While visiting Ireland, I found myself in excruciating pain due to a filling that had fallen out a few days prior, leading to an early tooth infection. The pain was unbearable, and I was desperate for help. Despite her fully booked schedule, Dr. Raphaelle went above and beyond to fit me in as an emergency case—something I will never forget. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were outstanding. She quickly diagnosed the issue, treated me with such expertise and precision, and prescribed strong antibiotics and pain relief. Negative experience: Before the recent chsnge in ownership,i had been attending dr. Sean for 20 odd years; wonderful man& terrific dentist. However the new owner dr raphelle while v. Nice& professional has made changes. Which prevent me attending me any more. As a isabled person with a full medical card but no prsi cover (retired since2016) i cannot afford private care. But she no longger accepts medical card ĥolders; doesn't do root canal work. And seems to always recommend extraction, for which she charged me €300. I won't be returning to this clinic sadly

Fantastic experience: Raphaelle and her team are fantastic. I've always had anxiety about the dentist and Raphaelle just knows how to deal with it with confidence and support. They are all lovely people, their cost is fair but I would pay whatever was necessary just to stay with them. I've always gone to this practice and while I was concerned moving from Seán to Raphaelle, because Seán was just so great, but having now had a few appointments with Raphaelle, I trust her and the practice completely. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had to have some dental work done recently. Dr Andrew Mawhinney did a great job. I found him to be very professional and the staff friendly and efficient. I was taken on time too which was great as I was rushing back to work. I also felt very safe there as staff wore full PPE. I was also very impressed to hear that they had put in a new air filtration system. I have no hesitation in recommending SOS Dental.

Fantastic experience: Just had to pop on here today to give my review of this practice ... it is excellent , I felt so safe , the attention to detail regarding covid safety is second to none with air filters, proper PPE attire... Dr Andrew Mahwinny put me at ease going through each step of my dental process ... never thought going to the dentist would be such a pleasure... big round of applause to all at SOS dental fantastic work

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend SOS Dental the team is amazing always on time never a delay. I would especially recommend Dr Andrew Mahwinney he is amazing. I feel so safe in the surgery as they have air filteration in each surgery.
