Positive experience: Edit: I've seen improvements over the past years. I'm going to bump my review up. Fair play. I've been registered here for over 2 years and I would not recommend this clinic anymore. Dr Liza Pringle is always very hurried and quick to show you out of the door the moment you enter her room. I can't speak for the other Doctor since I haven't seen her enough times. If you're looking for a GP that answers your queries patiently then you're better off somewhere else.

Negative experience: I'm still waiting for an appointment for the eye and ear hospital for the removal of the pollops I have up both nostrils and it's going on over two years now. Dr Pringle has said to the hospital that she made me appointments and I honestly can say that I have 'NOT ' received any appointment letters from the hospital. But I really need to get these removed as soon as possible because I'm suffering very bad from them and I still can't get an appointment or change my GP. To which I honestly think is a horrible thing that I have to put up with. But I can't continue like this, so if anyone knows how I can make my own appointment for the eye and ear hospital please reply to me and I just want to say thank you all so much.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever had. Staff at the reception weren't helpful and doctor didn't ask anything about myself and my general health. The Doctor didn't ask about how I feel and did not perform any general health check. I was there for a blood test but no blood could have been taken because the courrier was not collecting the blood that day. I m in shock to see such low level of care. The 65 euro for the consultantion was totally wasted. Frustrating! It feels so frustrating.

Negative experience: Everytime I go to this clinic I have a terrible experience, not only do you wait way over your appointment time only to be in an out in 2 mins. Each time I’ve been to this clinic I have been dismissed with no help. Avoid at all cost to save yourself disappointment

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous place. Booked an appointment one week before the visit. Drove there for 45 minutes to be told by the nurse on the spot that the referral from my other GP is not valid because of „a missing word“ on the letter. Why you dont tell me this after receiving the letter? Why do you have to waste my time? Very unprofessional staff. If I could I would give no start!

Negative experience: I have seen two female gp who were both rude to the point off making me want to get very upset it's like a battery farm cold clinical gp don't want to have a rapore with patients

Follow up phone calls in regards to blood reports. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and reasonable waiting time. Highly recommend clinic and service.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the dentist and his assistant. They are so gently to make your visit as nice as possible.... Amazing work and great service.

Negative experience: The doctor is very "professional" that giving prescription based on online website. Moreover, asking me to choose my medicines (I wouldn't go to them if I knew what medicines I need LOL). End up got some medicines and the medicines caused allergies, which I never had. Went back to see the doctor. They said not their problems and not responsible for that. Didn't even try to offer any help or any advice. Have to look for other doctor to know what happened and get my problems fixed. They are very unprofessional and doesn't care about patients.

Negative experience: Absolutely joke it’s a business not a GP not being able to speak with my GP is a scandal. Not everyone one can come on middle of the day. Not recommend avoid !!! Receptionist is nightmare. Horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely the best clinic around! I've been always very well looked after in every apect. Dr. Zaleska and Dr. Dillon are always more than helpful, regardless the issue I am facing. The girls at the reception are always so polite and professional, they definitely know how to take care of the patients 100%. Can't fault it in any way! Thank you so much guys

Negative experience: If I could give no stars at all, I would. My mother asked over email to renew my prescription for medication I have been on for 5 years already and then the doctor wanted to see me face to face. When i got there I had to pay €63 and the doctor read from a website about the medication that I needed and then refused to prescribe it to me. It is unethical to take money from patients to just read from a website. She could have noted in the email then that she does not want to renew it and send the link of the website with that email. This is so unethical and we are most definitely loging a complaint. I had to get my doctor from my home country to renew my prescription and send it with a friend coming to visit. This is really bad. And it’s bad that there are so many negative reviews on this practice but nothing gets done to it.

Fantastic experience: A very professional and helpful doctor. The Polish girl at the reception desk very nice and helpful as well.

