The Square Dental Practice

Negative experience: Dental practice is not good at all. I did fillings two times and both of them broke in between two or three months. The filling they did didn't last me long at all, so it's a very bad place, and I paid 330.

Fantastic experience: I don't know what people are complaining about. Dr.Hima is my dentist, before she starts any procedure, my file is always on screen, she explains and goes through the procedures and aftercare. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and good before and after. I've gotten 2 fillings, 3 scale and polish and 3 extractions. Also my partner is in the middle of his invisiline procedure, no problems at all. Dr.Hima & her team are amazing, always flat out and being short staff the odd time, they are always doing their best to accommodate everyone. ❣️ Some people just have no patience, if you're not happy go somewhere else

Negative experience: I went in to see if could get an emergency appointment , but had to make appointment for a week's time.day before phone call to say dentist was sick and they would call to reschedule.never did.went down again , same , no emergency make appointment. Turn up for appointment , waiting 45 mins. 3 people go in before me when I asked reception was told the other people had made appointments and I was down as an emergency A most snotty obnoxious little woman with glasses who appeared told me and was not about to listen to my story of 2 appointments. I left in tears. With my rotten tooth

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hima looked after my girls very well. They both got their braces done and were delighted with the results. Dr. Hima and her team were very helpful and always reassuring to the girls.

Negative experience: Both myself and my husband had bad experiences at this dentist. Last year I broke a filling in a back tooth, got a new one in. The new filling fell out after about 4 weeks. When I went back the dentist told me that it wasn’t that one she filled it was the tooth behind it. I swore then I wouldn’t go back she is a liar. Just trying to get more money off patients. A few weeks ago my husband went to the same dentist. He was having pain in his front tooth. She told him it was gum disease. But would book him with hygienist. So he went for that appointment. Hygienist said same thing. Gave him the all clear no cavities. The pain got worse so he went to a different dentist. He had a cavity in that tooth and no gum disease. Please be aware of this dental practice. Don’t trust them.

Fantastic experience: Great Dental Clinic. Dr Hima is a great dentist and a lovely person too. I was very happy with the work they did.

Negative experience: Joke of a place . Leaving my 82 year old mam sit there for half an hour before telling her she had no appointment. Rescheduled and the same scenario again . Obviously have no staff. Imagine doing that to an elderly woman . Disgusting . She was well aware she had an appointment on each occasion.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to. So reassuring and thorough with a nervous patient. Got two fillings that make me feel like I've two new teeth!

Negative experience: Very rude staff also give an appointment if your late your not seen to but they leave you sitting for ages after the appointment

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Hima and the team for the last 4 years. After only moving to Dublin, I didn’t have a dentist here and my regular visits started with an emergency visit for an infected tooth, when no other dentist would even look at me Dr. Hima brought me in and helped me. Dr. Hima & Shruti gave me confidence to regularly attend appointments and are always very accommodating. I know they work extremely hard and always put their patients first. I have always wanted a lovely smile but was missing a front tooth from an accident I had years ago. With some suggestions and input from Dr. Hima I got Invisalign braces and only recently finished getting an implant. Their payment plans have been very fair and now I can smile ear to ear. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Everybody on the team was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I had to have 6/7 fillings and 1 extraction done and the whole team made me so comfortable because I was incredibly nervous. Dr. Hima was the absolute best. Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would, I highly recommend the dental surgery and staff as they are both friendly and professional. They made my procedure from start to finish so easy & pain-free. I enquired about composite bonding for my 4 bottom incisors and two top incisors. I firstly got a regular clean, then got moulds made for the 7 day whitening part and finally on 12th September I got the bonding done by DR Hima Bindu Meda & assisted by Sruthi Pitta I'm very thankful to both ladies for giving me exactly what I wanted and needed.

I also went yesterday to have some composite bonding done and hima did an amazing job! I'm very happy with my results!...and I'm looking forward to my next clean/checkup . Highly recommended!

It was not a “easy” cosmetic job, to say the least. and they done such a good job very professional, always felt comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about them. Fantastic experience: Attended the square dentist about braces a year and a half ago. Originally I was all set to get Invisalign but with the great advice from hima not only did I save money but the care I received from start to finish was just amazing. I went with the standard metal braces in the end and I could not be happier with the attention I got at every appointment, my results where better that I could have imagined and the aftercare is excellent

Negative experience: Disgraceful dental practice. Staff are nice but to leave a patient who's been going there for years with an exposed nerve in absolutely excruciating pain to say they can't do anything for a month is a complete and utter disgrace. Any time you go in it's empty yet there's no emergency appointments? Ridiculous. Just to clarify given I can't reply to your comment underneath. I had booked an appointment in which YOU forgot about and when I arrived there was apparently no dentist on site? I never missed an appointment either. Really professional of you to try point out all my appointments on a public forum where I'm entitled to review a place. Surely there's some form of gdpr here? Don't worry I'll look it up myself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment & Service One of my daughters started her treatment in August 2020 and collected her retainers today and I can't begin to explain how happy we both are with the results. From start to finish the experience has been brilliant - truly 1st class service. Everything was explained really well, late evening appointments available, payment plans in place and an incredibly professional and friendly Staff to help with any queries that we had. 3 of my family members have also received treatment with The Square Dental Practice and they have been equally as happy! Fantastic experience: I would of never thought to get the Invisalign Braces thinking i was to old. I am so happy i did. After talking with the Dentist and agreeing a plan and talking me through the whole process. The outcome is amazing i love how my teeth look and i would recommend this to all women who are thinking or who have not thought about it to do it. The staff also helps and at all times i felt so conformable and no question was silly and was able to call them at any time if i had a issue getting use to the Invisalign . Your teeth are for your life take care of them. I did question the cost and thought oh it was expensive and do i need to spend this money on my teeth. The Dentist was very understanding about this and a plan was made as to how i paid which was at every visit i could pay at each visit which was a great plan . To say i am happy with the outcome is understatement . So a big thank you for my lovely straight teeth and my beautiful smile.

