Errigal Dental

Negative experience: We are a bit disapointed, i got a filling 3 weeks ago and it didnt last, so I went today to get it fitted again and they charged me 125 Euro again. Maybe its policy but not how to keep clients.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Errigal Dental for years, the staff are so friendly and very welcoming at every single visit. I used to have a fear of going to the Dentist after traumatic experiences and would only go when in pain but thanks to Nicolas's kindness, patience and compassion and the lovely caring nurses I now go for two check ups in the year! 5 stars

Fantastic experience: All my life I have been nervous going to the Dentist. However, when I go to Nicolas in Errigal Dental, I feel totally safe and comfortable. He is very reassuring throughout the whole process and makes me feel at ease. The receptionists are also very professional as are all the dental nurses. I highly recommend Errigal Dental as the go to practice in Donegal.

Fantastic experience: Always have a great experience at Errigal Dental, I used to be nervous going to a dentist, but not anymore. Lovely atmosphere, and comfortable bright waiting room. Staff are lovely and friendly, and Nicholas Mc Cann is a lovely lovely dentist and great at his job.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, elegant place, the team is very integrated and cooperates with each other, and when it comes to my experience, I went to Dr. Marianna, who did her job excellent . I am very pleased with her work as she put in the repair of my teeth, they look great, she did her job very reliably. She is a very conscientious person ,and I will definitely go back there, they gained another client, I really recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Had bad experiences with dentists when I was younger and Errigal Dental came recommended. A pleasure to visit and the staff at Errigal dental are excellent (thank god for their txt appointment reminders). Doctor Nicholas McCann re-assures, and talks you through every step of your procedure (a massive help for anyone nervous of visiting the dentist). The practice is so easy to access, plenty of free parking and the minute you walk through the door, is immaculately clean. If you're looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend highly enough (5 stars all day long)!

Fantastic experience: Had my annual examination, x-rays & cleaning done with Dr Reynolds today. Couldn’t have been happier. Dr. Reynolds is lovely. The whole staff were friendly & efficient and the service was prompt. Actually was a really pleasant experience, considering i don’t usually like going to the dentist! 5 ⭐️no bother.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Errigal dental enough. For a person that was petrified of dentists, Dr. McCann and Chloe was nothing short of amazing with me. Always kept me at ease whenever I was in. Restored my faith in dentists completely.

Negative experience: Was charged for a checkup that was free. I told the receptionist that I had already checked with Dept. Social welfare but I had to pay anyway. Checked with the Dept again and it was confirmed. I rang them again and waited for someone to ring me back. 3 days later, the dentist rang back and said they would give the visit for free. I didn't want that but he wouldn't listen, and hung up while I was speaking. Disgraceful. I have never returned to that practice.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Marianna Madar for the wonderful work on my teeth. I have used the services of many dentists and I can say that the doctor is the best. She is a passionate , perfectionist and a very nice person. I hope that I will stay at Errigal Dentist. They have now a diamond among dentists. Negative experience: I'm only getting around to writing this review now. I received a simple composite bonding procedure in 2019 with terrible results. I had previously got composite bonding done with another practice which looked exactly how it should but thats not what I got from Errigal Dental! I had a qualified but inexperienced doctor do mine. I don't doubt there are some excellent dentists in there but certainly not them all from the experience I had which cost me €100 for what I describe as lines and lumps on a tooth which should have been perfectly smooth!

Fantastic experience: Nicholas is a brilliant dentist. Definitely recommend to anyone who is nervous.

Negative experience: Update 2019: i just want to say thank you Dara again for the concern i didnt not hold you or any of your other colleagues at fault except for of course the Dental practitioner that attended to me. I now have to get either an extraction or a root canal, i think ill take the extraction this matter has upset me and scared so much that it has taken me 10 months to actually do something about it and the fact that im only 17 and i have to get a tooth pulled is just shocking. Very friendly staff but.... i went for a filing everything seemed okay until 24 hours after when the numbing injections went away i started to feel pain went back the dentist gave me antibiotics and told me that the filing didnt touch the nerve its been 3 months (10 Months! Now) since and im still in agony its horrible as it was my first experience at eriggal dental. UPDATE. Thank you Dara for reply but i have no need to contact you as i was already contacted by my dentist at Errigal Dental which i did not think was appropriate especially since im under 18 but thanks you anyway for the concern. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this practice enough, I am such a nervous patient and Nicholas puts me at such ease with every treatment I've had to get. It really is about finding the right one to trust and be comfortable with and he really is that one! Thank god the days are gone where I was scared stiff of a dentist, I would recommend Nicholas to anyone and everyone! (Especially those who are anxious!)
