Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice, always goes above and beyond for their clients. Suzanne is brilliant and always provides the best service, she’s extremely kind and professional. Both times I’ve been to her in severe pain and she seen me asap. Will always be going to mallow dental care from now on.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life. They offered me a "free" dental cleaning, for which I paid €135 and it was the worst cleaning of my life. Furthermore, for an extraction of an infected root (Another €135) neither antibiotic treatment before (prophylaxis) nor antibiotic treatment after. I have a brutal infection that I had to solve with another professional. Because they didn't offer me a prescription for antibiotics. Impossible to talk to the dentist on the phone. THEY ONLY LOOK FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND MORE MONEY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WELL-BEING AND HEALTH OF THE PATIENT. ONLY THE MONEY. Expensive, bad service and no patient follow-up. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I feel cheated and they almost caused me a bigger problem than when I entered that clinic. In addition to being a customer, I am a pharmacist. So my opinion is also the opinion of a health professional. ANY OTHER CLINIC BEFORE THIS ONE.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Suzanne & all the team, she has really gone above & beyond in helping put me at ease & is extremely invested in her patients. You can really see the passion she has in her role as she takes the time to explain the process to Patients, while being very intuitive to their needs & fears. I never particularly coped too well with Dental treatments, but Suzanne with her helpful and professional manner has made all the difference and this has really been a game changer for me. I find her equally amazing with children, would highly recommend Mallow Dental Care

Negative experience: After a weekend in pain I rang this morning. I’ve been a patient of Don’s for many years and with Mr Lynch previous to this and be told I am no longer registered at this practice as I now am a medical card holder. The receptionist was rude, talking to a colleague the entire phone conversation and told me that they can’t accept medical card holders as it’s “not set up on their system for it” Needless to say I’m very unhappy. Appalling service.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Don because I had a small partial denture replacing my missing tooth in the front. I felt embarrassed because I'm young and the denture was uncomfortable to wear. Don recommended an implant. Procedure was straight forward and under sedation. I'm so happy, now I can smile without worry.

Positive experience: The only dentist to fill me in last minute for an emergency I was very grateful!! Got the job done I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I noticed I chipped a tooth, I phoned these guys up and had an appointment within one and half hours. Ger O'Sullivan, is the dentist that sorted me out. He has to be the best and most professional dentist's I've had any experience with.
