Fantastic experience: I have only recently started going to this doctors and its all thanks to Gloria she's absolutely fantastic very professional very polite and a gem for the practice, I was looking for a doctor around and was recommended by friends and neighbours this doctors practice and they all said Gloria is who you want to see, they were right. The ladies on the desk are great too fantastic place. 10/10

I think of her as a friend and I always leave feeling so positive and the girls on reception are brilliant aswell always so helpful and prompt with anything I’ve needed for myself and my 2 children. We need more doctors like Gloria around!!

Negative experience: The clinic provides extremely poor service and lacks professionalism. The receptionist frequently books the wrong type of appointment, causing unnecessary confusion and delays. Even if you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Moreover, the receptionist always appears frustrated, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. The overall experience is highly disappointing and needs significant improvement.

Negative experience: I shoud prescription for at six months but each and every month, I have to request for prescription. Once I call at reception they said, they will inform doctor and once they free they'll send prescription to Pharmacy. It's really unprofessional and passing the ball and roaming doctor to Pharmacy.

Negative experience: Tragic we have free visits trough the company with them for myself and family Of course when they book you in there are ok until you said what you want then you can't we don't have space etc Anyway I've been there few times and customer service is 0 possibly because of the location I don't know but there is always issues when I mention my employer name And doctors are low grade loads of people and low quality services Just money making machine Time wasters with medical background

Fantastic experience: Very good place, the ladies in the receiprion are very nice and cooperative. Doctors and nurses are great and professional, for example I met doctor Goloria in my last visit, she is professional and also so friendly. In addition to that she is talented in dealing with little kids, which makes doctor's visit an easy and like a fun for kids.

I have been going here for years and the receptionists always go above and beyond to ensure I get an appointment for both myself and my son when we need one. The Doctors are all very kind and accommodating and I always leave feeling much better with the answers I need. Negative experience: If it was possible I would give them a -20 !! One of the worst doctors I have ever been too. I have never came across such incompetent doctors! It scary that these doctors are qualified healthcare professionals. I normally visit Dr Gloria and honestly she doesn’t know what she is doing . She called me in the other day to discuss my results and tried prescribing me with medication she is offered me before that I have expressed to her it doesn’t work. Might I add it was just over-the-counter medicine she wanted to prescribe me with! Why would I visit the doctors if over-the-counter medicine works After expressing to her that all the medication she has given me to use has never once worked for me she asked me what do I want to do as If I’m the qualified doctor in the room ?? Anyway I asked for any treatment that would be possible for us to try and she had no response, this is just typical Dr Gloria anyways! I told her other issue I was suffering with such as chest pains, back pains joint pains etc but she said “I’m too young” to be having these issues so she didn’t offer any help other than going to the A&E and telling them about these symptoms because I’m still young ‍ I left her office with no treatment at all, no recommendations, no help at all. Honestly I would only recommend this GP if you are rich and looking to WASTE money but if you really care about your health and want answers avoid this GP at all cost. I wouldn’t even recommend to my enemy! Oh and don’t be fooled all the doctors in the practice are as incompetent as each other including Dr Raymond’s . How they become qualified is beyond me. I could genuinely write a book on all they have done to me and my family All I am going to say if you care about your health please please avoid. You are better off travelling about and hour to a decent doctors than wasting money on these money hungry incompetent doctors.

Negative experience: Worst place, you basically have to disclose your life & illness to the receptionist before an appointment can be given, and they in the end never have an appointment!.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Citywest Medical since it opened. They are a great practice to deal with. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Raimundas was my GP for a long time, he is now my partner’s main GP. A few years ago, I got an appointment with Dr. Gloria and have stayed with her ever since. She’s so personable and looks after my whole health, so much so that I have changed my Meno care across to her as well. I moved house over a year ago, but would never consider leaving the practice because of their commitment, availability and high quality care.

Negative experience: The GP (Khan) was very condescending and cold. He didn’t introduce himself. He didn’t even bother checking my blood pressure or anything else, just asked questions and signed my certificate. He’s not friendly at all and was really arrogant. I’ve only met him once and I hope it will be the last time. No empathy at all and my checkup was rushed and was over after 5 minutes. €60 for signing a cert and all he did was ask me a few questions. Receptionist (blonde girl in a ponytail) never smiled and was quite rude and unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk to Citywest Medical Centre you are greeted with the smile; I feel like every patience is made to feel important. My Doctor is Raimundas and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He always listens, consults and explains in detail my options and the process. Every time he takes time to kindly answer all my questions and follows up on the visits if needed. He is professional and knowledgeable; I feel really lucky to have him as GP. I know I can trust Raimundas and that’s so important as I can finally say that I’m on the way to recovery! I can guarantee you'll come out from the visit feeling you've found the right person to look after your medical needs. I feel super grateful to Dr.Raimundas for all the advice and guidance.

