Fantastic experience: Dr. Jennifer Forde did a fantastic job with my check-up. She was very thorough and she has a lovely welcoming personality for those who might be nervous of the dentist . I also had Dr. Katie Boylan and Danielle for an oral hygiene appointment and they were great! My teeth have never felt so clean

Negative experience: I had a consultation for impant surgery in February. The quotation was quite substantial, so obviously, I want a second opinion. I have been requesting copies of my scans for 4 months now, and it is one excuse after the other, and it is obvious that the practice has no intention of releasing them. Extremely disappointed with Alexanadra Dental practice.

Negative experience: Hi have been a patient to Alexandre dentist for 3 yrs Last January I got a filling in a moler and 3 weeks ago it fell out had to get an emergency appointment in kinvara dental surgery as Alexandre couldn't fit me in till today I was told that the tooth should have been extracted not filled and needed to go back to Alexandre dentists to have this done ..was with them today and they can't remove it because it now has to be drilled out as its decayed too much .. Cost me €110 today to be told this .. They should have removed the tooth in the first place now I have had weeks of agony and will be waiting another 4 weeks before I can get an appointment to remove it ..absolute disgrace .. Will never be going back again .. Definitely would not recommend Alexandre dental surgery

I truly appreciated their proactive approach and the chance to talk through my experience. They generously offered me a second opinion, and I scheduled another appointment—with Kate Boylan once more. The experience with Kate was outstanding as I knew it would be. She guided me with clarity and care, made me feel comfortable, and provided reassurance. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, leaving me more confident about my dental care. This follow-up experience renewed my trust in the clinic, and I truly appreciate the effort they made to address my concerns. Previous review: I had a mixed experience at the Dental Clinic. The staff at the front desk were lovely, welcoming, and very efficient. The dental hygienist who handled my cleaning was absolutely amazing—super professional, thorough, and kind. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, my check-up with the other dentist was disappointing. He was pretty cynical and dismissive when I struggled to describe exactly where my discomfort was. Instead of guiding the consultation with patience and professionalism, he responded with sarcastic smiles, which made me feel uneasy rather than supported. A more understanding approach would have made a big difference. Overall, the clinic is good, but my experience with this particular dentist left much to be desired. If you’re booking an appointment, I’d highly recommend that you look to be attended by K. Boylan.
