Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Vivian,I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final check-up, the entire process was smooth, professional, and clearly explained. She transformed my smile in such a short space of time and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. Fantastic experience: Called them Wednesday with a bad toothache they said come in the following morning. Needed a tooth extraction. I always had a phobia of going to the dentist but yesterday the team made sure I was comfortable and made sure the procedure was 100% pain free. Paul made sure during the extraction i was ok and have no pain. I won't be as nervous on my next dental visit with the team. They are all great.

Fantastic experience: Got a next day appointment for a tooth extraction. Paul was fantastic as I am the world's most nervous dental patient. Fantastic experience: Was with Dr. Vivien today and I am extremely happy with the results. She went above and beyond during the treatment, she clearly explained the treatment plan to me, she made sure, that the procedure was painless. I needed to get a crown, it arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Was with Dr Vivien today and it was the worst dental experience I have had. Rude and no communication at all. I left upset and not sure what she actually done! Wet collar from excess of water. Had to ask if I needed any further treatment. Will not be returning. I paid for a very unpleasant experience.

We wanted to follow up regarding your recent visits. During your initial consultation, we directed you to schedule the most urgent treatment, which was completed this week. However, we noted that you arrived over 15 minutes late on both occasions without an apology. While we did not address this at the time, we assumed there may have been valid reasons for your delays.
Additionally, our nurse experienced challenges with effective suctioning due to minimal opening, which is not typical, as we’ve had no issues with the equipment, which is less than three months old. Dr. Katona and the nurse attempted to communicate with you, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
We always strive to provide the best care and reassurance for our patients. We wish you all the best with your future treatments at your new dental practice.
Fantastic experience: I was in a huge amount of pain. I made the call at 10.15 on a Friday and by 12 I had a molar extraction. Paul was soo patient and reassured me it was going well. They did not over charge me either. I would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Paul is a wonderful dentist and ensured I was comfortable and at ease throughout two very tricky treatments. Would highly recommend him for those who are anxious about dental work he works gently but quickly and carefully with minimal fuss.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Iv had a number of fillings, Invisaligh and a crown. Dr Vivien has made it an amazing experience from start to finish and I'm delighted with the end result. After an awful previous experience Vivien has been so kind, calm and informative the whole time easing any worries I had. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vivien Katona is an exceptional dentist, I had a problem of my retainer being lost while the new one was made, but Dr. Vivien Katona did the whole difference, she tried to call everyone by herself, she gave me all the confidence that the issue would be solved, she also found another better laboratory that made a much better retainer for me, she kept in touch with me the whole process giving feedbacks about how the issue was going be resolved, she is a great professional, I am very thankfull for her.

Fantastic experience: Cant recommended Paul and staff enough. My own denist refused to see me when i was suffering with my mouth lately and Paul saw me straight away and within a week have had 2 wisdom teeth removed. A great team!

Fantastic experience: Visited Pauls practice with my 10 year old son as an emergency in September 2020, without explaining Paul was able to find the tooth in question. After a 10 minute appointment the extraction was done. Couldn't recommend Paul enough my son was so comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely be using his practice again.