Negative experience: Poor service , my daughter has a throat infection and i need medication for her. I called everyday for an appointment but they are fully booked all the time, they even said they were trying to reach me but i dont have any missed calls?, Avoid this clinic

Positive experience: I really like that Citywest Medical is trying to improve and do things better. I've mostly seen Dr. Raimundas and he has stuck around the longest in the clinic. I'd say I've grown to appreciate that he knows what he is talking about, even if the delivery is sometimes lacking empathy. My most recent visit was very positive and I think Dr. Raimundas has very much upped his game in terms of his personal approach. I'm not sure why, but the online booking system never works for me and I don't quite understand why only Dr. Raimundas is bookable or mentioned on the website for that matter. I'm guessing maybe other doctors are floating between practices/clinics or something like that. I miss the family GP vibe and having a GP that you know personally enough to talk about private things. I'm not sure me and Dr. Ray are quite on that level yet, but there is always hope. Receptionists are 100% I have to say. Anyone i've spoken to recently have been super nice. Keep up the good work guys

All staff are great they are all so helpful and friendly and services are so accessible and they are doing more and more, always improving and adding various services. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Always accomdating when making an appointment even at short notice. Reception staff always friendly and have paperwork ready efficiently. The GP visit costs are reasonable compared to other local surgeries. Dr. Gloria is very friendly and professional in her approach, takes time to listen to your concerns and ensures you understand the diagnosis before you leave the surgery. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I ordered repeat prescriptions online about a week prior to departure, my prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy until the day of my departure. I received a call from Citywest medical customer rep. & that was at about 9:45am on the day of my departure. The customer rep asked how long I was traveling for. I told her for a couple months & that I really need my medications prior to departure. Going forward I called Citywest medical severally on the of my departure letting them know I must leave for the airport at about 5pm & each time I call the customer rep tells me they will send it & call me but they never did until about 16:28 hours. I received a text that my prescription have been sent to the pharmacy. I rushed to the pharmacy immediately, unfortunately the pharmacy didn’t have the prescriptions as listed and couldn’t order for them because of time constraints. Citywest medical have now placed my life in the balance. I can only hope nothing happens health wise because I have to travel without any medications even though my health situation is fragile & they know it. Fingers crossed that this doesn’t end up in court. I’ve never been this disappointed. Citywest Medical is an absolute disaster & a disgrace.

Negative experience: Absolutely a joke I would give no stars if I could. I think someone should come and investigate this medical clinic because they are not serious about their job. Very unorganized and not a bit professional.

Negative experience: Been at the clinic few times with my dad. Blonde hair receptionist who is always there is as rude and arrogant(each time). Racist for sure. Avoiding eye contact. Leave people wait for longer than necessary. Asking unnecessary questions. I wonder were do you guys hiring people like that? The last time I was there there was a new girl in training. I felt sorry for her as she was terribly nice while the blondy one had a face on her(as always). I do hope that new people will not get infected by her arrogance and rudeness. Not sure if the owners reading these reviews as there are a lot of complaints over your front of shop greetings. The clinic was done up recently, but the old dirty furniture (meaning the receptionist) still there. Pity.

Negative experience: The worst clinic on earth. If you get see the doctor; good. But the reception is so bad. They ask what your sickness/symptoms are when booking an appointment to see the doctor on the phone. If you call to book an appointment early in the morning, you will be told to book prior to the day, when you call on prior day; you will be told to book only on the day. Can't wait to move my file.

Negative experience: AVOID! Has taken many attempts to get my prescription correct ... even though I'm on blood pressure meds for rest of my life.. insist on giving me only 1 month prescription... they made an error on my last prescription, I inform them of the error in email and they have the cheek to send a money request for repeat. Negative experience: I have been here 3 times and they were all really horrible experiences. We moved our account from Dundrum Medical to Citywest because we moves homes. The first time, receptionist was cold and rude. The lady was more bothered about if we had a medical card or. not, I kept repeating that we had insurance. She said she cannot see us because it will take 2 days to move us. My last experience was with my 11 year old who had just fallen because her dog tripped her while running. We rushed in at 20 mins to when they close to check if nothing was broken and they could have a look. I was told to leave because they had to close. I made a fuss and was let in, and the doc practically stood with us to check the wound, no cleaning no offering of a seat or bed for her to be properly checked and we still paid 60 euros for the 5 mins visit. I would be moving back to the dundrum hospital. I would rather do the drive than experience that level of service.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for my son this morning . He really wasn't happy going as over the last 2 years "doctors" have done pcrs. He went in saying the doctor hurt him, Doctor Gloria was so lovely with him he came out saying the doctors is fun 2 years ago. Have to leave this review for my partner he was suffering bad with depression and compared to all other doctors and different surgeries he seen doctor paul and said the way he dealt with his issues compared to everyone and everywhere else was amazing he took the weight of his issues of him and dealt with it in such a way he didnt have to do anything else really he said it's so hard to admit to these issues when you have then that he dealt with it better then any doctor ever has he commends on his professionalism and thanks him for the help he gave.

