Fantastic experience: I have to say they are great. The procedure I had done was over before I even knew it had Begun. I think the receptionist was very helpful and the dentist was just great. Procedure totally pain free and that's a big achievement for tooth removal.

Fantastic experience: Hi all, just back frm dentstas a new patient. Deligted with dr. Ciara Carroll of North city dental dublin 5. In 20 minutes she had mmy mouthx-rayed, and had done a full assessment of my teeth. 4 bad ones 2 are extractions and 2 cud possibly be saved wirh expensive root canal teeatment( not covered by medical card) and wud cost a good bit . Wudnt do exteactions today cos im on aspirin have to be off it 3 days beforehand. Made appt. For 1st extraction end of july(covered)& we'll discuss root canal treatment then then. Gave me prescription 4painand infection antibiotics& soluble paracetemol instead of disprin Couldnt be happier with choice of new dentist.

All very professional, very friendly and highly recommended for anyone. Just a follow up review to add on here. Had issues with top front teeth for years. Ciara and team always went out of their way to keep them going, really grateful for that, eventually it came to time to get composites done, which they do there by a great team, brilliant option. Easy, convenient, and a great price. Great confidence boost. ALL staff, All really nice and put you at ease. A brilliant team of people that make going the dentist a good experience. Fantastic experience: Arrived for agreed filling but had to advise of another tooth which broke last week. My dentist Pierre had a look and advised it would need a filling and left the choice to me. The scheduled filling or the latest tooth. Very friendly and informative dentist. His assistant on the day was very professional and ensured I was aware of what actually happened from the visit and advised of what to expect from the next time. They both had me at ease throughout the procedure. Friendly and courteous receptionists as well. Thank you all.

Negative experience: 0 stars. My mother went here for years to get her knashers cared for. During covid they were not using proper protective wear and my mother made this clear via Google reviews. She called for her next appointment and was told she has now been barred by the owner. Absolutely pathetic carry on...embarrassing to say the least Barring a 71 year old woman instead of talking face to face about an issue...about the reasoning why they were not wearing protective gear putting her at risk

Fantastic experience: I visited North City dental on Wed 27th March , my wife had been and seen Mr Antonio he did an extraction and.told me he was very good.I was in agony with toothache and prob like many others not a lover of dentists.I went in and was soon in the chair a check revealed I need to have 6 removed he asked me were the pain was which was bottom back left 3 decayed teeth including 1 wisdom tooth, he asked me which I wanted him to take out first, I was in so much pain I said all 3, he checked if I was sure I said yes and he.numbed me up and got to work, in.next to no time he had them all out and I didn't suffer any pain or distress at all.This guy knows his job and.all the staff there are great.i am back next Wednesday for 3 out on the other side.So please don't fear the dentist fear the toothache.Thanks to everyone, see you next week. The Facility itself is impeccable clean & neat, with a perfect ambience. The Staff are Totally focused on the Patient (Customer), they are Friendly, Very Efficient, & Very Punctual to you appointment time. Their emphasis on excellence communication with their patient throughout their visit is very evident, which I'm certain would be of huge importance in particular to a reluctant or nervous patient(s). Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr. Ali today for an emergency tooth extraction. To say I am nervous and anxious is an understatement but I need not have been. From the minute I was called Dr. Ali and Elaine made every effort to make me feel at ease. They both have the patience of saints. Elaine held my hand and reassured me and gave me a stress ball. They are honestly like miracle workers who go above and beyond their skills at dentistry to become almost psychologists. I had a bit of post bleeding which frightenned me after I went home so I went back to be met with total empathy and pure kindness by Dr. Ali and Dr. Ciara who both explained to me what was going on which was all normal healing. I could not recommend this dental clinic more highly. Thank you for all your kindness.
