Negative experience: The receptionist on Saturday 28th June 2025 at around 3.40pm was awful and rude. She ruined the entire experience for me! I wish she had more patience with me as I have a hearing problem. My hearing problem was added to the medical history form that I filled in prior to my appointment. She was so rude about my question about my invoice and my PRSI. It showed laziness that she didn’t really want to process my PRSI cleaning - was it because it was near 4pm closing time? She was extremely condescending when explaining my invoice and she was very rude. It’s such a disgrace as the other receptionist on Friday was so kind and all dentists were lovely. The receptionist on Saturday completely ruined the experience for me. Please teach her more customer service and MANNERS as she is a “receptionist” and isn’t she supposed to represent your company? 1000% awful to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Smile Dental enough! I rang them yesterday in agony with severe nerve pain from a wisdom tooth, and they managed to get me an appointment for today. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. Dr. Al-Qudsi is an absolute professional. He took an x-ray, clearly explained the issue to me, and then got to work. I was amazed that in just 15 minutes, the tooth was out and I had stitches in. The nurse was also fantastic and took the time to clearly explain all the aftercare instructions. If you are nervous about the dentist or need urgent, high-quality care, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team!

Negative experience: Hard to say anything good ,maybe lady at reception was nice , I call for appointment as my crown with post fell off , only thing I need was just cement it back ,no expecting anything else as I know that will happend soon again. Clinic charge me 60e for emergency appointment??? When they had free appointment slots .In the clinic I explain what I want to the dentist,and we agreed for a treatment just cement the tooth with post . I was laying for 10 min for cement to hard,and the dentist give zero attentionwhat happened with me,Like in the 80s ,for 180e they don't even use a uv light to make it hard faster or the material they use was so cheap that was not necessary . Dentist didn't care about my gums or side tooths with cleaning exceed amount of cement that i had over the mouth, assistant didnt care too and it was painful ,Just to compare same brand clinic in Swords charge me 130e when I get there from the street ,and was way above better and professional treatment . Highly NOT recommended.... apart of the lady at the desk.

Negative experience: The tratament received for an infection was to weak, the x ray was not good as the doctor need to do a local one not a panoramic one. The doctor suggested me to remove the tooth instead to explain and maybe try to save it. Explain to him that I will be go in a holiday in the next day he though better was to remove the tooth… I did not want to it and the didn’t care to much to treat me… of course I end it up at the dentist in holiday and received a strongly antibiotic and the plan to treat the tooth first not to remove it…

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my dentist at Smiles Clinic Blanchardstown, Dr Salma Naz. She deserves to be recognised for her incredible service to her patients. I have been a patient of hers for over 18 years. I am almost 50, but I have 4 ‘baby’ (milk) teeth at the front of my mouth. My previous dentist wanted to extract, but thankfully I found Dr Salma and she ‘saved’ my teeth. In fact, I still have all 4 milk teeth today, they are healthy and look great because of her great skill and care! Salma understands the importance of our teeth for our health, well-being and personal appearance. She does what is right and needed to maintain these for her patient, rather than what is easy. Her attention to detail and the care she provides goes above and beyond a good standard. She is an exceptional dentist and human being. I am so grateful for Dr Salma’s ability, talent and the level of service she provides. She is a credit to Smiles Dental and to the dental profession. I am writing this to publicly acknowledge and recognise Dr Salma’s excellence in dental care. She is a true professional with a warm nature. This truly makes all the difference. Negative experience: Was transfered over to Blanchardstown surgery. My dentist was Diana, With an emergency tooth and then ended up getting another filling.And then went back for a review. Ended up going to a different dentist again a few weeks after for a second opinion. The dental surgeon there said , did they not mention about gum disease , broken or chips and various other things. She could not believe the state of my teeth , and I only had a scale and polished done recently, supposedly. And 3 months before that, I had a scale and polishing done.So what is going on with smiles. I'm not mentioning the dentist,I'm going to now and I don't mind spending money , but I don't want to keep spending money just for the sake of it. And with smiles , that's what you seem to be doing,1300 euro spend in smiles, in 12 months and then your told you have gum promblems,chips, And your gums are full of tatar and plaque , and only been cleaned prior supposedly. On that day.I went over with an emergency broken toot, and then I'm told I need a filling on the top tooth , and was only there two months before that doesn't make sense. I seen the x rays , and I seem the colour pictures that were taken in the new dentist and the dentist was shocked , which she couldn't believe that I had a scaling and polish, This dentist was a dental surgeon. I was able to get this all done on a medical card without having to pay more expense . I will have a review in five weeks. I will have to get an implant at sometime which I don't have a problem paying And to fix the chips are probably veneers or crowns bonding would not cut it. This is private,it also take the medical card, which cover some of your cost. I got all high tech tests done and it was fully covered. So it just shows that there is dentists out there that don't discriminate against the medical card. And there's no shame in using , that's what it's for. And I'm just being honest , I've been to o connel street , south ann street and blanchardstown , and far as I am concerned , it's all about the money. I have the invoices to prove it.And also, the x rays I got from this dentist in regard to my teeth. It kinda looks like that.You don't brush your teeth whatsoever. She seen all the work , I got done and the cleanings doesn't make sense. So my view is based on facts and i've got the invoices to prove it. Absolutely ridiculous. And it doesn't say much at the moment, because I can't even get a reply back to this.. And I was speaking to a young lady on the phone who was very nice. Her name was Victoria, but she seemed to have a lot of problems taking my date,of birth I must have repeated this about three times. communication issues when your ring smiles at times seems to be a massive deal. Because you don't seem to be understood.That's a huge language Barrier. It's as if I'm speaking a foreign language. If you read old reviews, there's good and bad. There is a lot of negativity with smiles when you go through all the dentists and read the reviews. I remember I made a comment in O connell street. And I was blackballed over it,they would not treat me,sent me to another branch Just giving an opinion which they don't appreciate. For me, smiles is all about the money, customer care, where is it. Can't even get a reply from them. Contacted on the first May still have heard nothing up to now,and this is the 9th of May What does that tell you about this dentist customer services,is right.