Negative experience: Been disappointed many times with dr.Raymundas, I went with very bad skin allergies, and I understand, there's no real cure for that but I wanted to see a dermatologist to see if it's also something's different, he said 'i know everything about your condition, so I won't give you a referral to a dermatologist, use this product and if you don't get better come back', he gave me STEROIDS, which are terrible for allergies if anyone has ever tried it before and makes the allergies so much worse in long-term run, also, he gave me the wrong prescription, forgot about the tablets I asked for, gave me a cream that I told him I already had, in general, didn't even let me speak and explain to him anything, just kept interuping during the visit, I have met one good doctor here, but the rest are just terrible

Negative experience: If I could give them less then 1 star, I would. Totally incompetent staff. I don't know where did dr.Raymundas got his diploma, probably on eBay or AliExpress. Disaster.

Fantastic experience: I am thankful for the clinic staff and dr. R. Zaceckas. I have been to the clinic for serveral years and the staff has improved. Dr. R. Zaveckas is the best in the clinic. In my opinion, he has been kind and caring. He always answers the calls when it is important and tries to answer them the best way possible. I am happy that he is Lithuanian doctor , so I can understand everthing he says. Thank you so much !

Negative experience: I recently became a patient with this doctor and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the doctor, the staff and the pharmacy downstairs. First off, the front desk staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Anytime I have had a question, or complaint about their own mistakes, they cut me off mid sentence, won’t let continue speaking and completely ignore my request for help. They do not understand the concept of good customer service especially to patients who need help. Though anytime they need payment from you, they will ask for it right up front. They have made several mistakes with my medication and last time prescribed the wrong medication which I stopped using 4 months ago!! How could a doctor who knows I’m on a different pill, prescribe old medication? This is one of many complaints I have about this facility and its staff. I have used private practices for many years, but this one is certainly not worth your money.

Negative experience: Went with my daughter as she was unwell two days already high temperature very sore throat loosing voice and pain when she was coughing as she was crying Doctor Ashley she said viral infection But my daughter every hours was feeling worse i went to private doctor on the same day he straight away diagnose her with silent chest infection and bad throat infection She got antibiotics and steroid to help her with breathing. If i will wait and give her calpol like Dr Ashley recommended we will end up in hospital next few days. My daughter its 5 years old. This is a joke Not recommended the dr Ashley

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. Katherine is very friendly and works on your teeth virtually pain free be it a clean, a filling or even an extraction. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous about dentists or has had a bad experience in the past.

Negative experience: Try get an appointment there any day of the week and your wasting your time. This place is always fully booked and won't try to squeeze you in. You have to wait till the following day. My wife brought my son in as he was sick and needed a doctor that day. They were turned away. What GP practice turns away a sick child?

Positive experience: I use it because it's the nearest GP and Dentist to me. It's alright but waiting area is too small in my opinion. Each time I've been there, there were kids running around and shouting in the waiting area. Staff should ask parents to control their children as it's not fair on others waiting.

Negative experience: Don't go there..they just want your money and that's all...told the doctor whats was going on and he said I was fine. I said I had polycistic ovaries and I wanted to follow up and he said I was fine. I had to beg to him to give me a referral letter for pelvic ultrasound and he just required for my right ovaries. I had to find a clinic myself and do everything by myself and paid 200 euro because i don't trust them. I did self-referral with a marvelous clinic in Blackrock. Now, called the clinic just for them to give me a form for blood test and she said i had to go back...more money. Another thing was, I didn't know that for driving test just people over a certain age (i think 70) would be required to do eye test...so I booked with them (because I didn't know and I probably misunderstood the form I read)...they said NOTHING...took the money just signed the RSA form....when I went to the RSA appointment they said 'you didn't need this form, just people over 70s needs it'. They knew because the doctor said they were used to RSA check ups... Not perfect english but hope you guys understand..DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU ARE SICK YOU WON'T FIND OUT BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE...

Negative experience: Production line care.... My examples: Visit 1, I was new to area and explained to my new gp that I needed a perscrbtion for my stomach medicine and migraine tablets. Also every 6 months my regular go gave my mild sleeping tablets to have on standby I case of bad migraine. The gp was lovely had my scripts written. Things got soured when I explained I was on the medical card and he insisted I fill out a transfer for which was fine. Never saw the above medicine even tho I was will to pay privately as my mistake about transferring my medical card. (Note I've since transferred to that panel) Visit 2, Dentist this time in same practice for prsi check up. I explained i had vhi dental plan but they didn't want to know. Insisted on using prsi appointnent. Dentist took a quick look said everything was fine. I had to call her back and point out a crack in my tooth. Felt like they didn't care daren't bothered. Visit 3, Went with cold flu symptoms family where with me at the same time. Doctor insisted on checking family for symptoms too had to pay extra for the 3 others.... not a doctor so can't make up my mind if that was required for my diagnosis or for the consultation fee

Negative experience: I tried to call a few times to make appointment for my young daughter. It finally got through, but the receptionist had no patience at all on the phone. Very bad phone service.

Positive experience: Primacare offers wide selection of services from dental, nurses to GP's. Place is busy but there is always some flexibility. They also offer their own GP care plan, which isn't bad. Receptionist is sometimes bit rude.

Negative experience: I was at the clinic today, my appointment was at 8.30am, I just want to say that the service from the doctor was really poor and not helpful at all, he didn't know what was the medicine name I am taking until I say for what is it, really bad attention not helpful and never come back again to that clinic, I am NOT recommended, try to go to another qualify doctors in the area but not this one.
