Negative experience: Went and got the lazer teeth whitening treatment last week and was very disappointed. I honestly noticed no difference or a lift in the colour of my teeth so I found it a waste of money and not a comfortable procedure. One of the solutions had melted from the heat in the premises so when it was applied to my teeth it drilled and burned my tongue and gums on the first application try. On the second try it was fine but I was quite sensitive for two days with my bottom gums being burned. Not a nice experience and I felt I wasted my money

I was nicely greeted by their nurse and receptionist Adilson (Dee). He provided a wealth of information, without needing to be asked! Unfortunately, I could not do my braces here due to the location’s proximity to me but I will definitely be returning. Thank you all at White Smile Dental Cabra for your high level of professionalism and customer service :) It’s quite rare at the moment so I do appreciate! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Staff was nice. Although not quite satisfied with my teeth . I felt throughout my journey I had to direct the braces process. It was recommend to remove twice. But I gained a small gap in my journey which they had no problem closing. I felt as though if I asked for better shape they were happy to do so but if I don’t say anything. After the time duration. They will just remove the braces.

Fantastic experience: I have to strongly recommended. Effect is visible after first treatment. People have to just understand that after many years of drinking coffee, red vine or smoking your teeth will not become white after one session. It will be brighter. For white effect you have to stop drinking coffee if you can. I can't ;D

Negative experience: Got a voucher for my birthday for teeth whitening, booked this place. When I was finished i showed the girl the voucher and she said my sister had not paid for the voucher and I needed to pay. After explaining how vouchers work she still didn’t understand and said even if my sister got the voucher it still needed to be paid for. She then WhatsApped someone else who put the voucher number into the system and she said the same thing. I called my sister to ask her to send me a copy of her bank statement or receipt confirmation. While I was waiting for this the girl in the clinic said it’s ok we believe you if you say it’s paid for. It clearly stated on the voucher it was paid for as i received it from their website with a happy birthday message. Very unprofessional and put me in an embarrassing position. My sister was also upset to have me think she never paid for the present for me, plus there is no difference in my teeth. Would not go back nor recommend this business.
