Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I started my implant journey back in August 2023 and just got the final instalment last week. I’m really happy with how my implant turned out and it looks as if it was always there and I never lost the tooth. Dr Maurice has been great and put me at ease the first day I arrived at the clinic and made the whole process relaxed. I highly recommend anyone to go here if they are looking for tooth implants. The hygienist also did a very thorough job on cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are also very accommodating and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at this practice and I was very much impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team here. Initially I walked in and the place looked great and the staff at the desk were well presented and professional. My appointment time was as advertised and I was called in on time which was definitely a bonus. I had an appointment with Claire, the Dental Hygienist first. Claire was extremely thorough in the cleaning process and very patient. She was very helpful and gave tailored, practical advice to my circumstances. Directly afterward, I had an appointment with Maurice, the dentist, and he was very personable. He was very efficient and professional and was able to resolve any queries I had with ease. All in all, I definitely got the impression that this team was very much invested in ensuring I received the best possible care.

I am terrible nervous patient so to have this done was a big thing but he was out on his own as were all girls work there from receptionist so glad I picked Dr Maurice to do my implant thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Maurice is a gentleman. Very friendly and put my mind at ease from the start. This has been my best experience with a dentist so far. I had seen 3 previous dentists who told me they weren't able to remove my wisdom tooth. Dr.Maurice assured me he could. He spent longer numbing my gum today than the actual tooth extraction. I was absolutely delighted. I will definitely be returning to him for all future treatment. And his receptionist is lovely to deal with too. I don't normally leave reviews but this is one of them rare occasions. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Changed my review from 1 to 5 star but I would really appreciate if the staff take some responsibility of the lift which turns on nd off on its own nd scares the customers as it happened with me, the hygienist is very friendly nd give me a detailed information thankyou

Negative experience: I rang two weeks ago with alot of pain and asked for appointment they gave me 29th next week. I rang twice to ask for urgent appointment and what i got back was abuse. They rang me yesterday when I called back she was amused I told her it was logged on my phon she called she cancelled call. I emailed hopping to get maurice only to get reception again throwing bullying threats at me not a good dentist. To leave people in agony and then threaten them. Amazi g just got phone call to get appointment all because of review. Just goes to show complain and it will show we dont take ignorence and rudeness.

Fantastic experience: Maurice did 2 fillings on me and took a wisdom tooth out all in the space of 35 minutes. No pain and no hassle. He prescribed me tablets to mildly sedate me before I went in and worked like a dream .I would highly recommend Maurice and his team!!