Fantastic experience: I came to smiles over a year ago for braces treatment and just got them off today. I'm super satisfied with the results and couldn't be happier! The entire process was smooth, and my dentist Salma Naz was very professional and so sweet ☺️. All of the staff members are very welcoming! If i had to get any form of dental treatment i would 100% come to smiles.

Negative experience: Not happy at all with the service I received yesterday. My usual dentist is on maternity leave so yesterday I seen dentist Arkan. I had booked an exam and clean. He took only 10 minutes in total to do both. He didn't ask me one single question except do you smoke. At the end of the clean he told me I need a filling . The helper said sit down and he will be over in a minute. He never even came over just got the receptionist to hand me a receipt and a page saying the filling would be €165. Overall the service was terrible and felt rushed. He didn't explain anything at all about the filling I require, didn't ask if I had any questions. For the same price my usual dentist is way more thorough and does a way better clean, she also usually gives me an x-ray on my teeth. For the same price he rushed me in and out in only 10 minutes and the clean he did is nowhere near as good as my usual

Positive experience: I want to thank Smiles Dental Blanchardstown,especially Dr Arkan for the dental work he performed,he is an experienced dental surgeon and his professional manner was very evident from the moment I sat in the dentist's chair..I will be back for part 2 of my procedure for my new implant in the coming months..Regards Sharon Rothwell

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking! My son attended the clinic in severe pain - they did x-ray and said they "think" he has infection - given antibiotics prescription. Following a day & night of hell with horrendous pain when we phoned the following morning they would not fit him in to be seen. We ended up getting an appointment at a different dentists surgery who went out of their way to help my son. It transpired there was no infection and that he had an exposed nerve in his tooth! Thankfully with the care and attention received in the other surgery he is no longer suffering! Shame on you Smiles Dental - you have no regard for your patients and Zero customer service!

Fantastic experience: First came here 3 years ago with a chipped front tooth and Dr Meena done a great job on it, completely unnoticeable. Came again last week to get 2 fillings and again Dr Meena was very professional. Won’t be going to any other dentist I highly recommend!

