Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist. Dr Tom and his assistant are amazing. If a nervous patient they make you feel so relaxed and explain everything to you they really care and so helpful . I would highly recommend this practice and the receptionists are lovely here too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend these guys for your dental treatment. Over an 8 month period I had alot of work done to my mouth and the results are truly incredible. I never thought it would be as good as it turned out. All the staff are amazing & their professionalism is unrivalled which goes a huge way to ease any nerves associated with a dental visit. A special shout out to Gemma the hygienist, Sarah & all the dental nurses who are amazing & all the lovely staff on reception. Joe Mc Enhill is a master at his craft but the star of the show has to be the main man himself Tom Rodgers (The Magician). Fantastic experience: Just out of an emergency appointment with Emma. I can’t thank her & her assistant enough. I have a chronic fear of the dentist & always go under anaesthetic for dental appointments. However, I am 39 weeks pregnant & this wasn’t an option for me. Emma couldn’t have been more understanding of my genuine fear & together she got me through a filling! Thank you for your kindness Emma!

Negative experience: After so many years of being a client, with no problems with the service before, I'm very disappointed that I couldn't get an appointment to the dental hygienist. I had to see a dental doctor first, but I didn't want and can't at this moment. It is very strange that I couldn't get an appointment to the hygienist straight away.

Fantastic experience: I called to be seen as an emergency patient and I was seen the very next day. Dr Emma McCullagh was fantastic, she explained at every step what she was going to do and made me feel much more relaxed in what was a very nervous situation for me. The following day I received a call from the surgery to check how I was, which was a lovely touch. Thanks so much for the great care. I would absolutely recommend this dental surgery to anyone looking for excellent dental care

Fantastic experience: I had never gone to a dentist in years and broke a tooth was in pain I got a last minute appointment the girl at reception was really helpful.I was very nervous but the dentist was lovely and reassured me got my tooth sorted got a phone call a few days later to see how I felt and I had no more pain .Would definitely recommend blackrock dental clinic .

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years (this is the only dentist I have ever returned to. I’ve had bad experiences when I was young) and to say they are amazing is an understatement! Tom thank you so much for your patience with me. Grainne & staff are amazing on the desk also. They even call to check how you are a few days later! I was in a lot of pain and she got me an emergency appointment. I can not recommend them enough! I’m afraid of my life of going but they always make me feel at ease and fully explain everything! For anyone who is nervous or worried they are by far the best

Negative experience: Customer for many years and all was good. My wife received many treatments last year. But, .... wife had extremely bad pain last week and she went to see a doctor as an emergency. Now we know it was an issue with root canals and she had a really bad infection that had to be treated immediately........ The girl at reception even didn't ask the doctor but just compliant instead that she was at work from 7. Yes, this was so bad for her as the poor lady started work at 7. No more comments here. disgrace I wish I could give you 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Firstly from some who had a very bad experience as a child with a dentist I would absolutely dread going. However over the last year I had a root canal and 2 fillings with Tom. He is an excellent dentist and would highly recommend him. He is also brilliant with kids. All of the team there are friendly and professional. It's the only dentist I would ever consider going too in the future.

Negative experience: I have had 4 injections to fix one tooth, then my opposite tooth was drilled to finish the treatment till I was in pain. Doctor has several times put dental tools on my chest like it was a tool holder. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
