Fantastic experience: Northern Cross Dental is the most professional dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Denise sent me to get a 3d image on the gums to see what the bone was like.It showed I have 3 infections on the bone above the teeth. The pain I was getting was enormous. I got 2 root canals done to date. The pain is gone, and the infections are nearly clear. Talking to Dr Denise before she even started the work, She gave me so much confidence. I knew that I was in good hands and very professional all around

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't speak highly enough of Dr Sinead and the team at Northern Cross Dental. I wanted a second opinion on a proposed wisdom tooth extraction (not because I disagreed they should come out but I wasn't comfortable with the approach to it all) and am so delighted I found Dr Sinead. She gave me realistic, practical advice, it was covered by my health insurance (other surgery didn't have payment agreements) and I was out of the procedure in around an hour having had all 4 removed. For the few days following I wasn't in any pain, it was as if I hadn't had surgery and the prescribed pain relief and post-procedure instructions were so valuable. The team was so kind in making sure I was safe and in making sure my husband was there to pick me up after sedation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jess on the front desk is so on the ball and the insurance process couldn't have been easier. If you need to get your wisdom teeth out, don't look anywhere other than Sinead. So thankful to you all.

Fantastic experience: I had a gum graft in Northern Cross dental after being referred by my dentist. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr Fahad and the dental nurses put me at ease. The treatment was painless and it has been a success. Dr Fahad showed me how to manage my gum health for the long term. Also, the reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was given a number of check ups following the procedure that were of no additional cost to make sure the gum was healing. The service was excellent and thorough. I felt well cared for. I’d recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: It is the best dental clinic that I have attended in Ireland. Professional, friendly, extremely approachable staff, both reception and Doctors. I used to have all my dental work done in Spain due to the quality of the dentistry and the price. However when it came to last minute repairs, issues, etc it was very complicated as I had to arrange a trip to Spain, take time off at work, buy tickets… At the Northern Cross I had even higher quality treatments and the best professionals only 20 min away by car. They have the latest technology and the best facilities. The human side of the Northern Cross Clinic is second to none. I never thought it would be an absolute pleasure going to the Dentists. Thank you ever so much for all your dedication.

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out with Dr Sinead last week and couldn’t recommend her more! She made me feel so relaxed about being sedated as I was nervous. “Woke up” an hour later and didn’t feel a thing! Very minimal pain and zero swelling during my recovery. So glad it’s all over and thankful for Sinead advising me to get them all removed at once. The staff on reception were also always so lovely and polite. I was hesitant to get them all removed at once as I was afraid of being in a lot of pain but I only had pain on day 3 and back to eating normal foods by day 6.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Dr Sinead on removing my wisdom teeth with sedation. DR Sinead and the nurses were so nice and kind to me and made me feel positive about the sedation and also kept talking to me about the procedure. When the medicine kicked in I felt I had a relaxed time and then I saw the clock in front of me and less than 1 hour had passed by and I "slept" during the procedure. The pain was minimal (mostly on day 4 after surgery) the recovery is a bit slow but I feel this is different to each individual. To anyone having this procedure don't be anxious about it I have never felt any lighter and painless procedure To anyone reading this needing to decide about the procedure go to NC dental and meet with Dr Sinead she has been amazing and would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my gum graft surgery with Dr Fahad. I would highly recommend Dr Fahad. From start to finish the process was so easy. Dr Fahad explained the surgery and what was involved in detail, I felt comfortable and pain free throughout the surgery. Dr Fahad even rang me after my surgery to see how I was feeling. I had amazing results and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Also, Gabi on reception was really friendly and helpful throughout my whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fahad Zafar and all of the lovely nurses at Northern Cross made me feel so calm throughout the entire process. He explained everything to me in detail and reassured me with his professionalism. I was unfamiliar with the gum graft procedure before my first visit and Dr Fahad and the nurses made me feel like I could ask any question! I felt very safe during the surgery as well as during recovery. The receptionist Gabi even called me to check up after surgery and made my experience so positive!! Fantastic experience: We were very happy with the service. My son just got his braces out and has the most amazing teeth now. Delighted we chose Northern Cross Dental and started process early enough to have his braces out just before starting secondary school. All staff have been so efficient and nice so my son never worried about anything. Once a tooth was pulled and he couldn't even remember it after... It was always easy to get an appointment that suited us time wise and we had a couple of emergencies and were sorted out immediately. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sinéad O'Dwyer and her team did an amazing job with my lower wisdom tooth surgery. It was totally painless, had a nice nap during the procedure, I dont remember anything. The aftercare was top class and thanks to that I had very minimal swelling and very minimal pain during the first few days. I was so scared getting this treatment done, but she made me feel very comfortable and her skills are amazing,which has contributed to a very speedy recovery!Thank you so much Dr Sinéad and her two assistants! Fantastic experience: I recently finished attending Northern Cross Dental where I was under the care of Dr. Kieran Daly. I first went to Kieran after a recommendation from my Dentist. I had always had problems with my teeth and jaw, called a class 3 malocclusion. After my initial consultation and a further meeting with Kieran and a specialist surgeon a combination of Orthodontic treatment and surgery was recommended. I finished my treatment in December 2022. As an older patient, I am so glad I went ahead with the work on my teeth. I had been very self conscious about them now I have straight teeth and my bite and jaw alignment have been corrected. They look great and I am delighted with them. All the way through my treatment everyone at Northern Cross Dental was very professional in their work, friendly and encouraging. They were as delighted for me as I was with my end results. Throughout my treatment I had complete confidence in Dr Kieran and his team. I would recommend Northern Cross Dental.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed / disillusioned with this place / I was left to wait for an hour (twice) beyond the point of paying 150€ (for an X Ray - I believe I didn’t need it), my Local Dentist had ***already done a full head scan The first time / an hour later / I get told I need a periodontist (which is why I came there in there in the 1st place) Then the 2nd time (an hour waiting beyond my appoint) the Periodontist is feriously rough with me & tells me I need two teeth out & that implants will take years I got a second opinion (I don’t cow tow to any Doctor) & my problem is now solved in a matter of months I’m wary of this “business”