Negative experience: First time trying this dentist terrible experience as a nervous patient the dentist i had treat me didnt introduced himself very rude kept digging the tool down into my gum which caused me to jump a few times clearly he was annoyed about kept telling me to open my mouth wider which I couldn't open any wider then it was just took my tooth out an his assistant told me to wait outside when I asked for advice on what to do next didn't get any advice just a price list an asked for payment normal extraction €135 i was told then I was charged €160e for it i didn't even hear what price the girl said as the dentist was standing beside me arguing with another patient in waiting area an i just wanted out of the place clearly has some anger issue's If I had of seen all his bad reviews before I wouldn't have went here i got scale and polish and tooth out all in 14mins seems everything is rushed and just want your money

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this dental practice. They were rushed and unpleasant while performing a procedure on my teeth. It was my first time there. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: I believe I was charged unfairly for my treatment. I had a small chip off a filling which needed replacement. I was charged more than the listed price for a full white composite filling, when the dentist was very clear that I only had fixed a very small corner piece and had not given me a full new filling. When I questioned the price the receptionist spoke to the dentist and came back and could not justify the cost at all. The dental nurse then came to speak to me, but again could not justify why getting a small piece on the side of a filling was costed more than a full filling price on the pricelist. Further to this I also felt like although the dentist was very pleasant, she was very rough handed and I felt very uncomfortable during my treatment. I will not be returning to smiles and will never recommend it to a friend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend smiles dental blanchardstown. As I've not been to a dentist in years due to fears, Dr. Kumar karra put me at ease from the minute I walked in, he walked me true step by step on what he was doing for a painless tooth extraction. I had a majour fear of needles and i must say i did not feel one! No fear in going to see him again! Thanks so much Dr. Kumar. Also very quick appointment called that morning and was seen in the afternoon same day!

Fantastic experience: I am a terrible patient at the dentist but recently i had a gum infection and resulting toothache. I got an appointment quickly and was dealt with very patiently by Dr Kumar. After starting antibiotics, I had my wisdom tooth removed a few days later in a pain-free procedure. Dr Kumar was very reassuring and patient with me, as I am a very nervous client. I was given follow up care information after the tooth extraction. I would recommend Dr Kumar Karra very highly.

Fantastic experience: I was used to the old school way of visiting a dentist. This was a new experience for me and it is quite fast paced which is ok as you are treated very quickly. I'll know what to expect next time, but Smiles are very efficient and professional.

Everyone was very welcoming and polite always had nice talks with the girls at the reception. Dr.Salma did a fantastic job with helping me achieve the smile I always wanted, her above and beyond effort with insuring I was happy with the end outcome was wonderful to have throughout the entire process!

Negative experience: I rang to get an appointment for a filling as I was going on holiday the next day. I was asked for a 60 euro deposit which I paid over the phone which I believed would be deducted from the final price. I went in and had an awful experience. When I layed back in the chair, the dentists bedside manner was abrupt and told me the filling would be 190 euro. He then jabbed me twice in the upper front gum without any numbing or warning. When I went to pay I was told that the 60 euro deposit was actually an emergency charge for seeing me. So 250 euro for a filling. Won’t be back for sure, very disappointing experience. 1 star for female assistant who was somewhat friendly.

Negative experience: I would avoid attending here. Dr Salma Naz “treated” me April 2023 for what felt like a little chip missing on my tooth. €220 3 weeks later I returned because I felt like there was still a piece missing. She said it was fine and shaved a further piece of my tooth. 10 months later I am feeling pain and attend another two dentists to seek opinion who took X-ray and confirmed the “treatment” I received was no sufficient. As you can see from the x Ray there is a large part missing where Dr Salma left a gap between my tooth and gum. Attended dr Salma services again, where she removed filling and did it all again (so she knew there was an issue from x Ray) when she finished she told me it may not work and I will likely need a root canal because there is decay and my gum is inflamed. I was in shock. Fast forward a few weeks and I couldn’t get a response from practice and beginning to feel pain. I had to have emergency dental surgery resulting in thousands of euros and time off work and medication. I have attended other smiles dentist in another location with no issues. But I will be warning everyone from them going forward. This practice did not care that I was in an immense amount of pain. I am amidst legal advice and would recommend you do NOT attend a smiles clinic. You will pay the price.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had some awful dental experiences I am extremely happy to have found Smiles Dental and Dr Kumar. Dr Kumar is the most caring, kind and genuine dentist I’ve ever come across. He has always gone out of his way to make sure his patients are looked after. Negative experience: I went to blanchardstown smiles I told the staff I was nervous the denist was not compassionate at all I had pain in my gums etc I was told I needed 11 fillings cost 1.800 I was shocked I got another option I had 3 fillings plus got fitted for mouth guard ftom my prsi the guard was only 150 dmiles 250 both times I went to mulhuddert they were exceptional from the minute I walked through the door greeted with pleasure my experience with smiles I would never recommend it

Fantastic experience: Professional and makes you feel in control at all times. I felt very safe, comfortable and in control. I also brought my 2 year old daughter here for a visit while I was getting a clean and they were so friendly with her. Dr. K.Karra invited her to sit and experience the the chair. He gave her the mirror tool and the glasses to explore. Before we left he gave her a sticker. He made the whole introduction to the dentist very enjoyable and positive for her.

