Fantastic experience: Managed to get a cancellation for my Daughter to have a very painful Wisdom Tooth removed. From the moment we got there the staff were all so lovely, she felt at ease and Dr Murnane did a fantastic job. She has had no problems since her surgery. Would highly recommend Dr Murnane.

I am a nervous patient and have been to 4 different dentists about a problematic wisdom tooth - all of them failing to see the problem with the tooth or not willing to treat it. Dermot and his team helped me and did an amazing job. He was able to see the problem with the first look at scans and he is an expert in his field. Extremely helpful and responsive to requests.

Fantastic experience: Dermot and his team are fantastic. I was very anxious about getting three wisdom teeth removed (after a bad experience elsewhere getting one removed). The procedure was quick and pain free. Post surgery I had no swelling or bruising and pain was minimal. My mouth was completely healed within two weeks. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had one wisdom tooth removed and I had been traumatised from past experiences in other dentists but going to dr murnane has changed my whole outlook on the dentist!! Him and his staff were so kind and kept me so calm they were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough!! Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The staff are friendly, informative, and sympathetic. I was told the surgery itself took 10 minutes - thanks to the sedation it felt like a few seconds. The worst part by far was having the IV inserted, haha. It's the next day and my face is swollen and bruised, but the extraction sites are pain free :) thanks for taking good care of me

Fantastic experience: The best experience ever!! I was messed Over by my local dentist who tried to remove my wisdom teeth under sedation (I could feel and was aware of everything) he couldn't remove them and left me in agony for weeks. I was in so much pain/out of work and on so many painkillers. Dermot was reccomended by a family member and fortunately I was lucky to get a cancelation before my holidays. He had both my wisdom teeth out with no issues. I don't Remember a thing after the canula and sedation went in. He explained everything so clearly before my procedure and his receptionist and dental nurse were so kind and friendly and professional. He made me feel so at ease and was so nice. Hands down the best experience I've ever had. Not one bit of swelling or even pain after it either which was a bonus!! He doesn't know how appreciative I am for his work!! Would 1 million percent recommend him. Also very reasonable prices too!!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious leading up to my wisdom teeth surgery but I instantly felt better after stepping inside the clinic due to how kind the team was and how smoothly everything went. The whole process from stepping through the door, getting the xray, consultation, four teeth removed (2 impacted!) plus recovery took only 80 minutes and then I was on my way home. I was given good medicine and recovery instructions and felt well looked after in the process - incredibly grateful to the team for making a scary-sounding procedure as smooth as it can be

Fantastic experience: staff was very polite and had great communication. i got 4 wisdom teeth removed it was very quick however im almost sure he missed a chunk of one tooth now i have a sharp peace of tooth under my gum that hurts when i put any pressure on it. if not for that it would have been 5 stars. EDIT iv updated to 5 stars because everything healed fine and all pain went away. that sharp peace has gone into my jaw and i don't feel it anymore. im still left with a bit of a hole in my gum but idk if that's normal to be honest. anyway i would recommend i got the best price from this place and good work

Fantastic experience: I was pretty desperate before Christmas with swollen jaw due to abscess and couldnt find a dentist in Ennis to extract the tooth as it appeared complex. The person on the phone understood my stress and fitted me in. As others have said the procedure was fast and clean and healed very quick. You are in safe hands with Dr Murnane and the whome team are welcoming and efficient

Fantastic experience: Hey everyone, as we know, not everyone likes dental procedures, yesterday I had two lower wisdom teeth extracted, the stress is incredible, I must say that Dr. Dermot and his crew know what they are doing, I am very satisfied with their work, fantastic approach to the patient, the procedure was performed very quickly, the anesthesia works very quickly, I am 24 hours after the procedure and I am very pleasantly surprised because it does not hurt as much as I imagined. If anyone has problems with their wisdom teeth, I definitely recommend this clinic. I live in Athlone. I had to drive an hour to the clinic, but it was worth it. Greetings to Dr. Dermot and his crew Ps: 24 hours after the procedure, no bruising, slight swelling, but not too much. See this is what my face looks like 24 hours after the treatment.

Fantastic experience: What a painless and lovely experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Murnane and his lovely staff highly enough. I was in today to have my last wisdom tooth surgically extracted. It was stuck under my jaw bone and beginning to show decay. I opted for sedation not for nerves, but because I have an extremely tight jaw and small bite and was worried the tooth could be unreachable without forcing my jaw uncomfortably. I'm home now this evening and extremely comfortable. I have full feeling back already, no numbness. Problematic lower wisdom teeth extractions can rarely result in nerves being affected, but Dr. Murnane appears to be some kind of magician, because I feel pretty much 100% normal after 6 hours. I expect pain in the coming days naturally, but the procedure itself was flawless. Due to sedation I've been made aware by my partner that I was being a bit "funny"! Think tipsy! I'm sure the clinic are used to this, but I really hope I didn't embarrass them! I will say that their patience with me from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I giggled and wobbled my way out was so much appreciated! Overall, I was in and out of the clinic in the space of an hour. With sedation this felt like no more than 10 minutes! Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for such a secure and pleasant experience. Absolute professionals, and worth going out of your way for. We travelled an hour each way, but if it's feasible to request a referral to this specific clinic I highly recommend it regardless of distance!