Negative experience: It is very unprofessional, I do not recommend it. Because the Doctor she has no idea how she does her job she put the anticoctive implant in me and I couldn't find it from the first moment and she start search in the internet how to find it, it has no ethics seriously it's a joke and you pay for a “professional service”

Negative experience: In the clinic I feel like I am not a patient who is paying money, but like an annoying creature. The receptionist is not polite. Dr. Zalesska always looks very busy and can't wait when I leave. I don't visit the clinic often, but several times I was there were stressful. Enough is enough.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. Just Read the reviews this doctor is a joke and I feel like reporting her to HSE. She outright refused to see my 5 year old son today despite him having high temperature for 3 days and needing some medication. I had carried out 3 antigen tests on him over the last three days and they were all negative yet today when I sought to bring him to Docter as he still had high temperture rather than see and deal with a sick child she referred him for a PCR test knowing full well he does not have covid. She is just refusing to see patients. If you are thinking about this clinic don't. And if you are a member of this clinic I recommend you try find another competent doctor.

Fantastic experience: Professional and efficient

Negative experience: Dr Zalewska is a joke. I went to her with problem, she basically ignored me becuase I'm not vaccinated. Like only sickness now is covid ? Poor joke. Her advices I could find myself in Google. Joke and waste of money.

Negative experience: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I haven't seen a worse medical clinic than this! I came across with an extremely rude doctor (I think her name was something like Iwona) and inexperienced receptionists who are giving inconsistent information all the time. They told me on the phone that a blood test is 35eur, it turned to be 50eur (for getting results in 10 days and if I want private 84eur). I've seen no care, let alone compassion and understanding which should be the main qualities of a medical clinic. In short, don't go and waste your money for these people.

Negative experience: Receptionist Margherita extremely rude. I rang 3 times in relations to my prescription and still was not done properly. She was giving out to me but it was the doctor who couldn't write it properly. Very disappointed with service not for a first time.

Fantastic experience: Just spoke to the dental nurse on the phone regarding treatment for my daughter. She couldn't have been more helpful and generous with her time. Well done - great customer service

Negative experience: First impressions and all that. It's a right turn off when you go into a place (to spend your hard earned money) and you're greeted with rudeness and unpleasantness. Makes you wonder who hired these people

Negative experience: Terrible medical advice. You could walk in to the clinic with your arm falling off and the Dr would tell you to go buy aloe vera and manuka honey to rub on it. If your looking for a reliable GP who will actually care about your wellbeing then you've come to the wrong place. In short if your looking for a top tier local GP then I'd recommend Dr. Barry Teeling of Maypark & Darndale

Fantastic experience: I visited the dental clinic yesteday unknown that i mould need an extraction. Always very nervous with dentist i was met by dentist Vincent Riordan who was very very pleasant. After informing me of whats best i was very very nervous but i have to say he was EXCELLANT and made my visit so much easier. Thank you so much and also to his assistant a lovely friendly lady. Highly reccommended.

Negative experience: Very Poor service, Doctor Iona Zaleska didn't even Check me, no listing skills. Just rushed me out the door gave me no pain medication for my back, she told me to buy medication myself. She wouldn't listen to me, I told her i have tried most of the pain killer's you can buy. My friend told me that i should have been prescribed pain medication you can only get off the Doctor. And the girls on the desk should be trained in people person skills. I definitely recommend not going to this clinic in my opinion.

Negative experience: Useless... went there for a young kid vomiting... no advice, no recommendation, no suggestion of follow-up... we end up in the hospital, waiting 3,5h where they gave us a standard medic to prevent dehydration, medic that one can buy in any pharmacy... and ho, by the way, the children hospital in temple street even if busy, is great.

Negative experience: Very poor medical expertise, doctors rush you out the door without giving any advice. You better do your homework and ask them questions, because they're not going to follow through. Money oriented. Very poor experience with the dental practice as well, she had to redo the same filling 3 times and still not satisfied with the end result. Will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Strongly recommend against this practice. The receptionist is unhelpful and makes you feel bad for taking their time, likewise for doctor who has little interest in providing care. In my opinion money oriented...

Negative experience: The receptionist girl really no people skills. The way she spoked with an elderly person because messed up an appointment never seen that anywhere.

Negative experience: Utter incompetence by both the receptionist and the Doctor. If you are looking to have travel vaccines done go to one of the main TMB Clinics who actually know what they are talking about.
