City Smile - Teeth Whitening Clinic

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the results. I was under the impression due to the picture on their advertisement that my teeth would be whitenened but there is no change at all... a total waste of money, and the owner seemed to be happy with the results or lack of, what does that tell you??? Hiya, I did express my disappointment at the time, if you remember you asked are you happy? and I said no not at all and I then proceeeded to cancel my husbands appointment and if you choose to pretend now that you didnt hear me LOL thats up to you. In my opinion it is false advertising, you state immediate results and up to 12 shades whiter... I will let genuine customers decide for themselves. PS my teeth are not stained or damaged in any way I just wanted teeth like the attacghed picture, I would even go as far as to say mine are not as yellow as the lady in the attched picture. Lesson learned
