Then, the professional service of any of the highly qualified, capable, yet personable dentists, hygienists and staff generally ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxed. It's many years ago, I became a client here when I resided locally and even though I have for a long time lived in the West of Ireland, I always prefer to maintain my dental needs through waterfront dental centre. It has always and continues to be well worth it. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this business. Thanks always to Sinéad, Gráinne, Paula, Clem & Dympna especially.

They explain everything, show different possible treatments and have always a very valuable piece of advice. Moreover, the ladies at the reception desk always lend you their ears whenever you need help or have any questions. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Today I asked to swap my hygienist appointment for my 15 year old son, didn't let me to do it and there was lots of fuss on the phone...

Fantastic experience: I HATE going to the dentist with a passion, But I must say Dympna "The Dentist" is great! makes you feel at ease and a nice, friendly & welcoming atmosphere in the practice. Would highly recommend !

Positive experience: The dentist Clem was helpful but I was shocked & disappointed to be charged €1 for a face mask which was added on to the €60 examination fee!! I literally only wore it to walk up the stairs to the exam room. Very mean spirited on behalf of the receptionist who had a box of masks and charged me for one. I have never been charged for a face mask before, anytime I've attended a practice previously and had forgotten a mask, reception staff had the decency to give me one for free. Very cynical practice to insist that a patient wear a mask and then charge them extra for it, especially when I was paying €60 for an exam. I wont be returning to this dentist as a result.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to thank Dympna and the staff for all they did for my son Conor. He had is first extraction and was was very nervous. Dympna was very patient with him and made him feel at ease. This made his experience a whole lot easier. It was much appreciated by both myself and Conor.

Fantastic experience: With this practice for over 15 years and always treated so professionally. Am nervous patient and always made to feel at ease by Clem and Michelle during my visits. My 2 kids now also regular attendees to Grainne and she keeps them on their toes with flossing. Keep up the good work all

Negative experience: The same happened to me 1 year ago. The first visit was covered by the medical card, and after my second visit, after the appointment and not before, they told me that I should pay 60 euros for the consultation, as is not covered anymore by the medical card. Unbelievable! !!!!
