Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about ArtMedica Dental Clinic! The ambiance is inviting and relaxing, which really sets the tone for a stress-free visit. Negative experience: I was in absolute pain due to a wisdom tooth infection and went to the clinic hoping they would understand the situation of emergency. The clinic was fully booked and got told there is no emergency help. I understand everyone has tight schedules and precedence must be given to clients that have a booking but all I was asking was 10 minutes to get a quick check and a word of comfort. You won’t find compassion in this place, quite disappointing.

We understand the urgency of dental issues, but our priority is to provide each patient with the attention they deserve, which can sometimes lead to delays. Unfortunately, when the clinic is fully booked, we can't prioritize emergency cases over those who have already scheduled appointments, as this would be unfair to them. Our doctors often don't have breaks between patients and sometimes have to stay after hours to catch up. While we wish we could accommodate everyone immediately, we are limited in our ability to provide the necessary care in such a short time frame. We also feel it's worth noting that leaving a negative review for being unable to access our services is not entirely fair. It’s akin to leaving a bad review for a restaurant simply because all the tables were occupied, leaving you unable to dine there and still feeling hungry. We hope you were able to find the help you needed and wish you a quick recovery.

Negative experience: An expensive disappointment ! I posted this review almost nine months ago and from " an expensive disappointment " it turned out to the situation that I cannot look what's been done to my tooth, plus people started noticing that the job wasn't done so well... It took me 44 years to end up in Art Medica and finally get hope in long desire of having confident smile. My case required one clear aligner, that's it. After a year my tooth was straightened! But, it was too small ( it was front second tooth ), so I was asked if I want to rebuild it. I trusted so I said yes. And here my trouble begun... There were four attepts in rebuiling my tooth. Four too many ( I din't have to pay for each attempt in rebuilding it ). My tooth today looks fake, grayish, full of food after eating food and I have no confidency in my smile whatsoever. Brilliant clear aligner job but not so good in "Art" Medica.

Please allow us to address your concerns and provide some context regarding your case. After aligning your teeth, the tooth in question, which had previously erupted ectopically on the palate, was repositioned into the bite. Due to its crossbite position, it had been significantly worn down and was therefore shorter than the surrounding teeth. For this reason, we decided to reconstruct the tooth to restore both its function and aesthetics. The tooth had uneven wear, which required rebuilding. After the first reconstruction, you expressed dissatisfaction with the shape, so we made adjustments. Despite further changes to improve its appearance, you still found the results unsatisfactory. Consequently, we replaced the filling three times at no additional charge, even though you only paid €250 for the initial reconstruction. Additionally, we replaced your upper retainer twice, also free of charge, to ensure your bite stability during this process. Unfortunately, some teeth have complex characteristics, including halo effects, fluorosis spots, uneven dentin colour, and enamel micro-cracks — all of which were present in your tooth. These natural features made it challenging to achieve a perfect aesthetic result. After the fourth reconstruction attempt, we reached the limits of what we could do despite our best efforts. Since you cannot tolerate the current filling, and it has also drawn comments from those around you, we would like to highlight that the reconstruction was performed using a no-preparation technique. This means the entire filling can be easily removed, restoring your tooth to its original state if that is your preference. We deeply regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations. With fillings, much like art, the outcome depends heavily on the “canvas.” Painting on a wall differs greatly from painting on a fine canvas, and not all fillings can look flawless under all conditions. We sincerely hope you find a practitioner who can achieve the result you are looking for. Thank you for entrusting us with your care, and we truly wish you all the best in your journey to achieve your perfect smile.

Fantastic experience: It was my 2nd visit to ArtMedica. I was referred by a friend and I'm happy I took her advice. The place is located between a bus stop and a Luas station which makes it easy to get to. Friendly staff, my Doc is just amazing . Wish I had less reasons to come but at least I feel I am in good hands. As a person who does not like to change dentists and visited the previous one for 15 years , I'm happy I met a doc who I feel comfortable with personally and in terms of the treatment. PS: schedule appointments well in advance or you will end up like me lol see you in autumn

Negative experience: Was ArtMedica patient for half a year like, done some fillings before I had an overlay done by them, after a week of constant pain called for another visit, they told me they will call me back with appointment time, never did. After a few days called again, nobody answered. Than after weekend with severe pain called them again, explained that need help otherwise I will have to go emergency, was told they have no time, doctor can take me for five minutes in between other patients. Called many other clinics for help, most refused because I wasn't their patient. Got sorted somewhere else finally

Fantastic experience: Attending since years. Dr.Zwolinska is the best! She is friendly, fun and fair. Does her job really well, I have never had an issue as her client and she was my only dentist since I was 12. Other dentists in the clinic are also amazing. Very gentle and caring, you will not find them being rude or inpatient. The waiting room is almost therapeutic. I really recommend this clinic, I have been to multiple clinics in my life time and this one was the only keeper!

Fantastic experience: Have been attending Dr Bozena Kowalczyk at Artmedica for about a year now, she is very pleasant, patient and professional. I have even fallen asleep on the chair such is her skilled manner. Have had routine cleaning, fillings and recently a front tooth chip repaired and the colour match is perfect, completely unnoticable. I would have no problem recommending.

Pani Anna wykazała się profesjonalizmem oraz cierpliwością dla stresującego się pacjenta. Wszystkie wizyty jak i atmosferę panującą w tym miejscu oceniam 10/10. Negative experience: Don't recommend. Often delays on multiple visits. The owner (who is a dentist) is pretty arrogant and is not up to date on medical advances.
Our mission is to provide patients with highest quality dental treatment. But every case is different and sometimes treatment takes longer and we can't predict it. We treat every patient with an individual care and a patient's satisfaction is our reward. We are very sorry that you are unhappy because of delays. Negative experience: Very bad experience sadly. Had to go to different dentist who MADE xray and saw that cavity was still there and that's why I was in such pain for last 2 days after visit to ArtMedica.