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic. From making an appointment, all the information received previous to the procedure. Excellent communication. Arrived at the clinic to very friendly, efficient staff. Dr Murnane is a gentleman, puts you at ease immediately, full of knowledge and advice. I had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed, I didnt feel a thing and for the 1st day today no pain whatsoever! In and out in and hour. Fantastic experience: I just had my appointment with dr murnane in the morning and I was extremely scared getting two wisdom teeth removed even though I did opt in for sedation I was afraid i would still feel everything and be aware because of a bad experience I had before and what can I say Dr murnane and his staff were so lovely and kind...soon as I was given sedation it was like I only closed my eyes for 5 mins and then next thing I open them and it's all done I felt so relived that it was that easy and the teeth troubling me were now gone and I would be pain free from them. I would highly recommend if you are a nervous person like myself then this is the place to go to

Fantastic experience: I had my lower wisdom teeth removed here a few months ago and I was absolutely amazed at how minimal the pain was and how fast the recovery was. I didn’t opt for sedation so I was awake during the procedure but it was over before I knew it, I was able to drive myself home afterwards and I was back at work the next day.

Fantastic experience: Recently got all 4 wisdom teeth out with you guys. I am such a nervous patient but all the staff really put me at ease. It was quick and efficient. In and out of the clinic within an hour. I would do it again tomorrow if I had to no problem as all were kind and reassuring. Dr.Murnane is very kind and good at explaining the procedure so you are confident in aftercare and they make themselves freely available if you need to ring and ask anything 10/10 service. I had a little bit of swelling, no bruising whatsoever and minimal pain!

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable at what he does. Had a lower wisdom tooth removed, wasn’t too worried though about the procedure itself, more so the pain that would follow when the anaesthsia would wear off. Dr Murnane clearly went through the procedure and post op care with me prior to the actual procedure and listened to any concerns I might have. Opted for the IV sedation, and honestly don’t remember a single thing from 30 seconds after the IV was pushed through, until Dr Murnane woke me to say I was ready to go home. Had zero pain the remainder of the day and night, and following morning woke with zero pain, swelling or bruising. 100% would recommend his services to anyone regardless if they’re nervous of the dentist or not. Such a nice man and a lovely dental nurse (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Thank you both for such a pleasant and quick experience

Fantastic experience: I recently travelled from Tullamore to have three wisdom teeth removed. Like most people I hate the thought of the dentist. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had. Dr Murnane and all his staff are lovely. Everything is explained clearly regarding the procedure and post op care. I was the most nervous while waiting for the extractions. I opted for sedation which I would highly recommend to anyone. Dr Murnane put a needle in my arm, told me that the worst part was over, next thing I woke up with my teeth gone. I have had little to no pain since the extractions which is the sign of a job well done. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal removed, a procedure I was not looking forward to! Dr Murnane answered all my questions, I was more concerned about the pain following the extraction than the actual extraction. Dr Murname explained all in a lovely down-to-earth manner and put me at ease from the very start. The procedure was over in a matter of minutes, I was thrilled! That made me very nervous but Dr Dermot made me feel very comfortable and calm. Not to mention that the actual procedure took less than 1 min. I couldn't believe it was done that quick. At the door I was welcomed by a lovely girl, she was so kind and helpful which made me feel less stressed straight away. Those little things made a massive difference. Fantastic experience: I attended dr murnanes clinic yesterday to have a tooth removed under sedation. I am a very nervous patient, terrified is the correct description. Rachel met me at the door, she was professional and kind and instantly put me at ease. Dr murnane was very kind, understanding and helpful. Explained what was going to happen, care afterwards, issued prescriptions and explained what to take and when. When I sat in the chair, dr murnane explained the process again and that I wouldn't remember the procedure. I was septical as I previously was given valium by another dentist to calm me and it did nothing! But he was correct, I actually have no idea what happened. I woke up and actually thought the procedure hadn't even been done. Then I realised I was missing the Tooth! Dr murnane came in and explained all went well and to rest and I would be free to leave once I was able to stand and converse. Which didnt take long at all. I've no pain at all today, day after extraction! Not even taken any painkillers as I have no pain at all! Thank you Dr Murnane and your team. I can not reccomend him any higher. Himself and his team are professionals

Fantastic experience: As a patient I was referred and assured from another top class dentist in Nenagh Town. As having an extraction needed after abscess treatment with difficult tooth and anxiety over procedures. Just before arranging an appointment with short notice as it had led to be emergency. The staff and Dermot fitted me in right away that day. The staff on the phone was very helpful and also Dermot dental staff were also The premises were pristine clean and proper Covid 19 procedures were acted. He was very calming and professional in his work as I had to be sateded for procedure. The practice was very comfortable and professional in all ways. Fantastic experience: absolutely top class surgeon and staff my 14 year old daughter was very nervous about having surgery for a hidden wisdom tooth removal after a chat with dermot robyn was very relaxed dermot went through the whole procedure from start to finish with us the surgery was done in 10 minutes and recovery took about 35-40 minutes in that time dermot went through the after care for robyn and advised us on how to help her with her recovery the surgery in nenagh is very modern and spotless clean the staff are very polite and courteous i am glad i travelled out from limerick top class dental surgery i have no hesitation in highly recommending dr dermot murnane ps i have never met or engaged with dr murnane or his staff before and am not related. rob mc darby

Fantastic experience: Was very anxious getting my very back molar out, but was reassured by Dr Murnane and staff that everything would be very easy and painless, which it was. Very professional. Great after care instructions and gave me plenty to read and gave me extra swabs insae of bleeding. Following day slight discomfort as expect with a tooth missing, very little pain. I cannot recommend highly enough.