I was a very nervous dental patient after having several negative experiences with large dental chains but everyone in the Square Dental could not have been more considerate or accommodating. I have completed all of my necessary dental work and did not hesitate to straight away make an appointment for check up in six months. I had several procedures and had no complications or problems with any of them. I also felt well supported that I could go back and contact my dentist quickly if there were any problems. Dr. Hima is so kind and checked in with me frequently to ensure I was comfortable. She discussed the plan of what I would need in my consultation and helped me plan my visits around my work schedule. Her work is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend the Square Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had to go to dental clinic for first time and was little worried, But Square dental staff were Professional, courteous and friendly made me feel like family. Hima was very professional, highly recommend this place everyone.

Negative experience: SHEENA is very rude and her service it so low. I booked appointment for cement veneer back on, it was 3min job cost €110 ,I could feel cement outside veneer when I touched it with tong. The next day morning it fall off, I was terrified . I called the reception to complain about the, and to book me in as soon as possible ,so that Dr. SHEENA will cement veneer back on as it should in proper way . They kept me without veneer for last 3 days, I was so disappoint and felt sensitive without my veneer, they didn't careless. However after three days without veneer, Dr finnaly see me and ,she told me ,she will do exactly the way as she did in the beginning. Which is the terrible job. I was not felling comfortable anymore and I asked her for my money back ,so I can to somewhere else ,who knows how to do they job. Thank God I fund Dr, Christ in Rathcool very professional, did brilate job cement veneer back and make sure there is no cement outside veneer. I'm very satisfied with his job, I will definitely recommend Dr,Christ in Rathcool 014588061 Yes ,I got it done on Tuesday and Wednesday veneer fall off in my mouth as it was cements poorly . I was not rude in fact I was waited as the reception said will call me the next day morning and she never did and kept me with no answer for 24 hour's no veneer and it is painfull sensitive . However , the fact is you need to put prioritie unfinsh work done ,as I pay €110 without no veneer from Tuesday, until Friday . You suggest refund money back as you knew can get in job done in proper way, only the way how you poorly jobs. All the best for your patience, who comes in this clinic that's all I wanna say

Fantastic experience: Hi My boyfriend got his teeth done here and got the Invisalign they worked great for him the staff were nothing but helpful and his dentist was great throughout the whole process and still continues to be can’t recommend these enough

Negative experience: I can advise only to avoid that place. Even simple filling was to much for them. They did it in 10 min but it wasnt done properly. The amount of anastetic was wrong and the tooth had many sharp edges. Also they charged me for "checkup" where no checkup was done! I was advised to come for another visit for scaling and polishing even I had it done 2 weekes earlier ( I didnt metion that to them). I feel SCAMMED !

Fantastic experience: The Invisalign was the best decision I have ever made! I started the process in July and have already noticed a huge change in my teeth. Hima is absolutely amazing and has me in once a month to track the progress of my teeth and what changes are required. From the beginning she knew exactly what results i wanted and the best way to achieve them. Hima is so gentle and does her upmost to make you feel comfortable. The fact Invisalign is literally invisible makes it even more appealing. The whole process so far has been smooth sailing and I wish I had done it sooner. I'm super excited to see my finished result.

Fantastic experience: I avoided going to the dentist for years after some truly awful experiences and growing anxiety over the state of my teeth. A friend recommended Square Dental and I bit the bullet and went for my first appointment two weeks ago - I had a fantastic experience and returned today for another visit. Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud is a gentleman and I wasn't made to feel embarrassed or ashamed of my teeth at any stage. No faffing about, told me what I needed and got down to it. I needed much less work than I expected and will return for the rest of it soon. All of the staff I've met are so helpful and courteous. Would recommend to anyone in need of dental work.

Negative experience: Worst dentist Iv been to . The place is completely run down . Booked In for a clean and filling all I got was a filling . The filling wasn’t buffed so it was rough to touch . My tooth is aching after 1 week of getting it done . Now I have to pay to see another dentist to fix the botched job .

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. First off all, the two ladies I dealt with at reception are a delight, incredibly nice and helpful. They called me before the appointment and, what blew me away, AFTER the appointment, to make sure everything was okay, and encouraging me to contact them if I needed anything. I had a root canal procedure done and I was nervous about pain or discomfort. I never even felt the anaesthetic injection as she numbed me before administering it. My dentist is extremely skilled but moreover her manner is the cherry on top, incredibly patient, and generous with her time, being careful to explain anything she thinks you want explained. I cannot recommend them enough, some of the best service I've gotten anywhere, for anything. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Really good service :) have a paralyzing fear of the dentist and I'm ashamed to say it had been a while since I had last gone to see the dentist but everyone, from the receptionist, nurses and dentist was so understanding and nice. The nurse even held my hand during the extraction. All round very happy, and I'm back in a few weeks for a clean (which is a lot cheaper than I thought :P ) GO here if you're a nervous patient :)