Negative experience: I visited this place with my 8-year-old son, and it's the first time in Ireland that I've encountered such rude behavior from a doctor/dentist. My son was nervous as it was his first time at the dentist. Throughout our visit, Dentist Mr. Kumar made very inappropriate remarks like, 'His teeth are so dirty. Why is he nervous? I don't want to start my day dealing with a vomiting child; it's too early.' He refused to clean my son's teeth until he stopped being nervous, which only made things worse.He wouldn't let me explain the problem with my son's teeth, insisting that I stay away while my son was experiencing dry spitting due to nervousness. The way he spoke to me was incredibly rude, often making insulting and humiliating remarks. He repeatedly emphasized how dirty my son's teeth were, even comparing them to a dirty sink that hasn't been cleaned daily. I was shocked by his manner and felt he shouldn't speak to anyone like that; no client deserves such treatment.The situation escalated when he refused to treat my son because he didn't want to deal with a nervous child prone to dry spitting at the start of his day. I was surprised when I was doing the billing at the reception and overheard him talking to his next clients, who were white and appeared to be regular clients. It was a stark contrast. I realized he was particularly rude to me, which I didn't understand, considering he is also a person of color, like me. I will never visit his clinic again, and I feel compelled to leave a review about his behavior. He is an awful dentist and appears to be a generally unpleasant person."

Dr Salma is more than just a dentist, she is such a beautiful person and really looks after her patients and is just a pleasure to visit. Negative experience: Very disappointed with both, dental treatment and general treatment of a patient/person during my last couple of visits. Been 3 weeks now since my last dental treatment at the center but I am still in pain but don't think there would be any point in returning to smiles, blanchradstown based on my experience during the last two visits.

Fantastic experience: My daughter started braces with Dr Salma Naz only 4 months ago and I can't thank Salma enough as my daughter doesn't stop smiling though she still has the braces on. Absolutley deligted .She has gained so much confidence since. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and Dr Salma is so lovely to deal with. Thank you Salma and Thank you Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kumar is amazing. I put off dental treatment for so long because of a previous bad experience I had. I have genuinely never met a dentist to put you at ease immediately. I had 2 appointments with him this week and he is truly the warmest and professional dentist I've met. Highly recommend for nervous Nellie's like me!

Negative experience: I did call for make appointment. They took the deposit and didn't make an appointment for me. When I arrived, she asked me did I call the wrong dentist ?. I even had to show her the phone number I called below and she still thought thats not their faults. After that , she told me to come back and didn't even give me an apologize. It wasted my time, my money for nothing

Negative experience: They concerned more about money than your health. Poor treatment. Dental check with scale and polish was done in less than 15 minutes. They were rude when pointed out that treatment was of poor quality.

Negative experience: Made an appointment with you for tomorrow 28th Dec online which I was aware of the €79 consultation fee but received a call to pay for the consultation up front & if I needed an X-ray it would be another €69 ? What a rip off. I had a consultation with 3D dental at the red cow which cost me €50 which included all x-rays . Yes I cancelled the appointment. Have no idea what the €79 was for if it didn’t include X-rays ??

Fantastic experience: I called up Smiles Blanchardstown around 3 weeks ago as I had really bad wisdom tooth ache and needed to get it extracted. Despite it being a Sunday, I was squeezed in for an emergency extraction the very same day. Dr Arkan explained the procedure and the costs involved in detail before beginning to ensure I was aware. Would say it is a bit expensive, however considering it’s an emergency consult, I was more happy to be getting treated the same day. The procedure was carried out very swiftly, and I barely felt any pain during the extraction, and even after the anaesthetic wore down. Recovery was also very swift. Would 100% recommend Dr Arkan and this practice.

Negative experience: Very poor service. No real engagement from staff. Seem to want you in and out as soon as possible. Very pricey. Mandatory €50 check up fee, and the check up lasted no more than 3-4 mins.

