Negative experience: Won't answer phone took 2 teeth out for me and left the roots can't make contact to this dentist really highly don't recommend and also my name is changed it's under Evan o donnell on your files and it's the correct dentist Dr George miller

Negative experience: I am the parent of a 10 year old boy who came here last November to get a cavity filled. The clinic room is old, dirty and in poor condition. My son was placed in a chair by a grumpy old man who did not offer or discuss anaesthetic. My son was very distressed after 10 minutes of excruciating , grinding and drilling into his tooth. Then after that horrific procedure he tried to charged me more pkmoney then I had been quoted. Needless to say the filling failed and I have just had to pay another dentist to clean and fill the cavity again. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. After a few bad experiences and work from other practices, George was able to fix everything and my teeth are in great condition. He is patient, calm, friendly and a true professional. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional dentist I’ve been to in my life. During my extraction procedure his comments included ‘what are the sound effects for?’ and ‘I’ve seen a 12 year old girl do better’. Completely inappropriate things for a dentist to say to a patient. A cold, heartless man with zero sympathy for patients in pain. Would never recommend to anyone. On a more positive note, the one star is going to Ann for being an excellent and helpful receptionist.

Negative experience: Rang up to make an appointment as a new patient and whoever answered was rude and blunt from the offset. I was halfway through giving details and call either got disconnected or I was hung up on. Got a call back twenty minutes later saying they had a missed call from me, which I was confused by and when I went to explain that I think we got disconnected earlier, receptionist went 'yeah okay bye bye' and hung up again. I get people can have a bad day and it's close to Christmas but this isn't a great first impression. I googled another dentist in Crumlin where the receptionist was lovely and got an appointment without issue.

Fantastic experience: First time to visit today, The dentist is a gentleman. Two fillings done and completely pain free. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience: Traveling from the UK to Ireland to have my teeth done is the second best decision I’ve ever made. The first? Attending Crumlin Road Dental. George and Audrey are simply amazing! They are incredibly professional, friendly, funny and welcoming which is exactly what I need as I am normally very anxious having dental work done. I had to have quite a lot of treatment, specifically extractions, fillings and a denture plate fitted together with the building up of my front right tooth. They were so kind and accommodating, creating a wonderfully relaxed environment and providing the best service I've ever had. Together, they are so efficient and thorough in their work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for giving me my smile back. Cxx

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment 2 months ago for an issue with a new wisdom tooth. For years I would avoid the dentist if at all possible due to a fear I developed when I was younger from a bad experience with a different dentist. Dr Miller was excellent. The appointment was quick and easy. I had an infected wisdom tooth extracted without any pain or discomfort. When Dr Miller showed me the tooth I was shocked that the procedure was already complete. I 100% recommend this dentist and will be back in future.

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment today. They were both lovely, made me feel very comfortable. Felt like it took no time but I'm delighted with the job and glad to have found a dentist I like in Dublin.

Negative experience: How about some bedside manner's. Very rude and abrupt. Also didn't help that his belly was pressing up against my head throughout a very uncomfortable procedure. If your looking for a pleasant dental experience I’d recommend somewhere els.

Negative experience: Attended this dentist surgery around 11 years ago and I will never forget it,I was heavily pregnant and the dentist was so rude and abrupt. I actually cried when I left. I have had a few different dentists since and thankfully have never experienced this with them. He could have been having a bad day but it was very upsetting for me and completely turned me off going to a dentist. Reading the most recent reviews it’s hard to believe. I had a checkup which was horrendous and a filling done, I expressed I was a bit worried about getting the filling with being pregnant and I was basically told I was being ridiculous. His staff is always lovely and do their best to accomadate. George was the only one out of all of Dublin to help my mom too years ago on an holday Sunday when she was in pain....the office was not open and he was expecting vistors from abroad. Talked with me to distract me and told me what he was doing (at my request) during the exam and procedure. Really friendly environment and I cannot recommend George and his team enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited the surgery yesterday for the first time. I have a fear of the dentist and just went along to see what it was like before I made an appointment. Audrey greeted me and was so kind, friendly and helpful from the start that I knew I was in the right place. I spoke to Audrey about my fears and she listened and reassured me. Luckily the surgery was quiet when I arrived and Dr Miller was able to see me straight away. Dr Miller and Audrey were SO patient with me. I was very upset at the thoughts of even sitting in the chair, but with a lot of kindness and patience from both Audrey and Dr Miller, I walked into the exam room and sat in the chair. I had an exam, a clean, and a scale and polish. Which was done quickly and efficiently. I am so happy to have found a new dentist who is so patient. I am hopefully that with regular visits to Dr Miller my fears will ease. I have already recommended the surgery to my partner and my father. I urge anyone who is nervous about the dentist to go talk to Audrey, her kindness, professionalism and gentle nature really helped me yesterday and I am so grateful. Thank you to Dr Miller and Audrey. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic experience: had a fallen filling at my molar. i immediately phoned crumlin road dental and they gave me a very fast appointment. the dentist was soo nice. paid 80 euros as we talked it will be 80 euros. no bill shocks, no sudden added fees. straight to the point, fast and efficient. ill come back :)

Fantastic experience: Dr George Miller is a gentleman and an exceptional dentist. I first went to George’s surgery in 1998 requiring a huge amount of work, and I can happily say that all his previous work on me of multiple fillings and root treatments have stood the test of time. He stands by his good work and prides himself on his reputation. He has always been happy to re-examine any work he has completed retrospectively where I may have had any reservations. My wife and family now also use him as their primary dentist. He’s a breath of fresh air and knows exactly what he’s doing. My wife had had a phobia of dentists, but all this was easily resolved upon her first consultation at the Crumlin Road Clinic. The clinic is always staffed by an exceptional support crew and I would strongly recommend this clinic for anyone, but especially those who are shy of dentists or for anyone who needs some major complicated work done. I would now regard George as a friend, and feel this enhances the integrity of my review, as it vindicates his expertise as I’ve always felt he provided excellent work at a fair price over the years from which an a sound friendship has evolved.