Fantastic experience: I attended Northern Cross recently in a lot of pain with a recurring abscess. Dr. Sinead O Dwyer and Dr. Shkre were just wonderful. I was extremely nervous, they took time out to talk to me beforehand to explain all the procedures. Both doctors and the nurses stayed late , which I so much appreciated. The extraction was done before I realised it ! The receptionists are so friendly and welcoming. These surgeons are indeed top of their game. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Negative experience: Payed for the consult over the phone (horrible method of payment), after 5 minutes they call me telling me the doctor only be in the clinic 1 week after. Ask for fixing a small break on the teeth, because was sharp. Call center informed me that they could schedule an appointment, but the fix will depend on the doctor analyses because they need to do the survey and possible an X-RAY. I asked How long was the consult, I have been told that was a 30-minute slot, I told to the lady that this will be enough for fixing all I need. First 5 minutes the survey was done X-Ray less than 10 minutes AFTER THIS I went again to dentist, and basically, he told me that now we could book a new appointment. I thought to myself, ''WHAT??'' - I ask him what I should do? stay chatting about our life's to complete that 30-minute consult??? Once I was still with 15-minute..... JESUS CHRIST I COUND'T BELIEVE... I'm disappointed .... Just for you to know pay more 100 euros for the X-Ray, he refuses to fix my little break... Went to Portugal to a clinic where I trust, was treated like a human and problem solved for only 50€, I would say 10 minutes job... I wish you all a better luck if you consider using their services. Fantastic experience: I attended northern cross for 6 years, and during that time I was treated by professionals at the top of their game. My teeth needed a lot of work, my bite needed alignment and my gums also required work. This clinic is superb as they have a huge amount of in-house expertise and also excellent relationships with other specialists, all of whom played a really important part in helping to achieve the results I now have. This is a truly integrated care model and I felt they were all as invested in my outcome as I was. The staff are super, very welcoming and highly professional. I have recommended the clinic to friends and have a few people currently attending who are just as happy as I was. I never could have imagined the outcome I now have, at the age of 45 to finally have fabulous teeth was worth the time invested, I am very glad I chose northern cross and would recommend them to anyone considering taking this step.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a different dentist before Northern Cross dental, I was not satisfied with the service provided. On recommendation I went to Northern Cross, I never expect the service I got. To start with consultation of my gum check, absolutely first class service and the best of all was the tooth clean. A lady named Christine provided a 5 star service and the best ever. Unbelievable, I can now smile all day long and my gum is improving after just 2 days. Negative experience: I do not recommend it, this is a real rip-off of money, a child of 9 years old to write to the dentist needs a deposit of 50 € to cover the hole, in the end 30 minutes conversation with the doctor another 120 €, when I said that I was dear as a single mother and I could not afford it. at the hse local clinic, my daughters cured a tooth according to the school program for free, I called and wrote a letter that I want to cancel the entry and return the deposit, they replied that it is not refundable, how to understand this during the recording, there was no talk about that he did not return, very not human and this disgusting attitude, I do not recommend, for the first time such an attitude,

