Fantastic experience: For the past year Ace braces have been absolutely impeccable professional and exceeded my expectations on what my teeth and my bite looks like now in comparison to what they used to be! Fantastic experience: I recently completed my braces treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, the professionalism and care shown by the entire teamt. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making each visit a pleasant experience. Every step of the process clearly detailed, which put me at ease throughout my treatment. The results speak for themselves — my teeth look amazing, and my confidence has been boosted.

Negative experience: I brought my 11 year old for a consultation. I was greeted by a lovely nurse and brought into the room. There was a man sitting there who didn't look at us until he went to look at my daughter's mouth. I thought it looked like he was quite rough with the instruments however it took him less than a minute and he left the room. My daughter immediately said he was rough with the instruments. We were then brought for the xray with the nurse and then back to the room. He came back in and was looking at the xray. I said sorry what's your own name because you didn't introduce yourself? He said Kevin, I thought everyone knew who I was. I asked him if he was the orthodontist. He said yes. I said ok it's nice to know who you're dealing with. To be fair he then gave me advice re treatment of a separate issue on one of her teeth and the appointment was wrapped up. My child is now apprehensive about braces. I wouldn't be happy to proceed based on the that visit unfortunately. I don't think I've ever put up a bad review but maybe Kevin could give more thought into the basics of being polite with parents and gentle with a young child. There are lots of positive reviews so maybe it was a bad day.

Negative experience: They are unwilling to provide aftercare and they are not friendly. Their retainers are of poor quality and I am not happy with the long term ones I have. They do not want to listen to complaints and Dr. O'Regan is difficult to deal with.

Negative experience: Had a consultation with Ace Braces today and was appalled by my treatment from Kevin O'Regan. The young lady who dealt with my photos/xrays etc was very friendly and courteous but Kevin O'Regan was anything but. My first interaction with him involved him examining my teeth. He did not introduce himself or in any way address me during this time, simply moved me up and down on the chair as required and uttered an occasional gruff command, such as 'close your mouth'. My next encounter with him involved him making me feel like a piece of dirt on his shoe. He basically told me I had one tooth with no roots which would have to be removed, other teeth which would have to be removed, that I would need a dental implant and that even after all that - and the braces - I still wouldn't have perfect teeth. He then proceeded to circle the price of the treatment on a piece of paper before leaving me in the hands of the nice young lady who was to talk me through what is involved in getting Invisalign braces. After about 5 minutes and in the middle of this lady explaining to me what was involved, O'Regan made his third appearance. He walked into the room to tell me that any other queries I had would have to be dealt with by phone (I hadn't even made a query - I was in the middle of my appointment!) as the staff were off to have their Christmas lunch and - with a smug and entitled grin - 'it is Christmas for us too'. I had waited months for this appointment and had taken the day off work to attend and was left to feel that I was making him and his staff wait for their Christmas lunch even though I had not delayed or drawn out the appointment in any way. I was then ushered out the door but not before having to pay €50 for what I had believed was a free consultation. Deplorable behaviour from Kevin O'Regan. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs.

Positive experience: My son had his first consultation today with ace braces . My son is 11 yrs old but was so so nervous . On arrival we were greeted by such a lovely lady who explained everything in such great detail . Then we were greeted by Edel who couldn’t be more professional and made my little boy feel so at ease she went above her call of duty !!! Thank you Edel. Also to the lovely lady sorry I didn’t get your name but you to were such a tonic in making my little boy feel secure ,and relax . thank you . Mr O Reagan s big thank you to you to . Negative experience: They do not provide after care for previous patients and are not willing to help fix recurring problems. My bite is completely messed up and I can't chew properly anymore but they are not willing to help me. They are a joke.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr. O'Regan's Practice to anyone who is thinking of having orthodontic treatment. My husband had treatment a few years ago and was delighted with his result. Kevin was very professional and explained the treatment stage by stage to him. The reception and clinical staff were excellent and always facilitated him with appointments. My daughter has since had orthodontic treatment and she loved the whole AceBrace experience, again we were extremely happy with her result.
