Negative experience: This place will easily shake your pocket. I went to this clinics few weeks ago. I told what tooth has problem, but dentist asked to take x-ray, i did and paid 70e for service. Afterward, dentist Gabriel said for extraction for my tooth will cost 250euro, for treatment 490 euro, plus need to take antibiotics for 5 days before treatment. Then i went to different dental clinics in newbridge, dentist said no need x-ray, no need treatment and she did filling, i paid 130euro for filling. Now i have perfect tooth. I will not offer this place to others.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Empire Dental Clinic, they were professional, honest and wanted to actually help you. I had been to other dentists and I have to say they don’t compare to the treatment I was provided with everything was fast and efficient. I was originally going to get my tooth extracted after being at another dental practice because of the pain I was in but was told I had to wait for nearly two weeks so I decided to find another way and Empire Dental Clinic and the staff their were the best choice I could of went with. Now I have a root canal and all done and dusted and definitely will be back up to them with future issues but I couldn’t recommend anyone better then these guys.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic based on a recommendation from friends. I couldn’t sleep at night due to severe tooth pain. I called in the morning, and the polite staff member quickly found a free appointment for me. I already knew that the issue with my wisdom tooth was serious, so I immediately booked an extraction. Based on a not-so-great experience at another clinic, I expected the procedure to be long and painful. But I was pleasantly surprised Dr. Gabriel removed the tooth in just a few minutes — very carefully and painlessly — I didn’t even have time to mentally prepare myself. I’d like to sincerely thank Dr. Gabriel, his assistant (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), and the receptionist for their professionalism, attentive care, and kind attitude toward patients. I’ll definitely recommend your clinic to my friends and return myself if needed

Negative experience: Not a good tooth extraction experience with Dr. Ayad. After 2 anaesthetic injections I could still feel the pain while the doctor was tryin to pull the tooth out. I had to stop him to not do it! He gave me another 2 injections and than I could finally not feel the tooth being pulled out. Cleaning the infection was extremely sore. And than stitches at the end. After getting 4 anaesthetic injections my throat shrink and I couldn’t swallow any medication or even water…. Unfortunately I won’t b bk there again…

Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with this clinic and my first time visiting Dr.Ayad. I was scared because I needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. Honestly, from the way he treated me, I felt very comfortable. He made me feel calm, and I liked how he handled my tooth. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the anesthesia. When he saw that the procedure might take some time, he still managed to do it quickly because of his extensive experience in this field. I could tell he was very professional, and he removed the tooth in a short amount of time. Overall, I could see that Dr.Ayad really knows his work well, and I highly recommend him. Negative experience: Dr.Suffian Very professional dentist with a good attention to detail, Especially when you explain the problem you are having. Overall I am happy with the result of my appointment. From Daniel Edit: After 1.5 months, the bonding material began to deteriorate. My first visit also required a follow-up, as one tooth chipped after the treatement while the another wasnt polished. Both teeth were done on the same day. I attempted to contact the clinic by phone about this issue wasnt successful, I couldnt even get them on the line. Overall the treatment’s durability and communication post-procedure fell below expected standards. .

Negative experience: Hi. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff seemed unprofessional, and I was particularly concerned about the lack of proper hygiene. The receptionist was unwelcoming and displayed poor communication skills, which only added to the negative experience. Unfortunately, the overall professionalism of the employees fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this clinic, as I feel it does not provide value for the money.

Negative experience: You are being ridiculous right now. (We’re clearly talking about different teeth, which crown are you referring to?! ) A doctor’s professionalism is not determined by when they earned the title of ‘dentist’. I feel sorry for you, and before you come up with another silly lie, take a good look at the patient’s history. It’s a shame! Finally, a friendly piece of advice: learn to accept criticism, teach your staff how to provide accurate information to patients, and most importantly, learn to control aggression when dealing with people!

Negative experience: 2 years and almost 6000 euros later of braces, I’ve had almost everything treatment that went wrong. Filling done badly, 3 times the same bracket fell off, my tooth moving back and forth, 6 front teeth chipped when my braces were removed and shaving of these was offered to be done but it was in a rush as no more money was involved… So called cleaning was done in less than 10 minutes, told to revisit and got charged 90 euros for nothing. I said to myself thank God this is over and no more damage was done..how unlucky could I be as one of the doctors from this clinic said ‘it happens’. Until recently when my retainers broke after 3 months of use when they should last a lifetime… Also I had to have a root canal as one of my back teeth was moved by top and not root when I had braces causing the tooth to have a very bad angle touching my bone and causing excruciating pain. This tooth is mobile now and I might need to remove it in time and put an implant. Do well your research as it might cost you more than money.

Negative experience: My fillings lasted 2 weeks. They fixed it for free. But even the second one lasted 2 months. The price you are paying is expensive or standard, but you will get cheap workmanship and material. My previous fillings lasted 10 years. I would be ashamed to do that kind of work. After the review, they contacted to fix the filling for free. They care about their customers.

Positive experience: At first, I was really releived to find an early appointment for my broken teeth. The stuff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunatly I had to come back twice because the filling kept falling for both of the teeth that I had to treat. By the third time it broke, I decided to find an other dentist and pay full price. After this experience, Dr Ammar offered to refund part of what the medical card was covering and offered his assistance for any futher assessment with my teeth. Other than that the location is great.

Negative experience: Went in for prsi scale and polish. Scale and polish went good, the two dentist/hygienist were lovely. I was charged 25€ prsi contribution but this should be capped at 15€ (as stated on Citizens Information). When I raised this with the receptionist she wouldn't even look at me and said "they don't want to pay for anything anymore" - that citizen information was wrong. And would not refund me the difference. I have followed this up with Citizens Information and with they're help I will be recieving a refund.
