Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Caitriona and her team at Cross Street Dental enough. Their level of service is outstanding and I always leave feeling extremely well cared for. I couldn't ask for better treatment!

The staff are truly exceptional - Dr.Caitriona, Joanne and all the staff are so kind, caring and professional. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable, they take the time to explain everything clearly and are always gentle and reassuring. I have been going here for many years with my family, including my children and we have always had a positive experience. It's rare to find a place that consistently combines top-quality care with such genuine compassion.

Fantastic experience: Cross St Dental are my family dentist and I'd recommend them to anybody - bad experiences elsewhere as a child made me a nervous and avoidant patient for a few years but now I enjoy my routine visits. Their staff are lovely and they have a very practical, kind, and easygoing approach, I never feel pressured into treatment or unsure about their recommendations.

Fantastic experience: As I’ve got fairly unlucky with my teeth, I’ve been to a lot of dentists all over the world. This is by far the place I feel the most heard and taken care of. Everyone here is so welcoming and accommodating and both Gerard as Caitriona have saved a few of my teeth over the last few years. Can’t recommend this place enough! Fantastic experience: Iv been going to gerry for the last 15+ years best dentist around. He has done so much work for me over the years, if u want to get a filling and have some one look at it they are so good you will do well to spot it as he has changed out my old fillings for new white one . I got a very bad abscess and had no choice but to go to another dentist after hours on a Saturday night , they wanted to pull my tooth. I got antibiotics from them and was ment to come back to get it pulled but decided to go back to gerry . He said that it was crazy they wanted to pull it . As my tooth was very saveable just a course of antibiotics, no root canal needed .It pays to have a proper dentists that knows what he is at . That was 3 years ago and my tooth is still there and is very much healthy. Best in the business . My hole family goes ther . They go to his wife cailtrona she is just as good but gerry is who has looked after me all these years

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Cross Street Dental for about 7 years now. The team are absolutely fantastic. Dr Gallagher helped me get back on track with my dental care after some not so good years. More recently, after oral surgery when I had some issues Dr Long made herself available immediately to treat my pain and put my mind at ease. I also cant speak highly enough of the hygienists and nurses as well as the reception staff. Negative experience: Went last year for a check up was told everything was fine only to go to a different dentist a year later (thinking everything was fine as that’s what I was told) to find out my wisdom tooth has to be removed as it came up sideways. Brought up concerns with my wisdom teeth a year ago at this dentist and was immediately dismissed. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Fantastic experience: Teresa the hygienest is awesome. Caring , kind and gentle. Couldn't recommend enough. Amazing friendly staff that went out of their way to ensure my teeth got cleaned before my birthday, was never as comfortable in a dentist. I actually can't wait to get back and get my fillings replaced. Lovely clinical down to earth place.

Fantastic experience: Like many people I was putting a trip to the dentist on the long finger for.. a while, so when I finally landed in Gerard’s chair needless to say he had his work cut out for him. I recently had a spate of fillings done with Dr Gallagher and I can honestly say he couldn’t have made the process any easier. Painless, comfortable and professional I would look forward to going in for the chats alone. A true and natural gentleman also. And a special mention to the lovely Val who always looks after me, so warm and caring and again makes any procedure a breeze. I couldn’t recommend Dr Gerard and Cross St Dental enough. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Catriona and her team. I had been to a few different dentists over the years about a gum issue and none of them were able to help. Catriona was able to tell me what was causing the problem and how to fix it, and now my gums and teeth are so much better! I just wish I’d found her earlier. Theresa the hygienist is also great and made a big difference with my gums and teeth. Everyone I’ve dealt with is so friendly and helpful!

In all my years of visiting dentists I have never met anyone as kind, compassionate & genuinely customer focused.