Fantastic experience: 5 1/2 years ago I broke my front tooth on the afternoon of a Friday. Long story short, I could not get my regular dentist they were gone for the weekend. The only dental practice I could get through to was Smiles Blanchardstown Dublin 15. I had to get my broken tooth replaced with an implant which was carried out by Dr Arkan. Smiles dental practice is only closed for Christmas Day. They are always available for emergencies. Since I got my implant I have been using Smiles for regular checkups. With every bit of confidence I have. I would totally recommend this practice to anybody and everybody.

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated tooth extraction at Smiles recently. Dr. Arkan was extremally professional and efficient, but also kind and empathetic. The procedure went fast and painless, and I recovered quickly without any complications. Thank you!

Negative experience: 01/09/2023 Booked an appointment for my partner in the morning directly with Smiles got one for 1730 which was covered by my policy, details were sent over to the practice by the insurer of my visit and all cost paid directly to Smiles by the insurer. Went in for general assessment and was charged an extra €60 for an emergency (this visit was was already covered by my insurance and was not an emergency ) appointment apparently and asked to book another appointment to examine her while they put together a plan for treatment. My partner came back to the car and informed me that she was charged €60 which which I went in to enquire with the practice. I was told “it’s the company’s policy/regulations when they see a patient on the same day it’s classified as an emergency despite having an appointment” BS I thought, I then asked to see that policy/regulations that state as such and I was not provided with one rather they told me that it’s only discussed in the practice. I therefore went ahead to explain that you can not apply extra charges for a visit (consultation just to book another consultation which is what we initially booked) I was asked to leave and told that I was “threatening their staff and other patients and we will no longer be treating nor putting a plan together for my partner ” I’m a black family man not saying their actions were racially motivated however I’m just curious if Smiles would have acted the same way if there was a white middle class white male inquiring the same as I was or my blackness was threatening.

Negative experience: I have never in my life given a bad review but I went for a root canal in one of my front teeth which had died after jaw surgery, the root canal machine was being used by another dentist so he chipped into it manually and then had me stand in the X-ray room to check if it was in correctly (despite me suggesting I come back another day when the machine would be in use). Since it was slightly discoloured I asked how to whiten it up, was told it could be done from the inside so he filled it with a temporary filling, I was charged full price for the root canal and I called back a few times over the course of weeks to ask when it would be whitened and permanently filled, only to be told I would be called back when it was ready. This was in 2018 (5 years ago) so I don’t think I’ll be getting a call back!! Needless to say I will be going to a new dentist soon to assess the damage to the tooth and will never step foot in smiles dental again.

Dr. Karra put me at ease and explained everything to me step by step. Negative experience: Won’t be back. I thought I had found a dentist that was patient and understanding but quite the opposite. I am a nervous patient and was hoping they would be extra understanding, but no. I was disregarded, and treated with no respect. Extremely disappointed as I thought this dentist would be different

Negative experience: I found the place very unprofessional. I had to go to work after my appointment. They were running late and I kept waiting and wasn't called to meet the dentist till almost 45 mins after my appointment time. The staff kept chit chatting. Moreover, I had to pay twice for my car parking ticket which caused me even more inconvenience. I don't know if this would annoy anyone else but it definitely annoyed me.

Negative experience: I visited Smiles Dental Blanchardstown to get an emergency extraction. The receptionist was lovely which is more than I can say for the dentist, Dr.Arkan. He was rude and dismissive, he kept barking at me to open my mouth wider and when my mouth was open the widest I could get it my head would shake with the strain. He then repeatedly and angrily told me to stop shaking. He sarcastically asked me how I ever got implants in if I shake this much. I assumed this was a rhetorical question as I couldn't answer him with his fist in my mouth. I've had lots of dentistry done in the past and I'm not a nervous patient, the shaking was purely due to the straining. The procedure was rushed and painful, I got the impression he wanted me out as quickly as possible. I then had the pleasure of being charged €415 for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Never again will I use this clinic as long as he is there, I'd rather pull out my own tooth."

