Fantastic experience: I came to Ireland from London with severe pain in a tooth. I had previously received a dental implant in India just a few months ago. Upon consultation, Dr. Kumar immediately identified that the implant was infected and needed to be removed. His calm and professional approach put me at ease instantly. The entire extraction was done painlessly, with utmost care and precision. I honestly didn’t expect such a smooth and comfortable experience, especially considering the level of discomfort I was in when I walked in. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Dr. Kumar is clearly very experienced and skilled—his confidence and gentle manner made all the difference. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist like him during an urgent situation. Fantastic experience: After so many visits to numerous dentists in the Dublin and Meath areas, I was finally recommended to see Dr Kumar. Approximately 6 "top" dentists told me my tooth, a collapsed root canal, could not be saved. It needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. Dr Kumar told me he could indeed save the tooth with a post and build it back up and then protect it with a crown. I have since found out this dentist has a masters in dentistry and he really knows his stuff! Not only has he saved my tooth but hes saved me alot of pain, hassle and money. He is also very kind and empathetic. I highly recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed to have to update my review for D15 Dentist. I've been going there since they first opened in Tyrrelstown and was hoping to stick with a good local dentist. My first visit went fine - they found two cavities that needed filling. I got one done in February and everything seemed okay at first. But recently, that tooth became really sensitive and painful when eating or drinking certain things. I figured the filling might have come loose, so I contacted the practice to let them know I was in pain. Their response 17 hours later really caught me off guard. The first thing they asked was if I wanted a €60 emergency appointment. I had just told them I was in pain from a recent filling they'd done, and their immediate response was about fees? When someone's hurting, shouldn't the focus be on helping them, not charging them? I know the healthcare system in Ireland is flawed but come on? I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 3:30 PM and showed up at 3:25. The reception staff, Chloe and Milena, were friendly and told me to take a seat. I expected to be seen pretty quickly since I was on time. But then things got really frustrating. Dr. Kumar finally came out at 4:02 PM - over 30 minutes late, I was not spoken to during the 30 min wait at all or told there was a delay. Instead of calling me in, he started talking to some sales rep who had just walked in to pitch dental implants. When I was finally called in, he introduced himself despite having met him twice before. He asked if I was there for a cleaning or new filling, even though we'd met twice before and I'd already explained I was in pain from the recent filling. Then he left again to continue chatting with the sales rep for another 10 minutes or so. The dental nurse was lovely and offered me water, but I had to ask about the delay because the pain was getting worse. They just said they were "waiting on the Doctor, he's speaking with someone." As a returning patient, this really upset me. It feels like the practice cares more about chasing new business - they seem to have new aligner ads invisalign one month and a french aligner company up another - than taking care of existing patients. I get that businesses need to grow as a bs but not when it means leaving patients in pain while the dentist deals with walk-in sales pitches. There were plenty of staff there - reception, manager, two nurses, and the doctor - so it's not like they were short-staffed. The choices they made that day just didn't sit right with me. Unfortunately, I'll be going back to my old dentist even though it's further away. Their patient care and scheduling just seem more reliable. Going to the dentist is stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of thing. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and start putting their patients first, especially when they're in pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kumar is one of those rare, old-school dentists you don’t see much anymore. He’s not trying to upsell you on fancy extras—just solid, honest dental care from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and actually cares about his patients. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The entire team in the clinic is fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Kumar is excellent, myself and my wife attended last week for a checkup and polish. We attended him in a previous practice and were so pleased with the quality and care that we wouldn't try anywhere else. He is also especially good with nervous patients, he relaxes them and explains the whole process. I definitely recommend D15 Dental Care.

Negative experience: ******AVOID ****'' I went in with a toothache, and they pulled the WRONG tooth! I went back three times saying I had an abscess, but he said no and just filed down a tooth, blaming my bite. Another dentist found a huge cavity and abcess next to it – that was the real problem! Now he's ignoring my calls. I'm in the process of seeking legal advice.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a tooth extraction and it turned out to be surgical extraction due to nature of breakage, Dr Kumar is a blessing in all honesty, he did a fantastic job and was very attentive, gave all d right instructions and guidance, the extraction was successful with almost no pain and the healing was as described. Juliana, the nurse did a fantastic job as well. I would highly recommend D15 Dental Clinc n Dr Kumar to anyone. It was also easy to get appointments.

Fantastic experience: Just back from Dr Kumar and team and can wholeheartedly say the experience and care are of the highest quality. The premises is very clean and welcoming. Other dentists would jump at the opportunity to add additional services and costs, but not here. Dr Kumar took the time to listen to my issues and didn’t rush into root canal treatment (as like so many would in the past) and even corrected an unsightly tooth stain. There was communication throughout the service and when I left, the very nice receptionist had checked my PRSI! Overall a fantastic experience and Dr Kumar will be my dentist of choice going forward.
