Fantastic experience: I just have to leave my review. I was afraid of dentists but this is the only place I stayed and got almost all my teeth fixed. I got my dental bridge this week and I can't stop looking at it.I was with dentist Paul and I would never go to another place anymore! Everyone are kind and with a lot of understanding!

Fantastic experience: I had a cobalt plate fitted with 4 teeth to replace lost teeth and it was fantastic. It is so comfortable I don't know I'm wearing it. I also had fillings completed and they were fast and professional. The service overall is very professional and all the dentists and specialists I encountered were kind and courteous including the reception staff. I highly recommend their practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, I rang on a Friday morning for an appointment after I had chipped a tooth, I was seen at 2.30 that day & got my tooth dressed & booked in for a permanent filling 4 weeks later. Couldn’t have asked for better care, I’m very nervous of the dentist & I was in & out in no time.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely dentist, very happy with care. However my only criticism would be that you have to be very aware of your own dental requirements and not agreeing to unnecessary work. Not necessarily a fault of the dentist, as of course they are going to work on a preventative scale, however not everything requires immediate attention and can be monitored so just be mindful of putting thought into whether a tooth really requires drilling. Very happy with any visit’s myself and children have had.

Positive experience: Despite getting the first appointment of the morning a few times I was never seen on time. Frustrating. My time is valuable too. Only ever had routine things done. Care was good. Cancelled an appointment once. Never got the deposit refund. Phoned up weeks later and was told as credit card details are not stored they could not refund me. Perfectly fine but why not contact me to remind me? People easily forget these things.

I got an appointment straight away the next day and was treated and advised extremely professionally. The staff is very friendly too! I would recommend this surgery as family members have attended other dentists here and all were very happy with their treatment.