From start to finish was a great experience and been a nervous patient my treatment was made very calm and he made sure I was comfortable before the procedure started. Negative experience: Hi my name is Sidney, I have no regular Dentist, 27/9/2021 I had a bad pain in a front tooth and found a dentist to help, he said he'd extract the tooth if I wanted he advised me to keep it and have some cosmetic dentistry done including a root canal he gave me prescription for antibiotics no charge for the consultation, So I found the Northern Cross Dentist on line told them what he had told me, made an appointment its €70 thats fine, I was taking the antibiotics and the pain was going, When I arrived I was shown into the dentist after a short wait, he examined me said I might need a root canal (who are you telling!) But I would need to see the root canal Specialist to make that call, as he was the inplant Specialist ?? (and couldn't give an overall price) so another appointment was made to see the root canal Specialist a week later as he's only there on Monday, (another few hours off work), This time I'll be seeing the root canal Specialist?? he'll sort me out,No!! I have to see the Bridge Specialist he's not sure if a root canal or an inplants are best, But gives me a waver form to fill out tells me its going to cost €550 and I can wait outside, the nice receptionists tells me its another €70 for the root canal Specialist consultation,No! and she'll have make another appointment to see the Bridge Specialist?? But he's off getting married somewhere and won't be back for 2 weeks, now by this time the pain is starting again 7/10/2021 I phoned them telling them I hadn't slept that night with the pain, I was told to see my regular dentist (I don't have one ) The nice receptionist said she'd get back, (she did the next day)pain all night ,the next day she phoned said she'd try to get the root canal Specialist to write a perception, she came back 2 hours later to say she had one? But I'd already been to the doctors to get help? I run a service company and I hold the customer service as our number 1 priority, I really don't understand their business model, is it 3 consultations with 3 specialist??? at €70 a pop before you get started and a final price?, I don't know, but what I do know is I wouldn't recommend the Northern Cross Dentist/Specialist??? to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Before going to Northern Cross Dental, I was in desperate need for high-quality orthodontic treatment as I had crooked teeth and a badly misaligned jaw. I ended up getting braces here and eventually jaw surgery. At the end of my treatment I ended up with perfect teeth, a perfect bite and a perfect smile :) The entire staff are very professional and extremely friendly. It is definitely the best clinic I have been to so I would highly recommend Northern Cross Dental to anyone looking to get dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I had always wanted to get my teeth straightened and had put it off for a long time, but decided to get it done and my dentist recommended Northern Cross. I knew it would take a long time and a lot of commitment, juggling work hours and treatment, but from the first day walking into Northern Cross I knew I had made the right choice. From the first day Kiaran, the staff and receptionists were so friendly, professional, kind and reassuring, and in every appointment I was treated with the greatest care. Making appointments was never a problem. When my treatment was complete I was delighted with the results. I would definitely recommend Northern Cross for orthodontic work. Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out here and from the moment I stepped into the clinic the receptionists were all so lovely and reassuring and they put you at ease straight away , Dr.Deepak and his team couldn’t have taken better care of me. I was extremely nervous and had a lovely dental nurse hold my hand all the way. I will never go anywhere else to get my dental work done again , Thank you so much guys!!

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth removed here on Friday I was really nervous coming in but all the staff and the surgeon were so lovely to me and relaxed me and the surgeon done a great job I definitely won’t be nervous coming in the next time thanks so much ! I missed the surgeons call the next day and didn’t have a number to ring back but want to thank him for the great job he did and everyone for being so patient and nice to me excellent service !

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the results of my dental work from Northern Cross Dental. Right from the start, Kieran and his team were very nice to deal with, clearly explaining the options and benefits of each step of my orthodontic treatment. Once this stage was complete, Sittana did an amazing job with her prosthodontic work. On the practical side, my overbite and crowded teeth have been completely fixed making eating much more comfortable. On the aesthetic side I have ended up with a really nice smile that receives lots of compliments! If you are considering having work done on your teeth, and like me, were putting it off for years, have a chat with these guys and explore your options. You will not regret it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Negative experience: I hate this dentist, because I came in an emergency with a 5-year-old child who can't sleep at night because his tooth hurts, and he told me there will be an appointment in September, We can die here and no one saves us, I'm disappointed your job and all the doctors who don't even want to consult you, think only of you and not of the patients