He picked up on my nerves the second I walked in and took a few minutes to chat to me about it before my examination and cleaning. He was positive, reassuring and put me at ease before we started. Fantastic experience: Would absolutely recommend Smiles dental in Blanchardstown. My daughter has been seeing Dr Salma Naz for the past year or so and had braces and some teeth built up and shaped. From our first visit we have received excellent service, before we began treatment we were given several options at different costs before so could choose the one we felt suited both our budget and our expected outcome. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and Dr Salma Naz was so lovely to deal with, we felt she really cared about how my daughter looked and she wouldn’t remove the braces until she was totally satisfied with the result. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her teeth, she started out hiding her smile now she has a big beaming smile which has boosted her confidence.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review as I cannot recommend Smiles in blanchardstown highly enough. I was soo soo nervous as I've had a bad experience with a dentist before. I met with Dr Kumar and dental nurse Ellie. Wow what wonderful people. They listened to my concerns and knew I was so nervous. Got my back molar removed yesterday and true to his word, I felt nothing. He numbed the area even before inserting the needle to numb the area. Everything was explained to me and within 15 to 20 minutes if that, they managed to get the tooth out then tapped me on the shoulder and said "that's it done". I wanted to hug them both. My faith in a nice dentist is restored. What wonderful people. Kind considerate and so professional. I have to go back for more work but I won't mind now. Negative experience: I went to Smiles Blanchardstown after a filling broke. The dentist was incredibly rude when I arrived and spent the entirety of the consultation giving out to the dental nurse and grabbing things out of his hand to do it himself. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend!

Negative experience: I went to consult with Dr. For a gum disease, and with the intention of braces treatment. I joined as a customer, and the receptionist was very kind and attentive, which i really appreciate.! Unfortunately I did not like the treatment I received from Dr. Meena Durai who was the one who treated me, honestly I had good expectations and I was disappointed, she was not listening to me at all, she spoke to me with hostility and seemed to be in a hurry to finish the consultation. Honestly she make me feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Wisdom Tooth surgically extracted, Had to go here in an emergency on bank holiday as my own dentist was closed, Anyone familiar with the premises will know you can see from one treatment room into another, I could see Dr.Arkan working on another patient, he moved between both myself and the other patient continiously for the time i was there so i definitely did not have his full attention, wisdom tooth was visible as was the infection, so no doubt it needed to come out, he looked at it and confirmed so, so i was surprised when he wanted to x-ray me, he did not mention or refer to the x-ray once after this, other than the cost.. I found him abrupt and impersonal, he advised if i felt any pain or discomfort to raise my left hand, during extraction i raised my left hand which was completely ignored, he carried on and told me to 'Relax' a number of times, once the tooth was out and clean up/stitches began, in clear discomfort he proceeded to almost mock me by again saying 'Relax Relax the tooth is already out whats the problem' and bizzarely proceeded to boast that he had once removed 4 wisdom teeth in under 14 minutes, as if my experience should be irrelevant. During this time, he clumsily jabbed me in my top lip with whatever sharp instument he was holding, responding to this by jolting i was again told to relax, he then somehow managed to slice my bottom lip with again another sharp instrument, this injury was on the opposite side to where the stitches were being placed, the man was careless, rude, zero empathy and clearly rushing back to the other patient who i could see was sat waiting for his procedure to also finish. I had to return to my own dentist 5 days later as i experienced 'dry socket' another infection essentially. Incredible experience, Smiles should remove the word 'Care' from their literature, its a slaughterhouse. (Edit: I want to say i genuinely feel for the person that has to respond to these reviews, having looked extensively at the 1 star reviews they are almost all about the same dentist, it is difficult to defend the indefensible and this man is putting his colleages in a very awkward and public situation, with all respect, dont reply with your copy and paste response, I will be taking further action for the injury sustained and dont wish to speak to anyone at the practice)

Fantastic experience: Decided to try Smiles in Blanchardstown for Composite Bonding as my own dentist doesn't do this treatment. I met with Dr Kumar who explained everything to me. I had the treatment on Tuesday 4th October. My front tooth was chipped and the other front tooth had a fracture. Dr Kumar was absolutely brilliant. He kept me informed of what he was doing and couldn't have been more caring. His nurse was great too. This was my first visit to Smiles but it won't be my last. Fantastic experience: Just completed my braces treatment with Dr. Salma Naz in Smiles Dental. My experience has been nothing but positive. I'm so very happy with the results of the braces and how they treated me through the whole process. Dr. Salma and all the staff were nothing but consummate professionals. Dr. Salma has a very reassuring and calm presence, answering any questions and concerns in a way that left me with no doubts. The results speak for themselves and I literally can't stop smiling! The practice itself is quite good overall. I've gotten fillings and tooth extractions before and have had positive experiences overall. There is no problem booking or even rescheduling if needed. Even throughout the pandemic with the different health and safety protocols, there were no delays and everything was handled.
