. They stepped in and saved the day. The friendly and empathetic receptionist rang me back and had a word with Dr Lina who said she would see me in my hour of need. I was greated by Jennifer and Danny as I entered and they put me at ease.I cannot thank them all enough for their help. I would have no problem recommending 3 Dental to anyone . I am truly grateful to them.

Negative experience: Just ring to make an appointment there, as I love 3D Dental. The receptionist on the phone is ridiculously rude. Cuts me off saying were are booked. I understand its busy but try and have a bit of decent customer service

Fantastic experience: Dr Bobby just exracted my daughters tooth today and i cannot recommend him enough. My daughter has a serious phobia of needles and he couldnt have done a better job at putting her at ease and getting the job done so quickly. I would give 10 stars if i could. Negative experience: Had an initial appt for invisalign, was told it would be better to do top teeth as bottom teeth wouldn't be guaranteed to work. Went back for appt 2 and was told I can actually get invisalign on bottom. Bare in my mind this is a 2 hour journey for me per appt. Went back a 3rd time to finalise and get xrays done. Orthodontist rang me weeks later to say he was delayed sending off for both trays and asked if it was OK to defer appt. I said fine, then he rings me 2 weeks later to say he made a mistake and that I can't actually get invisalign on my bottom teeth. He said he could refer me to the person that does train tracks and I declined as all trust was lost! Over 3 months of waiting and a total waste of time! Its not a wonder mistakes are made when you are rushed in and out and spoken to at a 100 miles an hour. I've since booked in with another orthodontist in another practice for train tracks. Update: Had a call from 3 dental to apologise which I do appreciate. I really wanted to bring it to their attention. A suggestion from my part would be to reduce the appointments so they can really concentrate on each patient rather than rushing between appointments. I don't blame the orthodontist, you can tell he was under pressure at appointments.

Positive experience: I had fillings for my teeth. The doctor informed me my problems (which, no surprise many) but they let me choose which treatment I wanted to do first. I finally decided to do fillings first. Smooth treatment. No pain. Friendly doctor and assistant. Will do the extraction when I am brave enough

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend 3dental Limerick enough. I’ve got composite bonding here years ago and I’ve had trouble with one tooth in particular that has chipped a couple of times (my own fault) and fearghal has been nothing but good to me, fitting me in ASAP. Sorts it efficiently and makes sure you’re happy before you leave every time. Wouldn’t look elsewhere for anything done except here. Such a calming clinic too and the girls at reception are very professional.

Fantastic experience: Attended here today for an emergency tooth extraction, same day appointment was made for me by the very helpful receptionist. Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at 3Dental Limerick! I had braces when I was younger and in the ~9 years since they came off my teeth had started to slightly move back into a more crooked alignment. I also grind my teeth in my sleep and as you can see in the before picture I had a few chips on my front teeth as a result. I came in to Dr. Fearghal wanting to walk away with a straight, gorgeous smile but it was important to me to ensure they still looked as natural as possible. He suggested I go through the teeth-whitening procedure and then get edge bonding on my top 6 front teeth. As you can see in the photo my teeth are PERFECT now. I’m honestly obsessed. They were subtly changed but it made the world of a difference to my smile and confidence. It doesn’t hurt at all to get them on and I genuinely could not be happier than I am now with my smile. All of the staff at 3Dental Limerick were so nice and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had trouble with my teeth and gums for many years, until I discovered 3 Dental in Limerick, and the options that were available to me at their clinic. I decided on full dental implants and full bridges top and bottom. I now have a full set of teeth which I am extremely satisfied with from both a cosmetic and trouble free point of view. My only regret would be not having it done years sooner. Thanks to Dr.Joaguin Rinon and his dedicated team who were so helpful and professional throughout the procedure. We walked in at 3Dental at 6:30 pm and they so graciously accepted to visit him immediately. Before going to 3Dental I had very over crowded teeth and I was always very self conscious about them. Paul and his team are very professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout my journey with braces. They answered any questions or worries that I had, they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m delighted to say that the guys in 3Dental brought my smile back and made me feel as confident as ever with my new pearly whites. Negative experience: Not one bit impressed had a molar filling a few months ago, it has never settled. I rang to say I am in pain with it this morning, awake all night with it. I was told no appointment until tomorrow morning at 9am as dentist is on a half day. I'd have gone to any dentist there. Anyway I managed to contact another dental service who are far more corteous and can see me today at 11am.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in with Dr. Robert Price who I would highly recommend as a dentist, he made me very at ease and comfortable in the hot seat which for many is not a nice experience but Robert was patient, thorough and made it a very calm experience. All the ladies in reception are very welcoming and accommodating and it seems like a very nice work environment. Overall would give Three Dental 10/10.

Jennifer helped my mum who has mobility issues for the duration of her appointment and made her feel very welcome.
